Very responsive host ! Clean , good view and spot would stay here again !

Host was very responsive allowed us to do an earlier check in due to traveling through night with children . Place was very clean and in perfect location.

So peaceful and perfect!!

The property was perfect for our family! We really enjoyed the bunk beds for our boys, and the property was plenty big of enough for us. The room is right by the elevator too, so it was easy going places! Absolutely loved it all and enjoyed our stay!

Perfect relaxing beach vacation

We booked this trip last minute and having never been to the area, was a bit nervous about what our experience was going to be. Our group consisted of my husband, children ages 7 & 3, and my parents in law. From the moment we drove onto the property and got settled to the moment we left everything was perfect! The unit was clean and had just enough space for our group and the views from the balcony were amazing, we saw so many dolphins early in the mornings. The distance to the beach was great. Dad would go set up our tent and chairs early in the morning and spend some time fishing before the rest of the group woke up and then we would all head down. If the kids or us got to hot or tired, it was a short walk back up to the pool or room. We did pay the extra fee for the clubhouse amenities and loved the gym and pool. We mostly drove to the more touristy spots for dinner but did eat at one of the restaurants at the beach club and the smash burgers were SO good. Everyone was so friendly and we loved the laid back vibes and family friendly atmosphere. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Nice property w/added amenities! (Could use better cleaning service)

This unit was fine and had what we needed, however there needs improving with housekeeping. The overall decor was of great theming and looked beautiful throughout. The large balcony and views were wonderful. Decorative pillows in the living room are opening at the seams (a few of them). Master bed & pillows were hard, but bearable…just not super inviting. Guest bedroom appeared to be good for children. Our girls had no complaints. The main thing that was a little disappointing was the cleaning. While it appeared all tidy and also nicely decorated/styled, we did have to vacuum upon arrival (lots of sand throughout), throw away a pair of men’s wet underwear from the dryer, clean both the washer and dryer full of sand and very damp due to the wet article left inside, & clean all sliding doors/windows because it was blurred (NOT like from a cold AC etc, more smeared). The tub was most definitely not cleaned prior to our stay. One could pass a hand along the inside of the tub and feel the grime wipe with it unfortunately. The resort was very nice and had tons to offer; the layout of food trucks, store, ice cream, lawn activities, and gaming were in an entirely different area at the front entrance of the property (drive to it) so we didn’t take advantage of it until our last day coming in from a dolphin tour for an ice cream. It just wasn’t convenient or practical like just walking to the beach and pools. On Friday, they had great entertainment in the evening with a DJ and fire handler at the pool, & amazing fireworks. That was a true highlight! We would return, but I’d be more hopeful that this was just an exception that this unit wasn’t cleaned well and that they need to possibly update master bedding & purchase newer decor pillows or simply do without them at least. I don’t see a reason to give bad review or stars, but true feedback can only help the unit improve! Thank you for letting us enjoy our family vacation here.
