I am writing to formally document several issues encountered during our recent stay.1.Inoperable Second Bathroom: The upstairs toilet was broken and leaking into the first-floor bathroom, rendering the second bathroom unusable. The only mitigation provided was a small battery-powered fan, which ran for only a few hours before stopping. This left a strong, musty odor throughout the affected area and visible water damage.2.Late Disclosure of Issues: We were not informed of the bathroom problem until our arrival at 5pm which an hour after the scheduled check-in of 4pmâby the owners, who were still present at the property at that time.3.Disruption During Stay: On the morning of our departure, a plumber arrived an hour before our scheduled check-out, while we were in the process of packing and getting ready to leave. We were given no notice of this. 4.Unhygienic Conditions: Garbage had been left in the kitchen, producing a strong odor and attracting flies.These issues materially affected the comfort, cleanliness, and privacy of our stay. We request that this matter be addressed promptly, including a partial refund/compensation.
