Ett nyuppdaterat hus med tre sovrum ligger på sidan av Eugens södra kullar. Omgiven av mogna underbara växter och en underbar utsikt. detta är en bekväm plats att koppla av och varva ner. Vandringsleden Spencer Butte och delar av Ridgeline-leden är bara några kvarter bort. Busslinjer, livsmedelsbutiker och 2 restauranger ligger en kort promenad från ytterdörren. Nice Location, Decent Property

Decent property, convenient location. Owner was very responsive. Feels like it needs a little updating. Also, a few issues, including running out of hot water too quickly, inability to use the hairdryer because the breaker kept tripping, dirty sponges in the sink and cigarette ashes in the garbage.

Nice Clean House, Safe and Quiet Neighborhood

I rented it for 4 adults. Due to a mix-up I ended up staying there alone. Felt safe and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to work the TV, but only spent 5 minutes trying. Has 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed, 2 sofas.

Great place to stay for a home game weekend

We didn't need much as we wanted to see a Ducks game and what Oregon had to offer. The place met all of our needs

quiet neighborhood

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, everything worked, and plenty of basic items provided (soap, TP, even coffee). Would stay again.

Everything was very good. The only suggestion was to have a more 'non-skid ' bathmat in the tub. We really liked the Keurig coffee and the pears in the back yard..! We hope Juan liked us and would be willing to accept us as clients in the future... The location was ideal with respect to our children's house. Thanks You!

Pleasant stay

Cute neighborhood in the South Hills, not far from downtown Eugene. Comfortable and clean. Yard and furnishings could use a little TLC but very functional overall.

Great house for families or friends

As a group of four (a couple and two solo travelers) this house was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the rooms quiet. The location was perfect for us - the event we attended was nearby, and having Safeway two blocks away was very helpful. I hope the house will be available for the next time I visit Eugene.

The property was great. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen were updated and nice. We had everthing we needed and were very comfortable.It was in a great location near grocery. The host was friendly and available if we needed anything. There was laundry on the property. The property worked very well for us and we would be willing to stay there again in the future.

Clean and comfortable

The house was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The beds and bedding were very nice. The pictures don’t really do it justice. We would definitely stay there again.

Better than listing

Since my husband and I were going to be in Eugene for a month, we knew that in addition to the basics (internet, w/d, full kitchen, etc) we wanted comfortable furniture, a king bed, an outdoor area, and a nice neighborhood where we could get out and walk about. This place had all that, as well as all new appliances and all the cooking utensils anyone would need. Being just a couple of blocks from a Safeway really handy too. Best of all, the house was spotless and much cozier than the pictures on the vrbo website. Highly recommended!
