Vi vÀxte upp hÀr sÄ vi vet att detta Àr den bÀsta platsen pÄ Isle of Palms. Det Àr ett 5BDR / 4BA / 4000 kvadratmeter hus pÄ en nivÄ. Det finns gott om utrymme för barnen och vuxna att sprida sig och ha sitt eget utrymme. Det finns lövtrÀ i hela huset med undantag för kakel i 4 badrum (kakel), kök (kakel), solrum (kakel) och trÀdÀck.

Vi Àr specialiserade pÄ detaljerna. Till exempel tillhandahÄller vi bekvÀmligheter som 5 solstolar, parasoll, sÀngklÀder, kök smaktillsatser och kryddor, tvÀttmedel, dusch bar tvÄl, diskmaskin, kajaker, kanot, flytvÀstar, boogie brÀdor, och sÄ mycket mer ingÄr! Om du var tvungen att hyra / köpa / eller packa nÄgot av detta skulle du spendera mycket mer Àn du trodde. Vi tillhandahÄller det gratis!

Att ha din egen privata brygga gör att du kan fiska, krabba, simma eller bÄt precis i Hamlin Creek, som ligger precis utanför Intracoastal vattenvÀg. Delfiner ses nÀstan alltid i bÀcken. AnvÀnd vÄra kajaker och kanot eller ta med din egen bÄt. Dockhuset ger dig massor av skugga och Àr min favoritplats under en regnstorm. Om det regnar kan du njuta av sunporch med biljardbord, ping pongbord eller airhockey.

Promenad till stranden Àr 2 korta kvarter och tar 5 minuter. Det finns en fin sÀker bikepath direkt till stranden.

Hemmet Àr utrustat med 5 plattskÀrms-tv, kabeltjÀnst med massor av kanaler och wifi. Kom ihÄg att du Àr pÄ en ö sÄ min rekommendation Àr att koppla ur och dra nytta av djuphavsdockan, stranden, nÀrheten till Charleston och omrÄdets rika historia. Vi har en ping pong, pool och air hockey bord pÄ sunroom.

Eftersom vi Àr lokala kan vi peka pÄ de bÀsta restaurangerna, shopping, historiska omrÄden, fiske och surfplatser och platser att hyra cyklar, jetski etc.

Alla sÀngklÀder, kökshanddukar och badhandduksatser tillhandahÄlls för din bekvÀmlighet. Vi inkluderar en startuppsÀttning toalettartiklar som toalettpapper, tvÄlar för badkar och disk, pappershanddukar etc. Om du behöver ladda om Àr du en kilometer frÄn en Harris Teeter. Vi förser dig ocksÄ med 5 strandstolar, ett paraply och en strandbuggy för att rulla alla andra föremÄl till stranden. Du behöver bara ta med eller planera att hyra strandhanddukar.

We loved sitting on the dock watching the wildlife- crabs, dolphins, pelicans, egrets and herons, to name a few. Great place to unwind!

Upon check in things were dirty. Handprints and dirty windows dirty door frames dirty light switches. After check in we noticed that some of the handles on the kitchen cabinets were missing and not replaced. Condition of the furniture had paint chips and it was old. The paint job in the yellow bathroom was the worst I've ever seen in my life. However all my brothers and cousins loved the location the house the design the layout including myself and the dock. We had a great time and this house is a great location and a great place to stay I just hope the owner will update it a little bit better than what it is.

Great location, lots of parking, several options for spacious and comfortable gathering spots inside and out for family and friends, bedrooms were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for the house size. Dock is aged but fully functional- accommodated our 27-ft center console so we were able to enjoy sitting beside the quiet waterfront as well as accessing the deep water by boat all from the backyard.

IOP vacation

We loved out stay at this beautiful IOP home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching for dolphins. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. Great house and host.

Great home in wonderful location with outstanding views. Our family really enjoyed how spacious this property is with large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. We all spent a lot of time enjoying the game room and screened in porch, but the dock over the canal was by far our favorite!l spot! We were able to watch dolphins swim right by. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and the center of town is less than half a mile away. The location is excellent overall. The only issue was the home did not have a gas grill, but did have charcoal grill and it could use some newer/larger life jackets for the water toys. Other than that, everything was great and it was a good value for IOP, especially considering the outstanding water access and views.

Awesome Vacation

We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years and love it! It's wheelchair accessible, which is important to us. We love to fish and crab from the dock, and just sit on the back porch enjoying the view. Clay is very responsive and helpful. We are heading back in October and already planning next summer's vacation at this lovely home.

Wonderful stay!

House was great, everything we needed including multiple beach chairs and a beach wagon. Clay was responsive to all communication and questions. Less than a 5 minute walk to beach. Would definitely stay again.

Family Fun

The experience from check in to check out was convenient and Clay was an awesome host. The house is in a perfect location with plenty of space for our group of 10. Some took the short walk to the beach while most just enjoyed our time between the game room and dock. Very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating around large tables for family meals and entertaining. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful waterfront retreat

The spacious house had numerous gathering places for all 8 adults. Each couple had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch was nice for visiting and enjoying the back yard overlooking the water. We were able to spot numerous dolphins from the porch.Very close to wonderful restaurants and grocery store. The host kept us informed about check in policies and was quick to respond to any questions. A great vacation home!

Great Creekside Retreat

Best place yet for family thanksgiving get together. We’ve done James Island, Folly, and Edisto, this is the best. Plenty of room all on one floor. Clean and pretty well equipped. Nice pier and dock on deep water creek. Caught fish but no crabs. Highly recommend.

End of October Stay

This is a beautiful family home. We spent a lot of time on the spacious back screened in porch. You can hear the ocean out front and so we ended up sitting in the garage a few nights of our stay as well. We rented a golf cart to explore the area and to trick or treat with the little ones. This home is an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely visit again.

Another perfect family vacation

If you enjoy fishing off the dock while being within walking distance of the beach, this is the perfect place to be! We have stayed here numerous times and have already scheduled next summer’s week. Our family loves spending time on the dock fishing. Clay is wonderful and we are so grateful to be able to rent his lovely home. The house is wheelchair accessible which we need. Cannot wait for our next trip!

Wedding weekend

The communication with the owner was exceptional, especially since he lives in the Asheville area and we were there just after hurricane Helene. With that being said, there are some unresolved issues that others have also committed. There was an issue with the hall smoke detector (chirping) and the owner instructed us, the guest, to disconnect after being told to change the battery and then clean the sensor. While all but one bathroom is extremely outdated, one had tiles popped out around the drain and was unusable. There are 4 bathrooms with one being a suite. Overall, the house served its purpose but myself and other family members were disappointed in the overall condition of the house considering the cost, along the nonchalant interaction with the home owner regarding the smoke detector would prevent me from staying here again or referring others. I could post pictures that are not posted of the bathrooms and general appearance of the home.

grand vacation

The house had everything you needed for a family vacation, very clean plenty of linens, bathrooms and beds, was provided with enough paper products and soaps and shampoos to get you started on your vacation from the first moment you get there, the family loved the ping pong and pool table, and spent many enjoyable hours fishing from the dock and walking the beach, the stores and restaurants are near by for convenience, will return soon.

My sister and I grew up here and still call this place home. Our kids enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, boating, and relaxing off the deepwater dock just like you will. We have been doing it for 40+ years and never grow tired of seeing dolphin in the creek.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys such as shovels and boogie boards, kayaks and paddle boards. If you had to purchase or rent these while here it would cost a lot. This way you don't have to pack everything when visiting
