This is our second year girls trip to stay at this same property and condo. We love the location, the scenery( on the water), the condo is fully equipped, always clean. Always easy booking and communication with the host. Never any issues. Great WiFi and television. Easy access to eating and shopping. We do not use the boat slips.. but they are easy accessible to the condo. Very quiet condo area.One suggestion is to replace the white bed in the smaller bedroom
 it is VERY noisey when you move in the bed. We always enjoy our stay at this condo.

This was a perfect location to go back and forth to enjoy the Hot Springs area. The condo is very clean, the ac works great, and it is quiet at night. We enjoyed the large balcony- you have a clear view of the lake beyond the boat slips. Communication with the owner was excellent and the property was just as expected.

Family Summer Fun

The location was great. The rooms were roomy, and nicely decorated. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the large balcony. The pool was very close. When it was time for the firework display you could see them very well from our balcony.

Weekend getaway

A weekend trip with friends and a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. The location is perfect for getting around to all the places we wanted to go. Would love to go back in the summer and enjoy the lake.

Anniversary Getaway

We got married in Hot Springs in 2003. We like to return every few years on our anniversary. This time we selected The Bayliner on Lake Hamilton for a 2 night stay. Reserving the property was easy online, and everything went just as expected. Host was very informative when asked a few questions concerning access for my limited disabilities. The place was very clean, well accommodated, and decorated with taste and class. The view of Lake Hamilton was nice, especially from the balcony. Location was excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, and a short trip to downtown. We found our stay to be relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely book this property again!

Lovely location

Loved the location but parking on the steep incline was a little hairy. We never found the dumpster
 and we all looked. Not sure where it went. But we hauled off our trash. Thank you for the nice accommodations. You might check on dish detergent and many spices were empty.

Everything was great with two exceptions, the washing machine was broken ,called them on that and we were six people , the hideaway bed was never cleaned and very hard to pull out.. we stayed for 6 nights .unfortunately the two had no proper bed to sleep on the couch and recliner was not comfortable at all.

We so enjoyed our stay! Feeding the geese and turtles was fun. The view is awesome and boat slip is a plus!. The pickle ball court and pool are awesome! Tammy and Craig are excellent hosts and worked great with us. Will definitely return!!

Loved the condo.. clean, we had every tee needed.. good area
.nice quiet and relaxing on the balcony watching the boats. Very comfy beds..great contact with host ( other than app issues..but not host fault). We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

This is a great place for margaritas, tacos, and outdoor dining on the lake. You can even arrive by boat.

There are several walkable places, but we encourage you to have a car to get around. Uber, Lyft, and Hot Springs Taxi are also available. You can also boat to several restaurants and marinas right from your boat slip! The boat slip is 10' x 28' which is more than accommodating for most party barges/pontoons. If using the fireplace, be sure to open the flu! Not familiar with building a fire? Try buying Duraflame logs (and/or firewood) which can be purchased at Lowe's, Walmart, or Kroger during the cold-weather season.
