"The Walk" is a modern Eco-friendly development surrounded by an urban orchard. Ideally located to walk to local attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops. There is a secure allocated personal parking space and serviced lift together with a vehicle electricity charger. The surrounding area and apartment are wheelchair friendly.
A 2 minute walk from the station, 10 minute walk to the city centre and a 10 minute drive to York University . On the 2nd floor with south facing roof top views. Modern and luxurious. Secure private bike shed.

Fitted kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a full complement of utensils, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware, including welcome refreshments. Two light and airy bedrooms - one generous sized double and the other twin bedded; both with storage and hair dryers. Substantial sized bathroom with walk in shower.
