Välskött hus vid havet med golv till tak glasat vardagsrum. Öppen planlösning ger maximal utsikt över havet. Tre rymliga sovrum och 2-1 / 2 badrum rymmer en familj eller grupp. Huset rymmer 10 personer, men en ny föreskrift om dårskap begränsar boende till 8. Även om havsutsikten från vissa rum delvis har blivit dold av ett hus byggt på ett angränsande parti framför, finns det fortfarande massor av underbar havsutsikt för gäster att njuta av från flera däck (se bilder), och tillgång till stranden är bara steg bort, direkt från hemets bottenvåningsdäck. Alla bekvämligheter man förväntar sig för en förstklassig, avkopplande strandsemester tillhandahålls, inklusive trådlöst internet och streaming. Du hittar en TV i huvudsakliga vardagsrummet och i varje sovrum, en jacuzzi i masterbadet och mycket mer. En utomhusdusch på lägre nivå hjälper dig att tvätta havet och sanden. Det finns en matplats och ett välutrustat kök för dig som föredrar att "laga mat hemma". Det finns en kolgrill på undre däck för grilla utanför (ta med kol efter eget val). Fastigheten är tillgänglig för små bröllop, mottagningar och andra evenemang (upp till max 50 personer) mot en extra avgift. Hemmet är rökfritt, Butt-hinkar finns på yttre däck. Wonderful Folly

The home was lovely with huge windows and the view of the Atlantic was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the house is loaded with everything you need to have a wonderful time! The beach was so nice with hard packed sand for walking and lots of shells. We will return!!! Christy

Great Stay

This was a really great property with little added touches and very well stocked. I come to a property very well stocked myself and this time I found myself saying, “Well, could have left that at home” many times during our week stay. Super easy access to the beach, lots of kid beach toys, comfy beds, lots of towels, plenty of seating, nice TV’s, really awesome high deck chairs and a nice table for dining. There was even a very large cooler, although we didn’t use it.

Family friendly home

Such a wonderful home to gather in. Fully loaded with any accessory you may need. Great spot on the beach. We have enjoyed this home for the past 2 yrs.

Perfect multi family vacation

This property was perfect for our growing annual family vacation. Adult siblings and cousins had the best week of beach time, and evening crab hunting. The house was FULLY equipped with everything you need.

Great Beach Trip

We had a fun week in your beautiful home. Nice to be away from the crowds of the downtown area but still close enough to ride our bikes or go there for dinner. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the waves come in and walking on the beach.

Fabulous week and great house!

The house is spacious, well equipped, and has a lovely view of the ocean. We enjoyed the comfortable deck chairs the enclosed, outdoor shower for rinsing off beach sand, and the well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this property for families looking to spend time together in a beautiful setting!

Perfect Anniversary Trip

We rented the house for our parents 59th wedding anniversary. They loved the house and said it was stocked with all they needed. It is so beautiful, very comfortable and loved being so close to the beach. They had the best time and hope to be back soon! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Summer beach vacation

This house was gorgeous! The views from the deck are spectacular and the chairs are wonderful! We sat out one night during a full moon. It was beautiful! The kitchen has everything you could possibly want or need. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Communicating with the owner was very easy. This house gets five stars!

Great Location

The location of the house was perfect for our family. Located 3 miles from the heart of Folly Beach, we preferred the less crowded beach towards the end of the island. We took beautiful walks to the end of every morning, evening, and at night. The house is located next to public access but that did not bother us as it was still less crowded than closer into town. The house is ocean front but partially obstructed by another house build directly in front. The design of the porch allows you to sit facing the beach and the house to our front, right did not bother us at all. The upstairs bedroom has a porch but the flooring was uncomfortably soft in areas and felt unsafe to walk around on that porch. The king and queen beds were very comfortable but the bunk room beds were rather hard. The house is pet friendly and we traveled with our dog. The house is outfitted with a central vac system. The addition of a small vacuum would have made it easier to keep up with sand and dog hair as the central vac hose was difficult to maneuver. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. I closely review pictures and rental property based primarily on the photos, so I was disappointed to find there were no bar stools at the kitchen counter as indicted in the pictures (we are big into bar stools and gathering in the kitchen as we cook); on the upside, there were all new, tall exterior porch chairs, not shown in the pictures.

Love This Beach House

Great location. House is airy and open. Kitchen is stocked with so many things! Comfortable beds. I love the outdoor showers. Wow! I took most of my showers there. Nice that after a day at the beach I can clean up without dragging sand into the house.

Perfect beach getaway

We absolutely loved this home. The views and access to the beach are AMAZING!! The home is cozy and gorgeous for a family getaway. It had everything we needed and more. Well maintained, clean beach house w/great location

We loved our time at this beautiful, well-maintained, clean beach house!! Nice beachy decorations. A beautiful kitchen with water views if you decide to cook. The house is solidly built with a gorgeous open and beautiful living room and stairs to the upper level. When you look at this listing's pictures, you’re hoping it’s as good as it looks….and it is!!! Great light and sunrises from the beach side. Easy to pop out to the beach through your own private gate in the fence. We loved the shutters in the bedrooms. It was easy to make it super dark for sleeping, or let in whatever level of light you want. Usually we’ve stayed closer to the center of Folly, but we loved this location. It was easy to walk down the beach to the undeveloped area of the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. We liked the peacefulness of this area, and didn’t mind the slight extra drive to go explore downtown Charleston or wherever our vacationing selves wanted to go. (Hint: Crosby’s Fish Truck!) The owner is the perfect combination of laid-back and professional. We had one minor issue related to some harsh weather right before our arrival. They were out to fix it right away. Our dog loved it here! He loved playing in the waves, walking on the beach, and swimming with all the other dogs at the James Island County Park dog park. There was a warm-water dog wash in the outdoor shower, so we could make sure he wasn’t sandy when he came inside. The only sign we saw that other dogs had stayed here was a set of dog bowls that he could use. We don’t often stay in the same house on vacation, but we’re already figuring out when we can return to this one!!!

Amazing home and location!!

This was our second time staying here and we can't recommend this property enough! The home is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need on your vacation. The location and view is remarkable! A few miles down the road from the center of town and perfectly nestled on a quiet section of Folly Beach. We stayed with our adult children and small dogs and everyone had an awesome time. We can't wait to stay again! - Steve & Didi
