Detta är en bekväm öppen planlösning klass 2 stugan ligger på första och andra våningen, som nyligen har uppgraderats. Det ligger på en central lugn gata och ligger bara några minuters promenad till den pittoreska Mevagissey hamnen där det finns restauranger, butiker och pubar att njuta av. Det finns många saker att uppleva på detta område, till exempel besök på Charlestown, där mycket av Poldarks TV-serie filmade, Fowey genom Mevagissey Ferry och Heligan Gardens. Pentewan, Portmellon och Gorran Haven har alla fina stränder som är lättillgängliga.

Boendet inkluderar:
Tre sovrum med två king size-sängar och en enkelsäng. Alla sängar är standardlängd med hotellkvalitets sängkläder. Alla rum har inbyggda garderober, sidobord, byrå och lampor. Hela stugan har LED-belysning.
Välutrustat kök med elektrisk spis, ugn, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, full storlek kyl / frys, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och gott om redskap. Matsalen rymmer sex vuxna. Vardagsrum med två lädersoffor, 55-tums Smart TV, DVD / Blu-ray, gratis Wi-Fi, böcker, DVD och spel. Stort badrum med rymlig dusch och två handdukshängare. Liten toalett på övervåningen nära sovrummen som har en toalett och handfat. Elektronisk uppvärmning i varje rum. Resesäng (ingen sängkläder ingår), barnstol, strykjärn, strykbräda och hårtork ingår i stugan. USB-portar ligger i hela stugan.

Ett parkeringstillstånd är tillgängligt utan extra kostnad för Sunny Cove parkeringsplats, kort avstånd. Incheckning är efter 15:00 och utcheckning är kl 10. Tyvärr, inga husdjur tillåtna. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Tyvärr, inga badlakan. Lämplig för upp till 5 personer och familjer, inte stora partier. Vår normala övergångsdag är fredag.

Our week at Piran’s Cottage was truly special. From the very beginning, Carol was such a wonderful host—so accommodating when we needed to switch our dates and always quick to answer questions. Even the parking attendant, Matthew, spoke about her kindness and made us feel instantly welcome as he showed us to the cottage and suggested a great spot for dinner.The cottage itself is just lovely—immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need. It feels private and tucked away, yet you step outside and you’re right in the heart of Mevagissey. We visited in early September, which was perfect—the crowds had gone but the shops and restaurants were still open. Each morning we’d wander down to the harbor with a cup of coffee or tea and watch the boats—a simple joy we’ll always remember.Carol’s thoughtful touches meant so much. Having tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits waiting for us felt like being welcomed by a friend rather than just checking into a holiday cottage.During our stay, we explored the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Fowey, and walked the breathtaking coastal path. But one of the best parts was simply being in Mevagissey itself—it’s such a warm and friendly village, and we met people from near and far.It was the kind of week that leaves you grateful and refreshed. We feel lucky to have stayed here and very much hope to return!

Beautiful house just a stones throw from the harbour. Incredibly clean and tidy with everything you could possibly need. A perfect home from home in a stunning location to explore the village and the local area. I highly recommend Piran’s Cottage!

The cottage was in the perfect location, literally a couple of minutes walk from the Harbour. The Cottage had everything that we wanted and everything was to a very high standard. We loved it. Every cupboard housed a little extra something.... games, batteries, torches and then all the etxras in the kitchen, tea, coffee, biscuits, washing up essentials......no need to pack any of it. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. The parking permit was a great added bonus

We stayed for a short break Monday - Friday. Everything was great and beyond our expectations. The accommodation is exactly as the website. Very comfy beds, lovely decor and very well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Little touches made a big impact. The large umbrella was very useful by the front door! Really hope we can find time to stay again.

Great stay

Great stay, lovely place. Well equiped and maintained. Keeps warm and cozy with ample space and great kitchen. Right downtown so close to shops, harbour, pubs, restraunts, etc. Nice living room set round electric fire gives a great gathering and socializing area. Bathrooms are well equiped and shower is all modernized and lovely. The whole place was recently updated i think so all furnishing, bathrooms, kitchen, etc are all fairly new and very nice. Whole place is well maintained, clean, modern, and updated. Made for a very enjoyable stay. Would definatelly visit again.

Bright and Airy Immaculate Cottage

This property is so lovely, immaculately clean, comfortable, stylish and ideally located. Plenty of space, it has been very well thought out and designed. Beds are super comfy with luxury linen. We parked up outside to unload and load, directions were clear. Really isn't anything I can say bad about the place. It was lovely and i would definitely stay there again. Thankyou

Charming Coastal Getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Piran's Cottage. The property was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were cozy, and the living space was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and local information. Its location, just a short stroll from the harbor and village center, made it easy to enjoy Mevagissey's charm without needing a car. Piran's Cottage was the perfect retreat, and we would happily return!

Das Haus lag sehr zentral mitten in dem sehr schönen Ort Mevagissey. Leider gab es nicht wirklich eine schöne Außen- Sitzecke (neben zwei Mülltonnen). Innen gab es alles was man braucht. Lediglich das WLAN war sehr langsam. Betten sehr bequem. Wohnung super sauber und gepflegt. Da es mitten im Ort liegt hört man Stimmengewirr und lautere Musik am Abend. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. gepflegt.

The property is superbly equipped, with nice practical touches such as the salt & pepper, washing up liquid and cleaning products provided. The bed were very comfortable and the house ultra clean. We found the location of the cottage ideal, in the center of the village, within walking distance of a bakery and lovely fruits & vegetables shop. This meant that we were able to walk the coastal path, take the ferry to Fowey without needing to drive. Mevagissey itself is an adorable village centered around fishing, far from the more touristy locations. We loved it.

The location is excellent, with convenient nearby parking. The cottage offers all the necessities and is excellent. It's a fantastic choice for a stay in Mevagissey.

Super clean, home from home property

Matched exactly description given of property and contents. Was a pleasure to stay at this property so comfortable, clean and with everything you would need provided. All shops, harbour and facilities on the doorstep. Lovely crafts displayed for sale in nearby church hall where a small cafe also serves very tasty and very reasonably priced meals, pastries, cakes and beverages all day on Wed, Thurs and Fri during holiday season.

Great place to stay

Great weekend in Mevagissey at Pirans Cottage. The cottage was lovely, very well presented, extremely clean and close to everything. We parked at Willow car park which was an easy walk to the property therefore we didnt have to negotiate the narrow streets of Mevagissey in the car. Once there we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Another wonderful break.

Being our second stay in Piran’s Cottage there is a chance that we could be guilty of taking things for granted. We may forget to mention the fluffy white towels and the expensive cotton bed linen (a la Savoy). We may also overlook the up-to-date modern furniture, decoration and all the modern appliances available at hand. So now having not omitted them from this review, we can move on to other advantages of staying in Piran’s Cottage. The location is basically as central to Mevagissey as you can get without, getting your feet wet. Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Take-aways and shops (including Boots Pharmacy) are all within a few minutes walk through a beautiful Cornish harbour setting. I noticed on this visit, there is even a Health Centre close by; thankfully not required by us. The first week of our stay happened to coincide with “The Mevagissey Feast”, a week of open air concerts in the Harbour, parades complete with brass bands marching through the streets. All the events were carefully timed and efficiently marshalled by local people, consequently we were not inconvenienced in any way whatsoever. All-in-all, another wonderful break in Piran’s Cottage, Mevagissey. Thanks Carol.
