All 7+ day stays qualify for a 30% discount and monthly discounts are 40%. Those are automatically calculated at checkout.

Come relax in our home. Plenty of room with 3 Bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 queen bed) and 3 Full Bathrooms. All showers have brand new tile. Master bathroom has a new rainfall shower on the right and a detachable head shower on the left. There are brand new appliances, kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops throughout. A foldout sofa is also available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy all 4 pools and hot tubs on the property along with all the sugary white sand the Gulf coast has to offer. We are located on the Club level (15th floor) of the Bristol Tower.

There are plenty of dining options on our resort property (hours may vary):

Village Hideaway ~
Casual dining with more a large number of flat screen televisions to watch your favorite sports teams. Enjoy the golf simulator, shuffle board table, pool tables, or one of many arcade games.

Village Creamery ~
While enjoying the pools and beaches, take a break at the Village Creamery and have a treat. There is something there for everyone!

Village Lawn (seasonal) ~
Grab a bite at one of many food trucks! Each truck offers a unique selection. Smoked BBQ, Sandwiches, Paninis, Burritos, or cocktails and craft beer are some of the items you can enjoy!

Coast Restaurant (seasonal) ~
Enjoy a casual family dining experience. You can request to be seated in the outside veranda overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Treat yourself to a signature cocktail while soaking in the best sunsets on the Gulf Coast. Reservations are recommended

Gulfside Bar & Grill (seasonal) ~
This poolside bar and eatery is perfect to grab a bite or refreshing beverage while enjoying the beach, pool, or hot tub. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, Turkey and Chicken wraps, chicken tenders, and hummus.

There are 4 large pools on the property free of charge. All of them are easily accessible along the boardwalk including the large one right behind our building before you get to the beach. Volleyball nets are available on the beach and in front of our complex. There are a couple bbq grills available to use in the front near the volleyball court. A full basketball court is in front of the next complex (Catalina).

We are NOT members of the clubhouse next door since we never use them and our guests usually do not either. Clubhouse Facilities may or may not be available for an additional fee to be paid onsite through the clubhouse (only pay if you use it!) They have let guests pay a daily fee in the past, but they have also turned away guests.
A parking pass is provided for one vehicle.
We have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys in the balcony closet you are welcome to use during your stay!

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our time at this property! It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable for our family of 6. Access to the pools and beach were perfect, and the hosts were responsive to our questions. We wouldn't change a thing. We will be back!

Lovely condo!

Such a nice condo with beautiful views of the ocean. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Soft bedding, we all slept very well! Nicely furnished. We really enjoyed ourselves! Host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will absolutely be reserving this unit for future visits.

All the comforts of home!

Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and friendly owners. This was my first stay in Ft. Morgan. It's very nice if you prefer seclusion. If you like to go and do things often you might prefer Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. The property has much to offer though dining, food trucks, games, pools and the beach!

What A Great Stay!

We will definitely be returning to this area. The condo was great with all needed amenities. Beds were quite comfy. We stayed in the ocean water literally most of our trip. Water was so clear and quite calm. Owners were communicative and answered all questions promptly. Check in was super easy. It was a great Family week and we had Great weather. No complaints. The wildlife area was plus as well.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen / bathrooms have been updated -- which, to us, are the most important things in a vacation rental. We wish the cookware in the kitchen had been nicer / newer (it's been well used and not the best quality to start with), and the living room furniture could use updating as well. Also, the high-top table on the balcony gives a great view for morning coffee, but made us very nervous with our kids. The height of the table allowed them to lean on the top of the railing and this unit is on the 15th floor. We had to monitor them closely so they weren't on the balcony without supervision. We were not allowed to buy club passes for the week because the owners are not year-round members. This meant we couldn't use the club pool or attend the activities for club members (like yoga classes). But we enjoyed being able to get food / cocktails from the poolside bar & grill (there's a window on the walkway for non club members to place orders).

Condo Review

Our experience staying here was great! The owner was easy to contact. They actually contacted us before we arrived to confirm that we received our entrance information. A very comfortable place to stay. We had 6 adults and 1 infant in our party. We felt like we had lots of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience!

This was our first time visiting Ft. Morgan. We loved the property and the area. The best thing was "no traffic", but not far from the store and restaurants. The property was great! There were outside games for the kids and they had food trucks and entertainment at night on site. The condo unit was great and the perfect size for our family. We definitely want to come back next year!

Great getaway spot

Everything was as described or even better at the condo. We were initially worried about being on the building during COVID, but the elevators were very fast and most people respected masks and distancing. The beach was very nice, with the option to rent chairs each day. They were pricey, but it was nice to have something locked in each day. The distance to the beach is literally 1 minute off the back of the building. Pools were nice and temperatures were pleasant. Our 4 and 6 year olds had a great time and could split the time between being able to touch and swimming in slightly deeper water. The condo had everything we needed for dishes and silverware, as well as plenty of room to spread out. The balcony got a lot of use as the view is tremendous and the breeze was always up. We would definitely stay again.

top notch facility with outstanding owners

This condo is truly amazing and the owners were unbelievable as well. They took us in last minute when we were evacuating due to Hurricane Micheal and were more than accommodating. The condo in itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We could not have been more pleased. We will be back

The condo was nice but we did have a few issues...

