Fastigheten ligger ungefär 7 minuter till Tourrettes-sur-Loup, en charmig medeltida by som ligger mellan havet (cirka 14 kilometer bort) och Alpes Maritime. Titta på fastigheten på sommaren med videolänken på den här sidan.

Marknivån på villan (den övre nivån är obebodd under uthyrning) och gäststugan har 3 sovrum, 3 1/2 bad. Det finns ett komplett kök samt ett litet pentry i den separata gäststugan. Fastigheten är söderläge med en vacker 13 meter stor pool, får sol hela dagen och är fortfarande ljus på långa sommarkvällar. Detta är ett mycket bekvämt campus för vänner och familj. Terrasserad trädgård med stenmur har oliv-, apelsin-, citron-, mandarin-, aprikos-, körsbärs- och fikonträd. Föreställ dig att du äter på uteserveringen på kvällen mitt i de många rosmarin- och lavendelbuskarna som prickar fastigheten. Det finns också många ställen att komma undan för att läsa eller bara sitta och koppla av.

Långa sommarkvällar med sydlig exponering, en vacker pool och gott om plats på fastigheten att vandra.

Vyerna är spektakulära! Det finns till och med en petanque domstol skuggad av två mullbärsträd. Detta är ett hus som har blivit en favoritdestination för många vänner och familj och det har varit många upprepade besökare.

Wonderful location

We had a great stay in the villa, which had a fantastic garden and swimmingpool. My favorite way to start the Day, was with a cup of coffee with my book sitting amongst the olive trees. Swimmingpool was large and perfect for our Family. The location close to the town was great.

It was like Paradise in Provence😎

Our stay was nothing short of magical in what truly felt like the best place on Earth. We were fortunate to find a beautiful house that had everything we needed and more. The pool was perfect and became our daily retreat. Our group consisted of three adults and three teenagers (18, 17, and 17), and the space was ideal for both relaxation and fun. The peaceful surroundings were a delight, with a baby deer occasionally visiting the breathtaking garden filled with vibrant flowers. Parking was a breeze, with ample space for our two cars behind secure gates. The owner was always on hand and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this slice of "heaven on earth" in France. It was a trip we'll always treasure! 😍

Great villa in a great location

Just stayed eight nights. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The house offers all you need including very good beds. Good size pool and a very cozy patio. The garden are magnificent with several levels and places to sit and relax. No matter how warm it gets, you will always find a chilly spot in the shadow. Property manger okay. Friendly and on time. The owner, Kevin, is very helpful and answer your questions / request more or less immediately – and very informative. Highly appreciated, and at a level we never have experienced the thirty years we have been renting houses in Europe. The location is simply ideal for exploring the Côte d'Azur. We can only highly recommend this villa, La Combe au Loup.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Le jardin, surtout, est magnifique, spacieux, très fleuri et arboré. Nous avons apprécié la piscine, bien-sûr, mais aussi le terrain de boules, la terrasse ombragée. La maison, elle même, est agréable. Dommage que 2 des couchages soient dans un passage et non dans une chambre séparée. La maisonnette avec sa chambre et sa salle de bains est très appréciable.

Beautiful garden with dito pool. Seperate small house in garden. House itself is spacy, kitchen well supplied, good beds. Mosquitos end of day are hazard but consequence of watering gardens. House lies remote reached through steep road off main road. Price-quality of house excellent

Perfect place to stay with a family

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids and had a wonderful time. It is a perfect place to stay with kids as the garden is really huge (even bigger as it seems in the pictures) and has a lot of level lawn area to play on. Much attention to detail such as petanque field shaded by mulberry trees which can be illuminated in the evening or a very cosy outside dining area with an outdoor kitchen style gas grill. Pool has a great size as well. Everything was very well maintained. The inside area of the house provided everything we needed during our stay such as a well equipped kitchen, although the outdoor space is clearly what makes it an exceptional place to stay. The location is super quiet, especially in the evening and at night. It is slightly a bit of a longer drive to bigger supermarkets or restaurants (about 15 mins) as you have to get out of the valley first, but it did not bother us at all. Communication with the owner and the property manager was professional and very smooth, same for check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back a second time!

