Den perfekta resan för familj och vänner. Stort nytt hem som sitter precis vid den mycket önskvärda och tillgängliga sydarmen i den vackra sjön Charlevoix. Njut av 200 fot vattenfasad bara några minuter från centrala Charlevoix och East Jordan. Bara 20 minuter till Boyne Ski Resort. Fyra sovrum plus två utdragna soffor ger plats för mycket. Ta ett steg ut på bakdäck och du är 30 meter från vattnet! Stek din marshmallows vid eldstaden vid stranden eller umgås på det rymliga däck vid vattnet. Rengör badområdet med gradvis nedgång för små eller hopp från slutet av bryggan för en uppfriskande simtur. Spela på gungan, klättra på ett träd, flyta på flottan, kajakpaddla, spela volleyboll eller i sanden. Det är kul för alla åldrar!

Great weekend

Labor Day weekend

Had a great weekend on Lake Charlevoix. The house is in the perfect location to go to different cities and enjoy site seeing. We were there to fish and it was a beautiful weekend.

Vacation getaway

We had a wonderful vacation. The view was outstanding. The sandbox and swing set were a hit with our grandchildren. The house was very comfortable. Any questions we had were addressed very quickly!

Perfect Getaway

Stayed at the house for a weekend wedding and it was the perfect spot. About a mile from downtown East Jordan, we were able to relax by the water or head into town quickly for a bit to eat. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Getaway

Lake Charlevoix House

Lake views were great, deck was on the Lake Shore, kitchen and baths were clean and appliances were fairly new. Location convenient and easy to get to stores and restaurants in East Jordan as well as on the highway to get to Charlevoix and Petoskey or Traverse for more specialized, tourist shopping. Great location and great lake views!!

Kid friendly Lake getaway

Our kids (two 2 yo, and two 4 yo) loved staying here. They thought of everything! The play set, kayak, sand box and toys were a hit. However, the front door is easily opened by toddlers from the inside. Otherwise, this was a relatively stress free stay with our toddlers. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location!!!

We were up for a wedding at Castle Farms and had a large group with us. We loved the location, the open downstairs living area and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. The views of the lake are fantastic!!! Great property and great communication from Sandy!

Family Get-away

The home and yard are spacious and property manager was very responsive. Understand the home is on the water but there were so many spiders and spiderwebs it looked as if it had not been cleaned recently or very well. Photos need to be updated. Deck and swing set are much older than appear. The sand photo looked to me as a sandy beach. It is not. It is a sandbox.

Everything was great. The view is awesome. We had a group of 8 adults, and it fit all of us perfectly. My only concern was that the smoke detectors didn't seem to be in working condition.

Excellent place for our family and kids

Stayed 1 week and had a great time. Home is situated on M-66 and has a lovely back yard with a beautiful view of the lake. Kayaks, paddle boards, and tubing fun for the whole family. Close to Charlevoix and a stone's throw to East Jordan center. The house has all your need to enjoy your stay. Larry H.

2024 Family Vacation

The family really enjoyed our annual vacation this year. The house was in a wonderful location on Lake Charlevoix and my son was able to moor his boat very close to the house dock. Many sand toys, wonderful playset and yard games too. Loved the sandbar to relax and "The Landings" to dock the boat for a great lunch/dinner. The nightly bonfires were wonderful roasting smores. Very child friendly for our 3 year old granddaughter. Exceeded our expectations. Yes, there is some street sound in the front of the house, for two bedrooms but just bring a couple sound machines which other VRBO guests advised, and it works well. Sandy was a great host - thank you on behalf of our family!

Amazing Lake Front House

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It is right on the lake and easy to dock a boat to a buoy. We enjoyed the kayaks, the fire pit, the grill and the paddle board. The house is very comfortable and the view is gorgeous! Plenty of space in the bedrooms. We love the deck off the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of room for your own groceries. The host is awesome and will make sure you have everything you need during your stay. This was our 2nd time in the house. It's a perfect place for vacation!

Great interior, okay exterior

The inside of the home is great, very open floor plan and perfect for families. However, the backyard has some issues. The deck was covered in poop, the sandbox was a weed box, and the swing set was completely taken over by spiders. Overall, the home was great, the outside needed some love.

Great time

this was a much needed fun time for 2 families (5 kids ages 10m, 3,3, 5 and 8) to get together. The house was perfect, kids loved the sand box and play set. The older ones loved being on the kayak and jumping off the dock, the oldest even tried paddleboarding Only negative would be there wasn't room darkening curtains, so even with sheets over we were all up by 7. However. The view was gorgeous, so it helped!

We started renting our cottage down state near the Ann Arbor area about in 2009 and discovered I have a real love for hospitality. I like my guests to feel special and to have fun. We now spend our summers in Charlevoix and have purchased this beautiful home on the south arm of the lake for others to enjoy.

Beauty and convenience. Located so close to the water front, the views are spectacular. On a main Thruway between Charlevoix & East Jordan, it's easy to find and get to. For families with little ones I like to have a playset and beach toys and games for their enjoyment. Being right on the lake allows the parents not to have to pack anything up and go anywhere, just relax and enjoy watching the children play. For the older guests we have kayaks, paddleboard, and more. Bring your boat, or just have a drink, and get ready for a fun atmosphere while grilling and lounging on the deck.
