Location, Location, Location

Great location with a very direct path to the beach that is easy to traverse with beach wagon. Back yard is surprisingly private given you are surrounded by 2 story homes. House was For Sale, and SPI Rentals was excellent communicating with us about showings.

Wonderful Weekend!

With only a few weeks left before Memorial Day weekend, we were struggling to find a property that would fit all of our friends within our budget. 123 Huisache ended up being the perfect fit! We were shocked at how spacious the house was, and we absolutely loved having the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. I'm so glad we rented through SPI Rentals! The team was so friendly every time I needed to call, and the process was seamless. My one complaint would be that there was a cockroach in the kitchen, but other than that, everything was perfect :)

Above Average

Pool and hot tub were not working correctly. The washing machine and fridge were not working. Otherwise, we loved the house. Kitchen and dining room were amazing for our group of 7!!

Large space for big family! Close to the beach, so an easy walk to access 13. Loved having a pool to just hang out in. Would book again!

Loved this house!

I really loved this beautiful places! I got to enjoy some time with my family and got to disconnect and rest. This place was the best place to stay so far in the island. It's very close to the beach and to so many restaurants. Thank you for hosting us.

Lots of space, great for large groups

Definitely worth the money if you have a large group with you. Lord of beds, couches, and sleeping areas to house a lot of people.

Great location

Wonderful location and staff. They were quick to respond. Only recommendation is to offer more cooking supplies like cookie sheets or a cake pan for roasting vegetables or putting meat on to season for the grill. Otherwise we had everything we needed.

Kite trip South Padre

Came for a week of kiteboarding. Wind was disappointing but the rental was great. Clean and quiet, 3 min walk to beach.

Great stay for the family and pet

This property was super clean and comfortable to stay in for a family of 7, and the location was very convenient for beach access. If you do bring a dog, there’s just a small grassy area in the backyard for them, but you could otherwise easily walk them down the street to do their business if needed. Communicating for check in and check out was very easy, and they were quick to accommodate us with a garage remote when we requested one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Girls Trip to South Padre

The property was a clean blessing after an extremely disappointing first VRBO (104 E Polaris Drive). We were happy to see clean dishes, linens, enough towels, beds, and paper towels. The pool and hot tub were clean, and we enjoyed using both. X

Great VRBO stay!

Well-provisioned, very clean home. Easy check-in. Small grass patch for dog. Good outside lighting back and front of house. Lots of counter space in kitchen (great for folding laundry)! Very comfortable living great room space. Highly recommend!

Was talking to my family about in all the years we've gone through SPI Rentals , this is the best place we've stayed in. We really enjoyed our stay. Besides a few minor details, TV's problem in tuning due to internet, which kept going off and a little problem in the upstairs bath, the sink needs a bit of attention, everything else was great. Wouldn't mind renting the same unit again.thank you SPI Rentals.

Great House

Everything thing about the house 🏠 was amazing. If I had to say the washing machine scared us because it shook violently when using even when it was a small load. Also we couldn't figure out how to turn on the pool lights. With that said, I already showed the pictures of the house to my co-workers. We are hoping to get the house again for next year.

Really enjoyed out stay in this unit this year, one of the best. A couple of nics, like unable to watch tv at times due to the internet system; the upstairs bath sink needs a bit of tending to, would clog up at times, needs a plumber in there; the upstairs really needs an air condition system, room, with fans were a bit hot and uncomfortable. Other than this, we were very happy and comfortable.

Good location. Lots of room. But, the management was terrible. So many things wrong with the place… Garage door never worked Had to call maintenance SEVERAL times to Fix outside facet (broken). Outside shower (broken). Light in hot tub laying in bottom— can u say “Electricution” Wouldn’t give me a light bulb to change out so no light in BR (they said they have to deliver it). I even drove to their location to get one!!! Never gave it. Never, never compensated us for all the hardships. Been to SPI every year for 12 yrs and never experienced this crap

Had a great time.

We had a really great time at the house during our vacation in South Padre. It was nice having the beach only a block away and having a private pool was a plus. This was our 4th time staying with SPI and we have never been disappointed. We could of used a channel listing for the TV. Thank you for having cleaning supplies.
