The place was clean, quiet, and in a nice location. The bed was comfortable, which made for good nights of sleep. It’s an older home that has a cozy, lived-in “granny’s house” feel — nothing fancy or modern, but we actually liked that about it. It felt warm and homey rather than sterile.Overall a solid, comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This was our second stay at this sweet rental. It is so close to everything you may want in Eugene but set in a quiet safe neighborhood. There is ample space and comfortable bedding. The host Juan is very responsive to any/all questions. There are many little extras that make this such a lovely place to stay. Thank you for having us
