Det kommer inte att dröja länge innan detta "nya på hyresmarknaden" kommer att bli en folly Fave.
Huset ligger i ett lugnt familjeområde. De tre sovrummen sover minst 6
bekvämt (drottning, drottning, 2 tvillingar) och varje sovrum har ett bifogat badrum.
Det finns också en futon i tvåbäddsrummet, gäster som planerar att använda futon som en säng kommer
måste ge sina egna ark (full storlek). Det andra sovrummet sovrummet öppnar
på ett privat soldäck med utsikt över den privata trädgården. Befälhavaren badrum inkluderar
en duschkabin och ett spa-badkar.
Det öppna vardagsrummet har en matplats på ena sidan av köket och vardagsrummet
rum på den andra. Matsalen är utmärkt inte bara för måltider utan även konst, hantverk och spel.
Du kan enkelt flytta från köket till vardagsrummet och sedan ut till solrummet eller
på bakdäck. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, utomhusgrill, ett picknickbord i

Family time at the beach

This was our 2nd stay at the house and fits our family very well. A bedroom for us, a bedroom for the young family, and a bedroom for the teens. Plus plenty of space to spread out in Living room, dining room, and back porch. It is close to the beach and we appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Thanks

Great Location

This house was great! Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable and location was perfect. Short walk to beach and Center Street. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect place for our girls weekend

Quiet beach house

We booked this property last minute due to a broken a/c at a completely different VRBO listing. Quick communication with realty company that manages it. The house is on a quiet street yet close enough to beach and center street action. We had a golf cart but easily walkable to where you need to go. The property is clean, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms are nice with attached bathrooms. Good shower pressure and beds are firm but comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, great location to the beach and Center Street.

Had a wonderful week! We even had a rain day but were quite comfortable spending it in the house. Everyone had plenty of their own space.

Very Satisfied

We very much enjoyed our vacation - our first time at Folly. The house was great. Very clean, comfortable and updated. Beach was nearby as were restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed driving into Charleston to enjoy all it has to offer.

Great property

This was a great house. Kitchen is stocked w dishes etc. plenty of books and games for evenings. Close to beach and shopping and restaurants. There were 6 beach chairs below the house and 2 loungers. Only negatives were you only get 1 towel and wash rag for your stay per person so we went out and bought tide pods to wash them. Also no hair dryer. Ice maker in fridge couldn’t keep up with 7 people in house so thankfully there was an ice tray in freezer which helped. But overall I highly recommend this property.

Place was nice.location great. OWNER LOCKED DOWN THERMOSTAT N REFUSED TO ALLOW US TO ADJUST IT. WHEN UR ON VACATION YOU WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE. VERY DISAPOINTED. IF OWNER CANNOT AFGORD ELECTRICITY BILL HE SHOULD NOT RENT IT. The amount charged was not cheap and we should have been able to be comfortable. I do not recommend renting this property.

If you don’t care about cleanliness this is for you…

The location is the ONLY reason this property received 2 stars. The cleanliness of this property was awful. 1. Small kitchen appliances were visible dirty. Cooking utensils were visible dirty. 2. One of the bathrooms upstairs had ants in the shower/tub that had to be killed before it could be used. 3. Outdoor shower head was broken, the shower head was laying in the floor, with a used bandaid. Also, a lot of saw dust. 4. Rogue hairs on multiple towels (I have a child that has an issue with this) and in the refrigerator/freezer. The location to the beach was great. It was an easy walk…less than 10 mins. For the amount of money we paid, it was very disappointing.

FRED HOLLAND SUCKS

Our group has been coming to Folly for about 10 years and try to avoid Fred Holland like the plague after yearssss of issues with them, we had vowed to never book with them again. Then after booking on VRBO we find out the property is managed by Fred Holland. They are the worst. Never got the code to get in, never got the code to wifi sent over. Sent multiple messages no response. Sat in the driveway for over 30 minutes then finally called Fred Holland after trying through the VRBO app to ask what was going on the day of our stay. They answered, no apology, and said ohhh that property has been ready for hours it should have sent over. Here is the door code and here is the wifi. May not mean anything to them but it does to us when this is our only planned vacation of the year. Get rid of Fred Holland please. If we wouldn't have hunted them down who knows when we would have gotten in the house.

House is great, not the property manager

We never received the code to get into the house, had to call the emergency number after 600pm. The realtor also sends emails from their office saying payment is due after it’s been paid. It’s very confusing & I was told it was an automated email. The house was very nice, great location. The cleaning people need to finish wiping around the tub in the master bathroom. We had a great week !

Off the beaten path

It was a delightful home, accessible to the beach, downtown & other vacationers, off the beaten path. Very clean & everything worked well. Helpful beach chairs & toys to make the experience extra pleasant.

Some issues. Smoke deters not enabled…not functioning. Clothes left in washer and dryer. A lot of cigarette ashes on porch Left over clothing left on porch. Appliances do not work very well. I can be specific as to each one does what.

Great location!

We enjoyed our month long stay very much. We had a couple of issues with a washing machine & celining fan but thise were addressed quickly. Quiey street, Short walk to the beach & Center St. Would stay here again for sure!

Charleston - Beach Getaway

As advertised, well maintained, clean, comfortable, and inviting. The only shortfall is the screened-in porch is wasted space and can't be utilized to relax, as it has no furniture.

Cute beach house

The house was cute— good for a party of 6 but certainly no more. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed minus any basic seasonings. It was a 5 minute walk to beach. They had carts to transport our gear to the beach which were much needed. There were boogie boards and adult cruising bikes. It’s a short bike ride or walk to the shops and restaurants in Folly. We loved the area— very quaint, family friendly and quiet. Bring bug spray; the mosquitos will kill you! Also, they keep the AC at a set level and we almost froze to death. Bring warm clothes for inside the house! The issues we had were with the property manager, Fred Holland Realty. The property hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in. In their defense we made the booking the day prior to check in. The property manager couldn’t get someone there to clean it until the next day which was a bummer but also a bit unsettling in light of COVID. They offered to remove the cleaning fee but it’s been 2 weeks since checkout and they have yet to do so. They also charge a hefty security deposit which they have yet to refund. I’ve messaged the property manager listed to no avail. No qualms with the house but I’m leery of working with the Fred Holland rental agency again.

Very nice home

Had a great time. Close to beach. Sand toys, some beach chairs, booth boards and bikes. Bike tires needed air. Well stocked kitchen with large pot for Frogmote stew.
