Det är svårt att hitta en bättre utsikt över sandstranden på Folly Beach än översta våningen i Charleston Oceanfront Villas. Denna 3 sovrum och 3 badrum lägenhet är en härlig, toppnivå upplevelse. Denna villa är elegant och nyckfull i samma takt. Vardagsrummet och matsalen har en mintgrön färg på väggarna. Kombinerat med glasbehållare och kopior av berömda höga fartyg känner du dig som om du är under vattnet, även om du är fyra våningar ovanför. Öppna gardinerna för att avslöja den långa balkongen vid havet och den oändliga utsikten över Atlanten, och fantasin är komplett.

Köket renoverades 2013 för att inkludera anpassade körsbärsträskåp, nya apparater i rostfritt stål och bänkskivor i granit. Nyligen tillagda kakelgolv går genom hallen badrum, kök och vardagsrum.

Det stora sovrummet har också havsutsikt och privat tillgång till balkongen. Det nyrenoverade badrummet har en handfat, en mörk bänkskiva i granit och kaklade väggar. Alla med en vackert gjort separat helkaklad dusch. De andra två sovrummen har sina egna badrum. Alla rum har platt-TV.

Gå ut på balkongen eller helt enkelt öppna en dörr och låt de lugnande ljuden från havsbrisen och vågorna f��rsiktigt kraschar i land vara ditt personliga soundtrack till ren avkoppling. Det är en enkel promenad- eller hissresa ner för att gräva tårna i Folly Beach-sanden eller ta ett dopp i poolen vid stranden.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas är ett gated Oceanfront-komplex bara 15 minuter från historiska centrum av Charleston och bara några steg från butikerna och restaurangerna i Folly Beach. Dessa lyxiga villor har 2 pooler vid havet, 2 hissar, privat täckt parkering och fantastisk utsikt. Poolerna är öppna varje år från 1 april till 31 oktober!

Oceanfront And Outstanding Views.

We always stay at Charleston Ocean Villas when we come to Folly Beach. We love that all the condos are oceanfront and we can easily walk to the quaint downtown. Charleston is only about a 15 minute drive. You can keep as busy as you want or do nothing but walk the beach. We usually come off season - we have visited in January, March and October. We look forwarding to our next trip to Folly Beach and Charleston Ocean Villas.

Great weekend escape from northern cold

Overall the property is great with amazing views, especially a beach vs snow.A few very minor changes would be helpful but didn't detract from the overall enjoyable visit. A bit warmer water for showers given the colder temps while there, a few basic kitchen items, and some more closet hangers for some professional clothes needed for an event. Property managers were amazing, and extremely attentive.

July Getaway

This was a great oceanfront property, everything was as advertised and it was just a very short walk to shops, etc, downtown. The only negative was the elevator worked sporadically and we were on the 4th floor. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Great location and view. Enjoyed access to beach, pier and shops. Carts to carry items to room is a great idea. Plenty of kitchen items to cook Thanksgiving meal for six people.

Awesome condo

Absolutely the perfect condo. We have stayed twice and enjoyed it both times. The only complaint is there need to be a center entrance to the beach from the elevator but that has nothing to do with this rental.

Bridge Run Weekend.

Great place to stay!!! Very clean with lots of space. The Balcony with table and chairs was a great hang out spot for our crew. Walking distance to so many places. Definitely, first choice for next year.

Beautiful beach vacation

Everything was incredible, with the exception of one thing. The cookware was so old and difficult to use. The nonstick pans were missing their nonstick and/or handles. It made for cooking a bit stressful. But it was very clean and comfortable. And being right in the beach was incredible.

Location and View

There was some good and bad with the property. Starting with the view. It is incredible being on the top floor and it seems like you can see forever in both directions. The location is very nice as well. You can walk a few block to many restaurants in the area. The property is dated and there is some fairly major ceiling damage due to roof leaks. There is also wallpaper coming off the walls in many locations. The areas that have been updated have been done well. The furniture and beds are all comfortable and the credit on the rental equipment is an added bonus.

Great location but the condo could have been cleaner

Great location but the condo could have been cleaner. I can understand not being able to get up all the sand off the floor seeing as it’s right on the beach but there were hair and fuzz balls everywhere (even in the kitchen drawers). The hallway bath doesn’t drain well so you’re standing in water. But the main issue was the sliding door leading to the balcony. We had to get one of the males in the family to open it anytime someone wanted to go out. Again... can’t beat the location. All eateries and shopping are just a couple blocks away. But it needs cleaned better!!!

Needs some work

Unit needs some TLC Ceilings have water damage from unit above in two bedrooms, wallpaper peeling off the walls and held together with scotch tape. The elevator for the entire complex is super slow and has not been inspected for over 3 years. You pay an exorborant amount for a cleaning fee and expected to do most of the work yourself.

Family Gathering

Great location with the beach and restaurants/shops all within walking distance. Property is a bit dated and it is time for new mattresses/pillows (at least the queen bed). We had other family members in a nearby condo which was certainly nicer (recently updated)

My mom, sister, niece and I stayed and we had a great time visiting Charleston and relaxing at the pool or beach. It was a great location to walk to restaurants and easy drive into Charleston. Would stay their again and highly recommend it!.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Folly Beach. Wonderful beach and into town walks. Great condo right on the beach. The condo could have provided a few more essentials like paper towels and coffee filters. Otherwise a great stay.
