Huvudbyggnaden innehåller två sovrum med dubbelsäng (king size-sängar), ett tredje familjerum med en dubbelsäng plus två enkelsängar och ett fjärde barnrum med två våningssängar. Det femte sovrummet är en separat studio med egen ingång, dubbelsäng och eget duschrum. Huset kan därför bekvämt rymma upp till fyra par (åtta vuxna) och ytterligare fyra barn, eller två familjer på fem (totalt 10-12 gäster). Huset innehåller totalt tre duschrum plus master badrum, ett stort öppet kök och matplats, vardagsrum och studie, och separat tvättstuga / tvättstuga.

Nous voici au terme de cette semaine passée dans cette magnifique propriété et son écrin de verdure. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir compter sur la gentillesse, les précieux conseils et l'investissement sans faille de René ainsi que Nathalie, que nous tenons à remercier sincèrement et à saluer chaleureusement. C'est sans hésiter que nous reviendrons si l'occasion devait se présenter !

Wij hebben het ontzettend naar onze zin gehad.We waren hier met 8 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. We hebben het als familie ontzetten naar ons zin gehad. Als je snel een boodschapje wilt doen dan is dit helaas niet mogelijk maar dit wisten wij van te voren dus dat was geen moeite voor ons.De omgeving is echt PRACHTIG Contact met Dan was echt perfect. Dankjewel Dan en Rene dat jullie ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk hebben gemaakt. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en de top service.

Merveilleux! Une semaine des paques avec des enfants et Grand-mères...

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour. La maison, le terrain et les environs étaient encore plus beaux que prévu! Les chambres de lit sont très bien aménagées et propres, tout comme les salles de bain et les autres espaces! Le jardin était comme une merveille pour les enfants (pour nous aussi)... Et la communication avec Dan (propriétaire) et René (contact sur place) est très agréable. Les deux sont toujours serviables et René nous a donné de bonnes idées sur les environs! Merci!!!

La maison est spacieuse avec une cuisine très conviviale, nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine à cette période de l'année. Les chambres sont bien mais un peu spartiates, surtout celle qui est indépendante. Le poêle est un plus même si nous l'avons trouvé un peu sous dimensionné pour la pièce. Dans l'ensemble, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Gite familial sympa pour les amoureux de nature

Cette maison familiale que nous avons occupé pendant 10 jours est très agréable à vivre. le fait d être en pleine nature au milieu des animaux est une superbe expérience. Vous n entendrez jamais les voisins. Nous remercions René et les habitants de Greolieres pour leur accueil très sympa. Nous avons mis 4 étoiles sur 5, car ce petit paradis nécessiterait un petit coup de rafraichissement des equipements en général. Ca ne pénalise pas la tranquillité du séjour, mais pour le rendre encore plus sympa.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay here. Especially enjoyed sitting outside in the morning watching the sun come over the mountains. Dan and Rene were communicative and helpful. Another umbrella round the pool would have been nice.

Onspannen in een prachtige groene omgeving.

Prachtig ruim en goed ingericht huis, nog beter dan op de foto’s op de site. Veel buitenruimte, groen en rust. Leuke kleine plaatsjes in de omgeving en Nice en de andere kustplaatsen op een klein uur afstand. Aanrader!

We had a fantastic and peaceful Christmas break in this super comfortable house. Lovely position overlooking a great view, with spacious garden and terrace etc. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and living space for family or groups. Felt very much at home in the cozy surroundings straight away. We loved it and will be back...

Great time in Provence

The house is very nice, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, internet works without problems. This was most important for me. For our kids most important was the swimming pool (which was great) and the garden to play. The only inconvenience was very hot weather and the house got very warm very quickly. Nights were a relief. We were 3 families.

Excellent property

The house is spacious and really well appointed. The kitchen has everything and the breakfast bar is perfect for grazing at breakfast or lunch. The outside space is excellent with everything needed for a luxurious stay. Barbecue/bar area is ideal and the patio is a great for family meals. The bedrooms have multiple options for whatever configuration is needed, we had 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 under 12’s, and had no problem with accommodating everyone easily. Dan the host, was fantastic and responded to even the most mundane request almost immediately, with the utmost patience and care. Keith, an expat Englishman who looks after the house, was on hand for everything we needed and was a wealth of information having lived nearby for 17 years. Highly recommend anyone wishing to visit the area to stay here. Supermarkets are 30-50 minutes drive away and there are small villages half that. Coast is just under an hour as is Nice airport. Highly recommended.

Villa spacieuse

Bon séjour, mobilier intérieur de qualité juste dommage d’être passé derrière des locataires irrespectueux. Le propriétaire Dan a tres vite réagi à nos problèmes mais aussi Christophe la personne qui gère la villa, personne tres sympathique et disponible.

Beautiful property/area for a relaxing holiday

Me and 9 friends had a thoroughly enjoyable week's holiday at the villa. Absolutely beautiful views the garden/terrace. Many a night spent using the outside kitchen/bbq area and dining around the large outside dining table. What a setting! Pool absolutely lovely. Accommodation spacious and clean upon arrival. Plenty of utilities, crockery, and glassware already supplied. Short drive to the local village Greolieres where you will find a lovely sleepy setting and a couple of nice restaurants to eat at. Vence, St. Paul du Vence, and Grasse all nice places to visit nearby as well. If you are up for a longer drive out one day you can get to Gorges du Verdon in about 1hr 45mins which is breathtaking. Hire a pedalo and enjoy a couple of hours on the water seeing the sights and having a dip then up to the local village Moustiers Saint Marie for a potter around and a bite to eat. Overall, would highly recommend the property. Excellent place to stay for both location (accessibility to nearby places to visit) and the property itself, which is a comfortable, spacious, and beautiful place to spend your time around the pool, enjoying the pool/eating and drinking etc.

Excellent house

Comfortable house in the mountains. Good furniture, nice spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. We stayed 7 people in the house and had lots of privacy. Beautiful view, nice garden and pool (eventhough to cold in April). There is an hour drive to the coastside, but the surroundings and small villages is scenic. You have to plan to shop for grocerys, as the supermarkets in the neighborhood is pretty small. The restaurant in the village is very nice. The owner Dan was very helpful and so was the local staff Christophe and Natalie. We enjoyed our stay and the quietness when getting of the coastline and it wasn't even high season.

Urlaub mit drei Familien

Das Haus ist top, sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls top und größer, als es die Bilder erahnen lassen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist herrlich und im Garten fliegen unzählige Schmetterlinge. Wir waren mit insgesamt 11 Personen im Haus und konnten uns prima auf die Schlaf- und Badezimmer verteilen. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind sehr großzügig. Auf dem Grundstück am Wasserfall beginnt direkt ein kleiner Pfad der zum Startpunkt der Wanderwege ab St. Pons führt. Nach der Wanderung kann man sich dann direkt im Wasserfall abkühlen. Wenige Kilometer entfernt kann man unter einer alten Brücke zwischen Gréolièrs und Cipières in der Le Loup baden gehen. Wir hatten zusammen zwei tolle Wochen!

Beautiful house

Great place, just as on the pictures, very quiet and remote location. Good furnishings and amazing outdoor space. The showerrooms are a bit small and the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough becore arrival, but nothng problematic. Very responsive owner and good communication. Would definitely stay thay there again.

Great stay!

We went with 3 families. The house is lovely, bedrooms are large, bathrooms are small but everything you need. The kitchen is very practical. Then there's the garden with a spectacular view, lots of nice little area's to relax. Kids had a lovely time in the pool and the adults had a great time at the outdoor bar with BBQ. The owner is very nice and correct. You'll enjoy your stay!
