Bo rätt vid viken i Unit 611 ... 1 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet på Pelican Walk (4 sovplatser) med en fantastisk utsikt! Beläget på östra änden av PCB ... bara några steg från den vackra vita sandstranden.

Vår lägenhet är GULF FRONT och har nyligen uppdaterats med NY! golv, möbler och mjuk kustinredning! Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, ny platt-TV och angränsande Master Bath med en badkar / dusch combo. Vardagsrummet har ett nytt! Drottning bäddsoffa och går ut till Gulf Front balkongen. Bara några steg bort ligger det andra badrummet med dusch.

Köket är välutrustat med ett stort kylskåp m / ismaskin, spis, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer och allt du behöver för att laga mat. Dessutom ingår en fullstabel stapelbar tvättmaskin / torktumlare i lägenheten. Den rymliga balkongen är den perfekta platsen att koppla av och ta i solnedgången! Perfekt för par och barnfamiljer!

Pelican Walk har 2 pooler, badtunna, tennis, racquetball och mer! Platsen är idealisk ... nära till shopping, restauranger, minigolf, fiske, St. Andrew's State Park och mer! Du kommer att älska att bo i vår lägenhet !!!!

A week in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My renatal at Pelican Walk, Unit 611, was amazing. The room was updated throughout, the AC, fans, and TVs works amazingly and the bed was pretty comfortable. My complaints or less positive comments are about the overall facility of Pelican Walk. When I turned down the bed on our first night, I was met with long dark strands of hair on the sheets and pillows. So after driving 9 hours and absolutely exhausted, I had to remove the bedding and wash it. That is clearly a housekeeping issue and not a unit issue. Also, the pool areas could really benefit from umbrellas. While it was not as hot as normal during the week we were there, it was so sunny and having the option to get out of the sun would have been great. The water pressure at the beach access was basically the same as me trying to spit to get sand off of things - terrible. Overall, the experience was fine. Additionally, one of the two elevators was down all week for maintenance, which was a slight inconvenience. Our unit was beautiful and well stocked.

A Perfect Stay!

I would suggest to have a 4th chair on the balcony for when you have guests. I wish it was available for our dates next winter. We would definitely return.

Nice condo but the sleeper sofa was horrible, you should not count that as sleeping arrangements and to many little tables and end tables, their is not enough space to set/ put your own stuff when coming for a week

Great September Stay

And I can say, no matter what time of the year or what Unit we have stayed in, we have not been disappointed!! Unit 611 is very beautiful and met our every need. I am always impressed with the beds in the Units. Nothing like a good nights sleep before heading back out to the beach. And as I’ve said before, the staff here at Pelican Walk is the BEST! Looking forward to our October Stay!

Beautifully updated and clean unit. Property maintenance issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 611 is beautifully updated, well-equipped and was very clean upon arrival. The beach chair rental is a favorite feature for us. I would not recommend sleeping on the sofa bed as it is extremely uncomfortable, as are most sofa beds! We loved the property upgrades to the pool decking and surrounding property landscaping. The property itself did have a couple of issues during our stay that were not problems with the specific unit or its owner, but greatly impacted our enjoyment (hence 4 stars). The elevator went out two times for a total of nine days out of our 14-day stay. Additionally, the property's water main burst and all units were without water for the majority of a day, leaving our guests unable to shower prior to leaving to return home. We have stayed at this property multiple times, but this was the first time to have such inconvenient facility issues. We expressed our concerns to the onsite property manager on the last day of our stay. She claimed to be unaware of the issues. She advised she would follow-up and have someone contact us, but to date, we have not had any contact.

Great location, beautiful weather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in nicer units at Pelican Walk, but this one was fine. It wasn't particularly clean when we arrived (ie, glass surfaces were not clean, table surfaces had not been dusted in some time, debris in bathroom floors). However, the room was fine. The vertical blinds need to be replaced as several slats are missing and the afternoon sun is brutal when you're not able to close the blinds all the way. All in all, we had a great stay. The weather couldn't have been better and we love PW in general.

Great location but condo was a let down

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy access to all the sights and attractions without as much traffic. The proximity of the condo to the beach was very close which is great. Office staff was easy to deal with for our late arrival and the pool was wonderful. The pool furniture could use an update. The condition of the actual condo was a different story. The listing certainly captured the best features and avoided acknowledgment of the many flaws. The second bathroom had peeling wall paper, there was a gouged area of missing pain in the dining room, mildew smell in the master bath, the kitchen cabinet next to the microwave would not close and when we arrived part of the vertical blinds were laying in the floor of the living room. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, there were only 2 pillows for the bed. The others in the closet had no pillow cases and the drop ceiling in the closet was completely ajar. While these are minor things when you spend a large chunk on a condo you expect better.

What a wonderful little condo was perfect for my teen daughter and I. Bed was very comfy and everything was clean, I cleaned again and sanitized for a double effort. One thing is it smelled kinda stuffy but some fabreeze in the living room cured it. Pull out couch ok for a teen not so nuch for an adult. Everything else was perfect only real issue was the elevator was struck by lightning and went down on the other side of the building so that was time consuming but at no fault of the property of course.
