PUCCINI PENTHOUSE har totalrenoverats och möblats i juni 2019.
Glöm kartor, körning och planering. Istället, vandra gamla gator med någon speciell, snubblar på livliga restaurang uteplatser och inspirerande arkitektur. När du har fått din fyllning, återvända hem till din historiska lägenhet i hjärtat av Lucca för en nattapp på terrassen och några människor tittar över Piazza San Giovanni. Gör allt igen imorgon, men den här gången, sväng vänster istället för rätt för en helt ny upplevelse.
När du inte är ute och utforskar Lucca, kommer den eleganta interiören av PUCCINI PENTHOUSE att ge en ikonisk italiensk atmosfär. Dekorerad i antika golv daterade tillbaka till början av 1900-talet och varma lädermöbler, visar PUCCINI PENTHOUSE modern modernisering och klassisk stil.

Lägenheten är centralt beläget, eftersom tidiga morgnar och sena nätter är de mest krångliga tiderna för att besöka populära platser. San Giovanni-kyrkan är bokstavligen kopplad till lägenheten på ena sidan och det är där Puccini-konserter hålls dagligen klockan 19.00. Detta är det historiska högkvarteret för den enda festivalen som är dedikerad till Puccini och hans musik i hans födelseort. Festivalen innehåller konserter och överenskommelser med olika artister varje kväll. Det kommer att finnas över sjuttiotals sångare och två pianister som växlar i de dagliga förest��llningarna: detta är en av Lucca huvudattraktion som blev topprankad "sak att se" på Tripadvisor.
Katedralen i San Martino ligger precis på baksidan av lägenheten, butiker och restauranger finns runt, inklusive den nyligen tilldelade One Michelin Star Restaurant Il Giglio (mittemot lägenheten, vid hörnet av piazzaen). På torget nedanför lägenheten äger rum den skräddarsydda antikmarknaden: det här är den mest spännande och mest värdefulla platsen att bo i Lucca!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Spacious, modern and tucked away in a lovely piazza

This apartment is huge. It is comfortable, modern and well-equipped. The main living area has a view into Piazza S Giovanni while many other rooms in the apartment, including bedrooms look into a lush, formal garden. The apartment is tucked into the corner of the piazza and is very convenient to many small restaurants and shops. This apartment has been recently renovated and is well appointed. Use of four bicycles is made available to renters.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment surpassed our expectations in every way. The space is beautiful. There is so much room and our family felt like we were in a home away from home. The location was ideal, we used trains to get around on day trips and it was so nice not to have a rental car. I would rent this again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in Lucca!! There is nothing to improve for this particular apartment, it is quite perfect!

The best!

This is our 7th year staying in Lucca and using Luuca Apartment and Villas for our accommodations. Every year, our needs change a little as our children have grown. Puccini penthouse was perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own room (and ac controls) and the space was large with a huge kitchen that became our daily meeting point. Everything was perfect.

The Place is So nicely decorated and parking nerby is a real Bonus. The Lucca Apartment and Villas team was so nice and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. My thanks to a great team that really really were professional and did EVERYTHING to make our stay amazing. I have told many friends in USA that I have found THE place to stay for a few weeks to base out of in Tuscany!! Thanks to Mrs Sonia and to Chiara for their care and desire to do the right thing! We are already planning to come back next year! Thanks again....SUPER HOST!!

Wonderful week in Lucca

We had an amazing week in this beautiful apartment. somewhat surprised at the €23 charge for a second set of towels. Also, no real cleaning supplies available to keep the kitchen in order! However, overall, this was a beautiful unit in a perfect location.

A Spectacular apartment

This was a spectacular apartment. In piazza San Giovanni right beside the church that offers Puccini concerts every night. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and very clean. Kitchen was great for preparing nibbles and drinksa full cooked meal. The location was great. Easy to get to the wall and walk the city and close to great restaurants and shopping. Lucca is at the same time a quintessential medieval Tuscan town and modern hub for working abroad. Tourist are around but you get the feel of real Italian living. We would go back in heartbeat. John

The absolute best

We honestly cannot recommend this place enough. It’s a rare occurrence when the pictures are actually NOT as good as the actual listing. It was breathtaking. So well maintained and clean! Furniture and beds were comfortable and it’s actually a lot larger than it looks. We were three families staying there and there was more than enough space for all. The amount of bathrooms was key and the upstairs loft was perfect for the kids. Cristina was an amazing contact person and even helped us score a taxi (nearly impossible in Lucca) on the last day. We’ve stayed a lot of places all over the world and honestly think this was one of our favorite. We also loved the location and its proximity to the train. We are already talking about coming back in the future and we would never stay anywhere else. 10/10 recommend!

An amazing place to stay in Lucca, quiet location but still right in the centre of everything

Communication at all times was excellent, apartment facilities and location were fantastic. The space in the apartment was great, and everything was comfortable and clean. Having 3 bathrooms was really useful too. Travel cot & high chair provided was not there for our first night and when the cot did arrive, the base was broken. We had to do a makeshift repair to make it safe for our granddaughter. Also seeing the booking did have a toddler under 2, there was no obvious place to confirm we wanted the cot & high chair, which I did expect to be there for our first night. This was the only blot on an otherwise fabulous holiday

Ten Memorable Days in Lucca

The Puccini Penthouse was everything I and my family hoped it would be. This is my 3rd time renting from Lucca Apartments and Villas. Their staff is top notch, very customer friendly and service oriented. My experience is that they carefully evaluate their properties before listing them and hold them to high standards. It goes without saying, for my next visit to Lucca, I will be using Lucca Apartments and Villas

Love Lucca!

Our party of 6 had a wonderful 2-week stay at the Puccini Penthouse! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the location is beautiful and the location, excellent! Sonia was most helpful, and always available to answer questions! We hope to return next year!!!

Everything was perfect

This house was so perfect. The location is amazing. It was so comfortable and easy to walk everywhere in Lucca. The AC was great for the hot weather and my whole family was very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

Everything was perfect!

This is a fantastic and LARGE apartment in Lucca in a great location. You are located close to the main shopping street, but in a quiet piazza. But also close enough to the wall that it's easy to take a nice walkeven get to the train station on foot if you need to. The apartment itself was so spacious! There were 6 of us and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We never used the available bikes due to rain, but that was a nice touch that 4 were provided for us. The apartment got a ton of natural light, included two private patio areas and looked out over a beautiful garden. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations.