The condo kitchen was well equipped and the view was spectacular. However two days before arriving we were told the third shower was not functional. This was disappointing since we were going to have a full house. The sheets for the pullout were missing and it took one night without sheets before we finally received the missing sheets. The door look was also an issue. It would work and then sometimes it would not, we could not figure out if there was a pattern as to why it did not work sometimes. The owner was responsive when I called about the locks but no repair was made so we had the issue most of the week. Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Just be warned - don't go the Fourth of July week - too many people on the beach!

Just Perfect!

Our family of 4 stayed 10 nights at Charles and Shannon's condo and had an amazing time. The condo is clean and very well maintained and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more and plenty of space in the cabinets to store our groceries. Washer and dryer were very large and newer and worked great, which is usually not the case when we travel. The master bath had just been beautifully remodeled with a double shower, including a huge rainfall one and water pressure and temperature were perfect! The spacious balcony has a great view of the pools and the beach and we spent much time there enjoying the view and sound of the ocean waves. There are also lounge chairs on the patio which aren't pictured. We thought we'd use the clubhouse every day, but only ended up paying for and using it once. It was fun, but not needed, given the other 4 pools in the complex plus beach The kids did eat lunch there the day we went and enjoyed that, and we got a drink at the bar. The Resort itself was relaxing, never too crowded. The beach is beautiful. There are water activities that you can do at the other end of the resort. They were a little more $ than what we saw advertised in Orange Beach, but we found it worth it to be able to just walk down and go, without having to travel off property. The kids parasailed and had a blast and it came with a bonus banana boat ride! There is lots to do in nearby Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and we spent some time at each for dining and shopping and some other fun activities. I saw some reviews about the Wi-Fi not working or being slow, but it was actually consistently fast, despite the many devices we had connected at a time. We have been many times to the gulf coast, and never tire of it. I definitely recommend their condo and we'll most definitely be looking to stay here on our next trip to the gulf coast. Overall, a wonderful trip!

Great condo right on the beach. Owner is very responsive and flexible!

Lovely condo on the beach. Resort was perfect for kids to enjoy swimming and being at the beach. Wish the clubhouse bracelets were included with the rental but other than that, very pleased.

Beautiful condo overlooking Gulf!

Beautiful stocked kitchen, view and deck was amazing! Weather was perfect. I will definitely stay again. Only thing we had to buy was food! Charles and Shannon were easy available if we had questions. This was a girls weekend and we had a blast.😀😎

Did not disappoint!

The property owner was very nice, super responsive, and great to work with. Everything you need in one place! The condo was nice, clean, the beds and sheets were very comfortable, and it is nicely furnished. There are carts to help with transporting luggage and beach accessories. My family has always been Destin fans but will come back here going forward. The setting is perfect for families. The beaches are far less crowded, and we found lots of ocean wild life snorkeling. The beaches were amazing, the sand bars and tide pools make it great for small kids. My 11month old was cruising all over the place. The only surprise (which the property owner graciously split) was the $44 dollar per day fee to use/access the main clubhouse pool (the one with the bar). This gets you access to steam and sauna, clubhouse pool and activities ect. It was worth it to us, but not necessary for those who are just beachgoers. DO NOT SKIP the SUSHI at the clubhouse restaurant. It was VERY GOOD.

Nicely positioned in a quiet stretch of beautiful beaches. Our unit was nicely furnished & decorated

Adequate space for 8 (our party was 4 adults/4 children ages 3-8). Nicely equipped kitchen. Good balcony space with useful furnishings and great views. Private wifi in unit was nonfunctional. Tried using the general Beach Club wifi but connection was too inconsistent to be useful. Also wish we had known about ability to buy wristbands for access to certain Beach Club offerings. Found out too late to take advantage of it. But overall a very enjoyable stay. Enjoyed the unit, beach and the pools.

Overall nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The cons that are listed are specific to my family. These may not be an issue for anyone else (and may have not been so much an issue for us if we had been better prepared). Pros: nice furnishing, nice beach and pools, loved the food truck/village creamery/ outdoor area. Cons:lack of board games in condo, no wi-if exclusive for this unit, more than 10 miles from town (grocery store close to property was very expensive).

Great place!

Clean room stocked with basic necessities; slightly smaller than we're used to but we really weren't on top of each other. Plenty to do if you have the time. Beach was not overly crowded, which was awesome! Pools were nice and good sizes. We will likely return!

Great condo & beautiful beach!

The condo we stayed in was beautiful-3 bedroom, 3 bath-nice furniture (I hate it when a condo has old furniture), comfortable beds, great kitchen and balcony. We were on the 15th floor, so had a great view of the whole area. Can't wait to go back!