Lovely House

Looking for 3 BR/3 BA?? Hard to find on Cote d"Azure. This property has it plus pool and acgive front gate. Entrance road is a little challenging but practice makes it easy. This is the First Floor of a 2 story house plus complete pool house. Worked well for 3 adult couples. You will fall in love with Tourrette-sur-Loup.

Charming and relaxing

We loved the place and had a wonderful week. Very charming house with a nice veranda . Immediately feeling home. Great situated, close to Grasse, Nice, the Lopu and the beaches. Also a big cheers for Ewa and Adam.

Magnifique jardin et piscine

Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. La maison est parfaite mais plutôt adaptée pour 6 personnes que pour 9. Il y a trois chambres avec lit double et chacune leur salle de bain, ce qui est parfait. Les deux lits simples sont dans une pièce de passage entre la salle à manger et une chambre et ce n’est pas très pratique et il y a un lit simple dans la salle à manger. La gestion de la maison est très bien assurée et Eva a répondu à toutes nos demandes, merci ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Phantastisch!

Sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr sauber, viel Platz, großartiger Pool, absolute Ruhe. Die umliegenden Ortschaften sind in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Côte d'Azur zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Magnifique location pour découvrir l’arrière pays nicois

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région en famille. Magnifique jardin avec terrain de pétanque pour des moments conviviaux. La piscine est spacieuse et la maison très bien aménagée (la TNT française serait un plus pour les événements sportifs estivaux).

Wonderful Place

We have stayed here two years in a row and find it magical. The grounds are really special with various fruit trees and levels and a boule court... and the outdoor covered area is a perfect place to hang out and grill or just have some wine.. The pool is perfect and it will be hard to leave as it’s great to just hang out. The local villages are just a few minutes away by car. You do need a car to stay here I believe but the hikes surrounding the house are great and my son has fun picking the blackberries off the numerous bushes. Tourettes and Vence are nearby and offer fun. The owner of the house has always been super friendly and helpful and the couple he has taking care of the house, Adam and Julia, are truly lovely people who can be over in ten minutes if you have any issues. Overall I’d say it’s an idyllic place for a family if you want to get away to these parts, which I find quite amazing. Great vibes, a beautifully planted piece of property, and overall a special place.

Belle maison très fonctionnelle

Belle maison où il fait bon vivre autour de la piscine. Il ne manque rien, la maison est très fonctionnelle. Tout est pensé pour passer de bonnes vacances relaxantes autour de la piscine et sur la terrasse où le coin salon/repas/barbecue permet de profiter de bons moments tous ensemble. les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus, l'environnement est calme. Nous étions une famille de six personnes dont trois ados et un enfant de 8 ans et l'agencement des chambres permettait à chacun d'avoir son propre espace. Nous avons bien apprécié le studio indépendant. L'accueil des gardiens est très sympathique, ils sont soucieux du bien-être des vacanciers. Tous les commerces de proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, primeur, supérette) se trouvent à Tourettes sur Loup, très joli village à 7km. Nous recommandons cette location.

Best vacation ever - really!

This home has terrific amenities: Great kitchen, spacious and private back yard with large pool, large bedroom with incredible main bathroom, and situated in unbelievable, scenic location. Less than an hour from Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibbes, Vence (St Paul's). And about an hour to the Italian border (we did a side trip to Portofino, Italy - about 3 hour drive - fabulous). And the local town of Tourettes sur Loop has it's own history and charm - worth at least a day to explore. We'll be back.

Mesmerizing French Countryside

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paradise in Provence. The house and estate made us feel at home in the hear of Provence. The home is extremely well-kept, exuding with French charm! We really enjoyed day trips to varying towns in the nearby area in addition to lazy days by the pool. We 100% recommend this home- it had everything we could have wanted. The property even comes with tons of information about neighboring towns and places to see!

