"Ocean Oaks" är en klassisk 4 sovrum, 2 badrum oceanfront hem, inbäddat bland en mängd ekar och kustväxter, som ger ett naturligt skydd för hemmet. "Ocean Oaks" ligger strax i början av där Ashley Avenue blir oceanfront, vilket ger en unik integritet som många oceanfront hem inte har. Detta hem är för de lättillgängliga gästerna som vill komma undan utan att bryta banken! Detta klassiska hem har några moderna bekvämligheter med en vintage beach-house känsla!

Husets översta våning är förhöjd. När du går in, anger du ett öppet kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Köket har några uppdateringar från och med mars 2017, inklusive nya granitbänkskivor, färgglans och belysningsarmaturer. Det finns två små sovrum båda med helt nya queen sängar. På övervåningen delar ett renoverat badrum med dusch / badkar combo och liten fåfänga.

Den veranda och solterrass ger gott om utrymme för avkoppling och veranda-sitter medan du lyssnar på den svala brisen. Nedervåningen hittar du ett andra vardagsrum, delat badrum och en våt bar. Det finns två sovrum på denna marknivå, inklusive ett mysigt drottning sovrum och 4: e sovrummet består av en drottning och dubbelsäng. Nedervåningen innehåller också ett tvättstuga med en privat tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Du kan gå från bottenvåningen och gå direkt ut till strandpromenaden, genom vindblåtta ekarna och höger in på sanden.

Ocean Oaks är också husdjursvänlig, vilket tillåter välskötta hundar till en nominell avgift.

Wonderful 2 weeks

We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in February. There was plenty of room for us all (there were 8 of us for some of the time), and our small dog. The bedrooms are small but comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom was renovated so it is even nicer than the pictures. The beach was amazing and just a few steps away. We had a few small maintenance issues that were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend this for a beachfront stay in Folly Beach!

Superb property!

Private secluded feel yet close to all things Folly. Comfortable beds, beautiful spaces. I could live on the sun deck and screened porch - didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay here again!

location ,location, location

Beautiful sunrise and moon views. Visited Island lighthouse and Angel tree. Found a shark tooth. Took great photos and loved the garden archway to the ocean.We put our children with an infant upstairs with kitchen. Us older folks stayed downstairs but it was a lot of steps to get a cup of coffee. Do recommend establishment furnish a small microwave, coffee and refrigerator downstairs or suggest visitors to bring your own.,we had brought a coffee maker and plug in cooler so that helped a lot for downstairs. We all had a wonderful time.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Wow! What a perfect place to stay! You are literal steps away from the beach, but it is also very private. Everything about our stay was so fantastic and I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

Nice property that was not well maintained

This was a beautiful property and location. For the price we paid the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Property management was responsive but would like to have had it in better condition and not have to make requests and have repairs done while we were there.

Beautiful View

The view of the ocean was breath taking!!! We loved sitting on the back deck and in the screened in porch listening to the ocean. It was relaxing!!! The house was the perfect size for our stay.

Great location! Needs some TLC

We loved the location of this house. The furnishings were very comfortable and the finishes are updated. The house itself was a bit run down and dirty. I’m sorry, but if I am paying hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, I expect the house to be clean when I arrive, there was A LOT of pet hair. It was almost like the floors were not done at all. I could go on but I will just say that I won’t be staying here again.

A Folly Christmas

The location of the property is terrific, very private! The porch and the deck had locks so we could keep our 3 year old grandson from leaving the house. The kitchen was very well stocked but the bathroom downstairs could use an upgrade. It is smaller than we thought and it needs a dining table inside.

Wonderful stay in Ocean Oaks!

Beautiful views in a secluded setting right on the beach. We loved our week of in this gem of a home in Folly Beach. The house looks just like the pictures and will not disappoint. Dunes Realty was great to work with too. We hope to be back!

We went for our wedding. It’s the most lovely view. The tree canopy is amazing. We saw dolphins everyday. Let us know if you ever want to sell the house :)

We’ve stayed at many beach houses along the SC coast. This home was just as shown. A plus is the absolute privacy with private beach access. Really liked the screened porch area. Another favorite was the outdoor shower. Dunes Realty made our stay very enjoyable. They were very quick to reply to messages. Very good communication. We will definitely return.

Tucked and cozy

Nice property. Was a little bumbed the windows didn’t have screens and even if they did the windows couldn’t be opened. Beds slept well. Outdoor space was very nice and furniture was comfy. Basement area was nice but had a damp odor. We were very happy with the house at the out of season rate.
