Jag vill bara informera alla nuvarande och framtida hyresgÀster om att fastigheten intill mitt hem just har köpts och att det för nÀrvarande hÄller pÄ att byggas.
Denna konstruktion bör upphöra i februari 2020.

217 WEST BOARDWALK, ATLANTIC BEACH, N. C. * Uthyrning Àr söndag till söndag * (Med nÄgra undantag under lÄgsÀsong) VÄr just renoverade strandstuga, "sjöjungfruar," erbjuder dig en unik kustupplevelse i en semesteruthyrning. Detta hem vid havet ligger precis vid kusten med en fantastisk utsikt över stranden, sanddynerna och Atlanten frÄn verandan och övre dÀck. Inom nÄgra minuter frÄn shopping- och matupplevelser Àr "sjöjungfruar" ett kvarter utanför Atlantic Beach Circle - dÀr bÄde unga och gamla kan hitta aktiviteter som tillhandahÄlls av stadsregeringen. PÄ grund av öns öst-vÀstgeografi finns den unika förmÄgan att observera bÄde soluppgÄng och solnedgÄng frÄn bekvÀmligheten för bÄda dÀcken.

"Mermaids" Àr ett tre vÄningar hem med tillrÀckligt med utrymme för att sprida ut. Havsutsikten pÄ den nedre och övre nivÄn Àr spektakulÀr. Det finns en badtunna och helt ny grill pÄ den lÀgre nivÄn. PÄ bottenvÄningen finns spelrummet med ett TV- och Foosball-bord. Dessutom Àr lagring av din boogie, skum och surfbrÀdor samt tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare pÄ denna nivÄ. Husets huvudnivÄ har kök, matsal, vardagsrum samt tre sovrum - ett med en King-sÀng medan de andra tvÄ har en queen-size sÀng vardera. Den övre nivÄn har tvÄ sovrum - det första sovrummet har en kung med drottning bÀddsoffa och helt ny vÄt bar med kaffestation. Barnen har tre tvilling- och en drottning. Vardagsrummet, sovrummet pÄ andra vÄningen med king size-sÀng samt sovrummen pÄ övre plan har fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det finns 5 TV-apparater med kabel i tre av sovrummen och vardagsrummet och lekrummet pÄ lÀgre nivÄ.

Great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watching dolphins from the balcony, hanging out in the hot tub, playing in the pool, just a short walk to relax on the beach
 it was the perfect getaway for our family. Stefan was great to work with too!

We loved having a place with a private pool and hot tub. But we here were quite a few negatives. There were many cockroaches outside and a handful inside that we would see come out at night. Overall the house looked clean but there were definitely areas around that could use a much deeper clean.The house was very old, so expect older furniture (wardrobes instead of dressers), no closets and not many outlets. The owner was great and let us know that the outdoor shower had the best water pressure, but the outdoor shower can be viewed from the upper balcony space. The walk to the beach was nice but the sand has definitely piled up, so it was longer and harder than we would’ve liked. We were vacationing with 10 adults and 6 children aged 2 and under, so the walk of course was harder with a stroller/wagon. The deck area and pool space was gorgeous, definitely the best part of the property, but it wasn’t the safest with the young toddlers we had as they could easily fall into the pool. So this house was not a great space for young children.

Location location location!

This house is adorable with never ending ocean views, especially from the upstairs deck. We had dozens of dolphin sightings and great shelling. The movie room is new and fabulous! Our host was helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

This was the perfect house for our family and our friends family! We had 4 adults and 9 children all under the age of 9. It was clean, had everything we needed to make meals, and it had plenty of room for both sets of parents to have their own rooms and the kids not to be squished. The kids loved the pool and arcade games. It was a very easy walk onto the beach and the outdoor shower made it easy to get all the sand off the kids and their suits. 10 out of 10!

Stefan was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the patio area and spacious family room with the sectional. Beach access was very simple and nice views from the upstairs balcony. I would advise future guests that when it says bring your own linens that means bedding and towels for bathroom. We arrived with no towels to shower with and no toilet tissue extras so bring those with you. Aside from that nicely updated home with lots of beds.

The house had just been cleaned very well when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by every one of all ages. The views were spectacular and beach access couldn’t have been better! We did have an issue with the basement area, but the host immediately responded and had a maintenance person come in. The house is very spacious and decorated beautifully. Definitely enjoyed the outdoor grill!

Relaxed Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the covered deck was also a plus. The communication with the host for a minor issue was easy and he got back to us fast. The issue was solved quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

This is an older, partially updated home in a great location. Extremely easy access to the beach. Great backyard patio/pool area with plenty of seating. Two decks with awesome ocean views. Plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Had a great week with family!

Great Place

Great location and plenty of space for our group of seven. Pool, hot tub, gas grill and really nice deck/back yard were very convenient. Beach just steps away. No definite plans at this time but definitely plan on coming back in the future.

Great home, location and host

We loved the location of this house. Very convenient to a ton of shops and restaurants, not to mention the beach. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The deck off the master suite was also heaven especially in the mornings. The kids loved having a hang out room seperate from the rest of the house. We had one small issue and Stefan was extremely responsive and helpful in getting it resolved. Definitely would recommend.

My wife Diana and I renovated this ocean front home with a pool and hot tub. We both work in education and run a small business. Along with our sons Stefan and Ryan we vacationed at this home prior to our purchase. During our stay we fell in love with the home and agreed that there is no place we would rather be.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We had vacationed many times near the ocean but after vacationing in an ocean front home with a pool and hot tub in Atlantic Beach we new this was the only place we wanted to be. The home's exquisite and nostalgic cottage décor along with the convenience and beauty of being on the beach is an incredible vacation experience. From the porch you see dolphins as well as the sunrise and sunset . You can walk only a few minutes from the home to fantastic ocean front restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We love to visit the historic town Beaufort which is a very short drive from our home. My wife children and I love to fish. We are now only steps away from the beach and a few minute drive to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City charter fishing. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach and that fact had some influence on us buying this property. The Major influence was the home itself. The incredible time we spent relaxing on the porch and enjoying all the beach had to offer was the main reason we bought this property.
