The perfect spot for your beach vacation is Panama City Beach at Regency 505! A one bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps four with wonderful Gulf views from the balcony, free WiFi, two outdoor pools, game room, washer, and dryer!
Regency 505 offers space and great amenities with a view that is impossible to forget! Your guests will truly enjoy your stay here. When you enter, you will notice the glass doors leading to the balcony and a great open concept. The living room features a sofa and loveseat situated around the flat screen television. You will enjoy the fantastic views from the balcony and the sofa!
The beautiful kitchen is spacious and has a great amount of counter space; fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and stove top/oven as well as cooking and eating utensils. Cook your favorite meals while enjoying your time at Panama City Beach. The breakfast bar and dining table provide ample seating options during your stay at Regency 505.
If you prefer to eat your meals outdoors, take them to the dining table located on the balcony. You will enjoy the sights and sounds of being on the Gulf from your private balcony. The balcony at Regency 505 provides a great location to enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore. You will feel like you are on the beach with the location of this condo!
Regency 505 features a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a majestic ocean view and plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. Take advantage of the balcony access from your room! There is a queen sofa sleeper located in the main living area to accommodate additional guests.
