This property had a wonderful view to the ocean and very short walk to the beach. This was a plus for my family. The host was always available via phone for any questions. The manager, Roy, was very helpful and very responsive. The pool and hot tub was a welcoming advanage. The house was clean and equipped with kitchen supplies needed. The elevator was a big plus as there were 4 floors to the home. I would recommend this home.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean front property. The location is unmatched. Close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and anything you need. Our family of 8 slept extremely comfortably with room to spare. The kitchen is well stocked and in like new condition. The elevator made loading an unloading from the garage basement a breeze. The pool was fantastic and if the ocean were any closer you’d be in it. Friendly Market should be your first stop for gourmet food, and coffee offerings. Be sure and eat at “4 Corners Diner” which is walkable within 5 mins. The posh Pelican is a great boutique and gift shop, as is Island Trader. Our family will be returning to this perfect house. The owner could not be more friendly and personally checked in on us during our stay. 5 stars and then some!

Absolutely beautiful location! Ample parking, and can walk to wherever you need to go! We loved our stay and will be back to Atlantic Beach. We did have to purchase a number of basic necessities such as new sponges, all soaps except for hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and there were not enough bathroom towels. Only one towel per bathroom so that required a lot of laundry and us purchasing laundry detergent, Overall the host was reponsive but it was clear to see the unit had a lot of wear and tear, not unusual for a beach house. Overall it was a great stay but with quite a bit of extra stuff needed, basics compared to other stays I have had.

The location was spectacular! The pool and hot tub were an awesome amenity. We had lots of room in the house for gathering, the beach was great, restaurants, everything.

Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable, great location to food and groceries and shopping. This was our 2 year staying here and we will be booking another week later this year.

Wonderful vacation home! My family of 8 were at the house Aug 8-15, 2026. I chose this house because I had to have an elevator, dog friendly, pool, at least 5 bedrooms although 6 would have made it perfect but it still worked out, and oceanfront. The Hot Tub was a bonus and was very relaxing. I will say, if you want the pool heated, please let the host know when you book. There's an additional fee but for my family it was well worth it because the little ones enjoyed it more as well as the adults who were early morning swimmers and late night swimmers as well. The house was very comfortable and if I had any questions or a concern about anything, I was able to get a response from the host very quickly. We used the grill one night for hot dogs and several eating places are in a short walking distance from the house. Added bonus is the 2 car garage which we enjoyed. The elevator worked perfectly, it held 2 people comfortably or 3 as a tight squeeze. The elevator was a must for my husband so he would be comfortable, but, sadly, he passed away a month before the vacation but myself and daughter -in-law needed it too. Kitchen was equipped with most everything one would need. It also has both drip and pod coffee makers. Beach view amazing. My only disappointment was that you didn't get the sunrise off the balconies. I can't say enough about how great Stefan, the host, was. He's an extremely nice guy! This is the house to rent for fun, relaxing times. I would definitely rent again!

The house layout and location were awesome. The house needs a face-lift and some maintenance upgrades. Bedrooms don't have much space to unpack and story clothes and such.Basic amenities like kleenex, enough dishes and glasses, pantry essentials, etc were seriously lacking.Pool and hot tub were awesome but the deck surface around the pool is in serious disrepair; splinters abound.Nice house but the price didn't match what we got. We rented another house 300 feet away for less and it was much nicer and better equipped. Owner is excellent and very responsive. Great house, just needs some work.

Great Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome - right on the beach with gorgeous views! Plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms for a large family.
