The property features three bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90âŻm), and two with two single beds each (0.90 x 1.90âŻm). One of the twin bedrooms includes a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bathroom, also with a shower, is independent.
The fully equipped kitchen is semi-open to the living room (without a door), which includes a sofa bed and separate dining and lounge areas. This space is filled with natural light and overlooks a quiet street.
The location is unbeatable, just a few meters from the Cathedral, the Royal AlcĂĄzar, and the Giralda. Situated in the lively Arenal neighborhood, the area is surrounded by some of Sevilleâs best tapas bars, restaurants, and local taverns.
Nearby, youâll also find supermarkets, charming local shops with typical Andalusian products, and a traditional market offering fresh produce for those who enjoy cooking at home.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
