VĂ€lskött hus vid havet med golv till tak glasat vardagsrum. Öppen planlösning ger maximal utsikt över havet. Tre rymliga sovrum och 2-1 / 2 badrum rymmer en familj eller grupp. Huset rymmer 10 personer, men en ny föreskrift om dĂ„rskap begrĂ€nsar boende till 8. Även om havsutsikten frĂ„n vissa rum delvis har blivit dold av ett hus byggt pĂ„ ett angrĂ€nsande parti framför, finns det fortfarande massor av underbar havsutsikt för gĂ€ster att njuta av frĂ„n flera dĂ€ck (se bilder), och tillgĂ„ng till stranden Ă€r bara steg bort, direkt frĂ„n hemets bottenvĂ„ningsdĂ€ck. Alla bekvĂ€mligheter man förvĂ€ntar sig för en förstklassig, avkopplande strandsemester tillhandahĂ„lls, inklusive trĂ„dlöst internet och streaming. Du hittar en TV i huvudsakliga vardagsrummet och i varje sovrum, en jacuzzi i masterbadet och mycket mer. En utomhusdusch pĂ„ lĂ€gre nivĂ„ hjĂ€lper dig att tvĂ€tta havet och sanden. Det finns en matplats och ett vĂ€lutrustat kök för dig som föredrar att "laga mat hemma". Det finns en kolgrill pĂ„ undre dĂ€ck för grilla utanför (ta med kol efter eget val). Wonderful!!

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. It was super clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and just enough room for a family of seven. The location was perfect on the far end of Folly Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

This house was perfect for my family of four plus my parents. It was beautifully located right on the beach with amazing views. The house was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, although I would suggest bringing some bowls with lids or plastic containers. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect and we look forward to renting it again in the future. Folly Beach is our happy place!!

Wonderful Folly

The home was lovely with huge windows and the view of the Atlantic was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable and the house is loaded with everything you need to have a wonderful time! The beach was so nice with hard packed sand for walking and lots of shells. We will return!!! Christy

Wonderful House

We have rented at least 7-8 different houses at Folly. This is by far the cleanest house we have stayed in. Most dog friendly houses are not well kept up but this was an exception. I loved the fact the kitchen was full of dishes, pots and pans and glassware that matched instead of looking like it came from a flea market or goodwill. Gave the feeling of being at home. The beds were very comfortable and very pretty. Everything we needed was there. Great house even if you don’t have a dog! Wonderful house and the owner gave exceptional help when needed. Thanks Matt.

Great Beach Trip

We had a fun week in your beautiful home. Nice to be away from the crowds of the downtown area but still close enough to ride our bikes or go there for dinner. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the waves come in and walking on the beach.

Perfect multi family vacation

Fabulous week and great house!

The house is spacious, well equipped, and has a lovely view of the ocean. We enjoyed the comfortable deck chairs the enclosed, outdoor shower for rinsing off beach sand, and the well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this property for families looking to spend time together in a beautiful setting!
