Sjön hemma pÄ den underbara Upper Silver Lake bara vÀntar pÄ att minnen ska göras. Det stora partiet Àr perfekt för underhÄllning med stora dÀck bÄde pÄ framsidan och baksidan av stugan. Det Àr ett utmÀrkt stÀlle att koppla av och njuta av lugnet med att gÄ bort frÄn den verkliga vÀrlden.

Vi har 2 andra fastigheter i nÀrheten av FAITH 4846442 och HOPE 4846407 om du behöver mer utrymme.

Huset har alla bekvÀmligheter du behöver. En tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, gott om parkeringsplatser för sandbuggies och slÀpvagnar.

Platsen Àr stor. Avskilt nog för att koppla av, men tillrÀckligt nÀra alla ÄtgÀrder om du vill. Downtown Silver Lake ligger ungefÀr 2 km bort dÀr du kan hyra jeeps, sanddyner, vattenskoter, bÄtar etc. Om du har nÄgra frÄgor om huset bara frÄga!

Tyst timmar: NÀr grannarna Àr nÀra och familjer har smÄ barn kommer vi att be alla gÀster respektera tysta timmar. Lugntimmar börjar kl 22.00 och slutar klockan 07.00.

Cute cottage that had ample space and amenities for a great family getaway to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. We loved our trip & would stay at this property again. The Host was attentive & quick to respond with an unforeseen delivery of space heaters (as the furnace struggled to kick on the first cold night of the season). This quick “customer service” response was greatly appreciated & sufficiently warmed the cottage for our weekend. Thank you, Tim, for your kind & quick response!

We truly enjoyed this place. Huge porch to visit. Kitchen with all the utensils and necessities. Comfortable and would come back. Great parking too.

Great Silver Lake Rental

Nice house with plenty of driveway to fit all your toys. Every room has tons of extra space. Kitchen setup was great to hang out around.

Pleasant Stay

We had a good time while visiting Mears, MI. The stay at this lovely home was nice. Couch in living room could use an upgrade, but home has good space and back yard is huge, had fun running around with the littles of the family. Close to all the places like the lake, lighhouse, dune rides, shops.

summer break

The house was perfect for us. The kitchen could use 2 light bulbs replaced ( we put one in but didn't see more bulbs.). The downstairs bath needs light bulbs too. The previous renters did not clean out the ashes in the bbq. The kitchen could use a hand held can opener ( the neighbors were kind enough to help us out.) Very nice neighborhood!

Nice comfortable stay.

Went up to ride the dunes all weekend but do to weather ended up staying in for most of Saturday. Plenty of room for my friends and I to sit and hangout comfortably. Thanks.

Perfect for large group

Tim’s place was just as described! We truly enjoyed ourselves for a summer weekend at this place in Silver Lake area. It’s a really good location, close to the dunes and beach. The house has a big kitchen and spacious bedrooms. It also has huge decks on the front and back of the house that my family enjoyed hanging out on. Highly recommend!

Nice location to the dunes

Nothing fancy but worked for the weekend. A few hiccups w accessing the house as the lock was one we’ve never used. One of the beds was broken (box spring) but we made due w putting the mattress on the floor. Only other issue was the can opener was broken but Tammy, the neighbor, was gracious to loan us her’s.

Great location close to everything in Mears

Loved the location ,nice house, great parking for trucks and trailers. The only thing was the exterior lighting in front was poor and the steps in front are very dark at night. Would definitely stay again!

One of the best cabins I have stayed in, great location. The cabin was super comfortable. It was clean. The driveway was perfect to park my truck and trailer.

Family Trip to Silver Lake

We traveled to Silver Lake for a short family get away. The house is in a great location, just a couple miles to Silver Lake and the Dunes. And a short drive to Pentwater. Overall the house was good. The only issue we had was when walking up the steps into the house there are 4 patio bricks that are extremely lose, one wrong step and those pavers pop up and could potentially cause someone to fall backwards. Other than that our family really enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent acommodations

The neighborhood was excellent; a country feel. Swimming was basically across the street. The house fit our family perfectly. It was well stocked and a pleasure to stay in. We enjoyed the large back yard and fire pit. The Silver Lake amenities were within easy driving distance. We are seriously considering returning again.

Family wedding in the area

We stayed here as there was a family wedding in the area. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore more but it was perfect for what we needed for a weekend wedding. Great location, great house with everything you need and more. Great communication, easy check-in and out. Great experience.

Hi, I am Tim Kasza. Welcome to Beautiful Upper Silver Lake. My family, consisting of 4 boys and 4 girls have lived here since 1991. The Lord called us here to teach in a little one room school. He provided a small farm near Shelby where we reside today. Since this is orchard country we raise peaches which are ripe during most of the month of August. Our boys have also expanded in the Maple Syrup business, producing syrup, maple covered almonds and pecans, granola, maple sugar, waffle and pancake mix, along with Maple candy. The second Saturday of March is a highlight around the farm with Maple Open House.