A Perfect Summer Idyll

A wonderful summer holiday property. The pool is a great size and focus for the outdoor living we were able to enjoy for 2 whole weeks. Most food was cooked on the BBQ and all meals were eaten outside! This is an obviously well loved, well used home and holiday house. So, it is well equipped for living and holidaying -good cooking equipment, great library and things like CD's, outdoor furniture and a Petanque set. The garden was a big attraction -there's a regular gardener, so it is cared for and watered. We loved the bed of plentiful herbs for cooking and the productive orchard supplying fruit for jam and poaching. The shady petanque court under the stunning mulberries was a delight for some drinks' time fun! I was a bit worried the house would be too small and too hot! But the bedrooms are in the coolest parts and there are good spaces for the day beds. There were 7 of us - for 6, it is perfect, but the extra beds will work well for families. We loved our time at the house. The only draw back is the roads -particularly the laneway in from the main road. It is narrow and steep and with an unfamiliar, manual hire car -a little testing when meeting oncoming traffic! But then -this helps keep the area a special, peaceful corner of the Cote d'Azur! One special discovery was a farm at the bottom of the hill by the river, selling local produce on Sat mornings and Wed afternoons. Our favourite local restaurant was Auberge des Gorges du Loup.

Heavenly escape a la francaise

We can't say enough about this perfect place! For a 9-day escape from our crazy lives, this villa, and the gorgeous towns and villages around it, provided just the right mix of truly wonderful cultural sites that enabled us to bask in French art and history, and a stunning place to just sit in the sun, grill up a meal and enjoy local wine and cheese as the sun set over the mountains. The owner is a true gentleman, and the local caretakers attentive and friendly. It's an amazing place for a couple to get away, a family to reconnect or two families to spend quality time together, with a separate little guesthouse included! - AL

I grew up in New York City and have worked in many places including the Caribbean, Washington, DC, Monaco, London, and Paris. My professional field is telecom/IT. My business life is hectic with lots of travel but I get back to this house to rejuvenate as often as I can.

I lived and worked in Monaco for 3 years and bought this house as a second home before moving to London. It is approximately 7 minutes to Tourrettes-sur-Loup, a charming medieval village that sits between the sea (about 14 kilometres away) and the Alpes Maritime. It is known as the 'City of Violets' because it is a center for the cultivation of that flower which is used in perfumes manufactured in nearby Grasse.

Appreciated by film producers since 1925, Tourrettes became a meeting place for musicians, painters, writers and poets. Artisan weavers also settled there and today more than thirty workshops and galleries are located in the town.

You are 30 minutes from Nice airport, and the same amount of time if you want to go to the beaches of Nice or Cannes.

The hills here are lovely, quiet, and peaceful especially during the summer rush. Market day in the central town square of Tourrettes is every Wednesday where you can buy locally produced cheeses, meats, and other tasty items as well as high quality fabrics.

If you do want to leave the property, there is plenty to see. Cannes, Mougins, and Nice are each about 30 minutes drive and offer many attractions including restaurants, museums, and cinema. Monaco is about 1 hour away so you can go for the day and return to the property to relax with an evening swim.

Italy can become a day trip as the northern Italian border is easily reachable within 1 hour!

Culturally, this is a very sophisticated location and you have access to the Foundation Maeght (15 minutes), one of the premier art museums in Europe. Also, there is a Matisse museum in Nice and the Matisse Chapel in Vence (15 minutes), Picasso museum in Antibes, and the home of Renoir in Cagnes-sur-Mer. Golf is available in Opio (20 minutes) and tennis right in the town.

During the summer months there are many music festivals throughout the French Riviera, including Jazz a Juan in Juan Les Pins and the Monte Carlo Summer Music Festival.

In the winter you can go skiing for the day at Auron or Isola 2000 and be back in the evening for dinner.
