Jag vill bara informera alla nuvarande och framtida hyresgäster om att fastigheten intill mitt hem just har köpts och att det för närvarande håller på att byggas.
Denna konstruktion bör upphöra i februari 2020.

C. * Uthyrning är söndag till söndag * (Med några undantag under lågsäsong) Vår just renoverade strandstuga, "sjöjungfruar," erbjuder dig en unik kustupplevelse i en semesteruthyrning. Detta hem vid havet ligger precis vid kusten med en fantastisk utsikt över stranden, sanddynerna och Atlanten från verandan och övre däck. Inom några minuter från shopping- och matupplevelser är "sjöjungfruar" ett kvarter utanför Atlantic Beach Circle - där både unga och gamla kan hitta aktiviteter som tillhandahålls av stadsregeringen. På grund av öns öst-västgeografi finns den unika förmågan att observera både soluppgång och solnedgång från bekvämligheten för båda däcken.

"Mermaids" är ett tre våningar hem med tillräckligt med utrymme för att sprida ut. Havsutsikten på den nedre och övre nivån är spektakulär. Det finns en badtunna och helt ny grill på den lägre nivån. På bottenvåningen finns spelrummet med ett TV- och Foosball-bord. Dessutom är lagring av din boogie, skum och surfbrädor samt tvättmaskin och torktumlare på denna nivå. Husets huvudnivå har kök, matsal, vardagsrum samt tre sovrum - ett med en King-säng medan de andra två har en queen-size säng vardera. Den övre nivån har två sovrum - det första sovrummet har en kung med drottning bäddsoffa och helt ny våt bar med kaffestation. Barnen har tre tvilling- och en drottning. Vardagsrummet, sovrummet på andra våningen med king size-säng samt sovrummen på övre plan har fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det finns 5 TV-apparater med kabel i tre av sovrummen och vardagsrummet och lekrummet på lägre nivå.

Relaxed Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the covered deck was also a plus. The communication with the host for a minor issue was easy and he got back to us fast. The issue was solved quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

This is an older, partially updated home in a great location. Extremely easy access to the beach. Great backyard patio/pool area with plenty of seating. Two decks with awesome ocean views. Plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Had a great week with family!

Great Place

Great location and plenty of space for our group of seven. Pool, hot tub, gas grill and really nice deck/back yard were very convenient. Beach just steps away. No definite plans at this time but definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Great home, location and host

We loved the location of this house. Very convenient to a ton of shops and restaurants, not to mention the beach. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The deck off the master suite was also heaven especially in the mornings. The kids loved having a hang out room seperate from the rest of the house. We had one small issue and Stefan was extremely responsive and helpful in getting it resolved. Definitely would recommend.

Best Leisure vacation ever.

"We had an amazing vacation with family and friends at this beachfront property in Atlantic Beach, NC. Our group of 8 adults and 8 kids (aged 4-12) had a wonderful time. The property is perfectly located right on the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views. The hot tub was a highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Host Stefan was exceptional, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. He even arranged for someone to check on comforters on Christmas Eve and followed up to ensure everything was in order. We can’t wait to return in the summer!"

Beautiful home that is only steps away from the water, whether you are a pool or ocean person. The space in the house is utilized well to accommodate both small and large parties. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again

Perfect!

This was the perfect house for our family and our friends family! We had 4 adults and 9 children all under the age of 9. It was clean, had everything we needed to make meals, and it had plenty of room for both sets of parents to have their own rooms and the kids not to be squished. The kids loved the pool and arcade games. It was a very easy walk onto the beach and the outdoor shower made it easy to get all the sand off the kids and their suits. 10 out of 10!

Fantastic location and host!

With many beach houses and ski houses as a basis of comparison, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our host, Stefan. And while many so-called beachfront homes require a very long walk to the dunes, then over it, then a long trek to the surf, this wasn’t the case here. My 80+ yo parents (not so steady on their feet), came down to the beach every day, instead of one walk, one day, as they did in Duck last year. The kids really enjoyed the cool family room in the basement, with its massive tv, video games, and cabana bar. Finally, I can’t praise enough the upstairs porch, cozy deck furniture, and its fantastic view of the fore mentioned not-so-far-away surf. Great for a rainy day. Finished a good novel up there. Enjoy!

My wife Diana and I renovated this ocean front home with a pool and hot tub. We both work in education and run a small business. Along with our sons Stefan and Ryan we vacationed at this home prior to our purchase. During our stay we fell in love with the home and agreed that there is no place we would rather be.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had vacationed many times near the ocean but after vacationing in an ocean front home with a pool and hot tub in Atlantic Beach we new this was the only place we wanted to be. The home's exquisite and nostalgic cottage décor along with the convenience and beauty of being on the beach is an incredible vacation experience. From the porch you see dolphins as well as the sunrise and sunset . You can walk only a few minutes from the home to fantastic ocean front restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We love to visit the historic town Beaufort which is a very short drive from our home. My wife children and I love to fish. We are now only steps away from the beach and a few minute drive to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City charter fishing. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach and that fact had some influence on us buying this property. The Major influence was the home itself. The incredible time we spent relaxing on the porch and enjoying all the beach had to offer was the main reason we bought this property.
