Denna lyxiga lägenhet, som drivs av York Stay Holidays, har renoverats till högsta standard och smakfullt inredda i hela. Det är ljust och luftigt och ligger i ett lugnt läge med underbar utsikt över trädgårdarna som är tillgängliga för gästerna att använda. Lägenheten Det är en lägenhet på första våningen (ingen hiss) med kombinerat kök och vardagsrum, badrum, sovrum med brittisk king size-säng och WIFI hela. Det drar också nytta av gratis gated parkering.

Lägenheten ligger bara 2 minuters promenad från Goodramgate (som är en av de viktigaste ingångarna till staden) och ca 5 minuter från York Minster och de berömda Shambles och ändå ligger i ett lugnt läge. Närmaste flygplats i Leeds Bradford och det är en 5 minuters taxitur eller 20 minuters promenad från York Station.

KÖK
Köket är utrustat med allt du behöver för att du ska känna dig som hemma. Det finns en inbyggd tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, kyl / frys, ugn och plus finns det en Nespresso kaffemaskin (förlåt George Clooney är tyvärr inte med!) och böter och mjölkskummare.

LOUNGE / DINER
I loungen finns bekväma matsalstolar, badkarstol med fotstall och bekväm soffa. Den smarta TV: n har gratis Netflix och hämtar upp TV och det finns en blåtonhögtalare som låter dig spela musik från din telefon.

SOVRUM
Det finns en lyxig brittisk king size-säng med skarpt sängkläder från egyptisk bomull och mjuka vita handdukar finns också. Det finns USB-laddare i sovrummet för att ladda telefoner och tabletter utan att behöva plugga. Det finns också en hårtork och vattenflaskor tillhandahålls.

Great Location

Private parking, easy access, Sainsbury next door, and Monkbar Gate & York Minster a short walk away: this apartment is in the ideal location. The apartment was well appointed with a comfortable bed, a nice kitchen and lounge space, and good WiFi. Only complaints were low pressure in the shower and clothes dryer no longer works. We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely Perfect

This apartment is beautiful and has everything you could need plus a few extra nice touches. Location was perfect with a very short walk into the city. Communication was brilliant and we will definitely return soon.

10 Cloisters is perfection in location, wonderful for space, A+ for amenities, excellent for parking, and the hosts were really helpful and extra pleasant in all communications. It was…well…perfect !!

Modern apartment, great location

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The owners were very helpful and responsive, the apartment was immaculate and had everything needed. A very short walk to the walls, town centre, Yorkminster, restaurants, pubs, museums and shops. Nice to have a guaranteed spot to park. Highly recommended..

Perfect Apartment Rental in York

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in York. The location is perfect to walk to all of the sights, shops and pubs in the old town of York. The photos don't do this apartment justice, it is immaculate, comfortable and well stocked. It is really nice to have free/safe parking just outside your door and access to a washing machine in the apartment. The owners were easy to work with and very kind to let us check in early on our day of arrival. We would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely apartment in a prime location

The apartment is beautifully presented, clean and very well-equipped. It is only a short stroll to the heart of the City with its numerous attractions. The car can be safely abandoned in the dedicated space which is a great benefit, York is a fascinating and vibrant city with a rich history and where better to explore this than Cloisters Walk? This was our second visit and certainly won’t be our last.

A long weekend in York

Absolutely perfect

The apartment was perfect had everything we could have needed and more. Great location with a supermarket at the doorstep and town less than 5 mins walk away. Private parking included so was able to leave the car parked all weekend without having to move it. Had a very warm welcome with a lovely cake and kettled boiled. Would highly recommend this apartment we will definitely be returning!!

York, apartment very centrally located

Had a lovely time at this apartment, located just a few minutes walking distance from York Minster. The apartment exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Plenty of coffee and tea . Melanie very prompt in replying to any messages. It was also great having a dedicated, secure parking spot, not that we used our car during our in York. Thank you very much for sharing this apartment.

Fantastic location and the property was immaculate. Melanie and David’s attention to detail was amazing. The flat had everything you could need whilst on holiday. Their suggestions for restaurants were very helpful .we would have no hesitation in recommending the flat to friends and family.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently situated in the heart of the city.

A warm welcome from our host Melanie relieved the stress of a long journey. Our first visit to York was memorable, buoyed by the most amazing Easter weather. So much to see, so many attractions, but the best of all was simply wandering through this enchanting city and feeling the vibe. York Minster, which dominates the city, is a truly incredible and enduring testament to the skills of those medieval craftsmen whose vision remains so powerful and uplifting. The National Railway museum skillfuly captures essential elements of the 'golden age' of train travel, the romance and gritty realism of steam engines given equal prominence. We loved the Castle Museum and its eccentricities.....on our journey back home our only thought was how soon we might return.

Wonderful Property, Location and Hosts

The previous reviewer said it all. The apartment was pristine, in a great walking location, and Melanie and David were wonderful hosts. We didn't know how to unlock the washer/dryer combination and David popped in right away to let us know I had flipped a switch on the wall which turned the power off to the unit. Problem solved! We appreciated the homemade cake from Melanie; she even had the water prepared for afternoon tea when we arrived. The car stayed in the adjacent parking lot for the time we were in York because everything was within walking distance. There is a plethora of information on York provided in the unit and both Melanie and David gave us some great ideas for touring their city. There is an Indian restaurant within a 15 minute walk from the unit called Coconut Lagoon near the university. If you enjoy Indian, we recommend it. A thoroughly enjoyable first-time visit to York England from two folks from York Pennsylvania.

Great base to explore York

We stayed 4 days at this lovely one flight walk up apartment. It was quiet, very clean, and had all the modern conveniences. The location was ideal for us since there was a Sainsbury market two minutes away and one of the gates into the old city was just across the street so we were able to walk everywhere. Parking was conveniently provided nearby. The owners generously offered incredibly amounts of information regarding dining and sight seeing in the area. David met us at the car park, helped with luggage, and gave us a helpful and detailed explanation on the operation of the appliances. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely flat, a short walk from Yorkminster

Melanie & David offer a very comfortable, contemporary flat, one block from groceries and 2 blocks from the gate into old town and Yorkminster. They were very gracious hosts, accommodating essentially everything we requested (and offering more). They provide a substantial array of tourist documentation with a highly useful map in one of them. We have come to value Rick Steves’ travel books, and found his advice on things to do in York invaluable. We highly recommend Melanie & David’s flat ... thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

We have lived in York for over 20 years and have marketing and engineering backgrounds. We love York and all has to offer visitors and really enjoy welcoming people to the City and showing them around. Several years ago, we decided to combine our love of the City and offer holiday accommodation. Our local knowledge helped us to find a fabulous apartment right in the Centre of town and yet set back in peaceful locations, they are just a stone’s throw from each other. We refurbished them to a high standard, with particular attention to detail and worked hard to create a home-from-home environment so that our visitors can simply relax and enjoy themselves. We go that extra mile to make the holiday experience a special one.

Our apartment comes with a parking space. We have designed the interiors with much care and consideration to ensure that you will feel very relaxed and enjoy returning to after a day of exploring our wonderful City. This apartment is perfect for a couple or a single person.
