Detta 6 sovrum, 5 badrum, pool hem ligger i Solterra Resort i Davenport, Florida. Det ögonblick du går in i foajén kommer du att känna dig som hemma. På första våningen hittar du ett kung sovrum med TV och fullt badrum precis vid korridoren. Inköksköket är en kocks dröm med gott om diskutrymme, en enorm ö som har plats för fyra och fullt utrustade med krukor, stekpannor, tallrikar med mera. Det vackra matbordet i trä har 10 bekvämt plats. Familjerummet har två fullstora soffor med en väggmonterad 4K-TV med surroundljud. Du kommer inte kunna få dina barn ut från första våningen barnens lekrum som innehåller krita väggar, lek kök och mått. Och inte att du vill, men den extra stora tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren hjälper till med att hålla dina kläder rena. Ingår: doftfritt tvättmedel och torktumlare. Det finns ett "hemligt" Harry Potter-rum som ligger precis bakom köket. Låt oss se om ni barn kan hitta det. På övervåningen hittar du ett loftfilm med retrostil med 4K-TV och surroundljud. Det finns två kung master sviter som ligger på övervåningen med vackra privata badrum och TV. Det finns också en drottning sovrum med TV och tillgång till hallen badrummet. Barnen rummen är helt enkelt fantastisk. Star Wars tema pojkar rum har en tvilling över full våningssäng klubbhus och tee pee. Tjejerummet med baseboll och blommor har en tvilling över full våningssäng klubbhus. Barnen delar ett badrum i hall i full storlek. Utanför finns en skärmad i pool med badtunna. Om du föredrar att äta ute finns det ett vackert väderkorg för alla väder med plats för 8. Och fyra solstolar för dig att arbeta med din solbränna. Ingår är en stor CLEAN propangrill. Poolen och spa-värmen ingår också i din hyra.

Det gated Solterra Resort har ett klubbhus som innehåller ett komplett gym (löpband, elliptiska, viktmaskiner) men låt oss vara seriösa, du är på semester. Det finns också en liten lekplats, pool i resortstil med vattenrutschbana och en badtunna. Ta ett rör och sväva ner den lata floden. Det finns tennisbanor och en fotbollsplan (fotboll) också. Sedan kan du koppla av och äta och dricka i poolen vid Cafe Sol Bar & Grill.

Family Stay At The Sunshine House

Great house, great host. Plenty of room for 7 Adults and two toddlers to spread out. The resort amenities were way to get to. Resort pool was amazing. Loved our time here.

Loved our stay!

We stayed with 3 families, everyone enjoyed their stay. The house sits on a private/quiet lot. The house was clean. The only thing we found is we ran out of clean towels including pool towels with 3 families. There was laundry detergent so we were able to wash the.. there is also wasn't clubhouse towels provided. provided justwash thejm.

Great house for families

What a great house! The 3 King suites were perfect! The number of bathrooms was really helpful. The kitchen was well-equipped. The screened in pool was perfect. We would definitely come back to this house.

Christmas 2024

Veronica (home owner) is fantastic to work with. We had a couple very minor things that needed attention and within a couple of hours it was taken care of. The house is as shown on VRBO, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The theater room was equally used and enjoyed. The play area was wonderfully for the 4 year old granddaughters. The house is right by the complex’s waterpark and playground, extremely convenient. 5 stars!!!

Great Experience

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our group of 11. Our host was always a text away and very hospitable. Since the main pool was so crowded due to the holiday week, we hung out on the back porch in the private pool and hot tub. I highly recommend the sunshine house for a no worries getaway!

Perfect for ages 6 and under!

We loved this house! We took our two kids and their families that included 6 children aged 6 and under. The well appointed playroom and Harry Potter room kept them very engaged and if they were happy, so were we 7 adults! There were at least 4 pack & plays, a crib, high chair, a nice double stroller and even kids cups, plates and utensils. The pool was great and we loved that this house was located so close to the resort pool and amenities. Another huge bonus was that they had everything we could hope for in the kitchen too! Other thoughtful features: cozy theater room, luggage racks, daily trash service, good amount of towels (which were needed for resort), soap in every bathroom and more!

Fun for the whole family!

Close to all of the theme parks and adjacent to a wonderful community facility with pool, water slide, lazy river, tiki bar and activities this a a great family place to stay in Central Florida! Our 3 generation family of 9 was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the pool, theatre, play room and all of the other amenities this 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home has to offer!

Not too close - not too far!

Amazing property from the resort amenities to the house amenities. The distance was the perfect travel to Orlando, cocoa beach, and even Clearwater. The owner was helpful and responsive. Our next family vacation we will be booking with them again!

This house is perfect. You can’t go wrong with it. Plenty of space and the upstairs is massive. The place is extremely clean and they include a lot of things most places don’t like detergent.

Family Getaway

What a perfect home for a larger family get together. House was immaculate and fun for the little ones, the heated pool was so welcoming, the Resort area exciting (but a little loud on Saturday afternoon). We had lots of room to spread out but great spaces for gathering - especially the kitchen and dining room and great room. A little far to places in Orlando as the traffic on Hwy 4 is crazy most of the time. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Great all around experience and location

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. The property location is close to everything we wanted to do (Disney, Legoland, etc.) and just a walk across the parking lot from the community pool. The house was as advertised, clean and very spacious. Make sure that you plan around traffic and try to avoid going in or out at high check in times on Friday/Saturday evenings.

Fantastic house, great location

The house was larger than expected. Great facilities and well stocked. The pool was warm and clean. Veronica was very responsive. The resort was an added bonus and great location for all the attractions. Good local shops and restaurants, and food delivery services. We would certainly go there again and have no hesitation recommending it to friends. Fantastic holiday with lovely memories.

Excellent Family Spot

Having a space for 12 family members to gather and stay for an extended period of time is not an easy task. My extended family usually get together every two-three years, but usually we rent a timeshare and each family has their own space. This was our first time renting a VRBO and WE LOVED IT! Having everyone together in one space, playing games, cooking meals, and hanging out at a private pool was amazing! We are Vrbo fans!

Amazing home!

We truly enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us in the home and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The hot tub was an amazing perk to have after the long days at the parks. The kids loved the pool as we got full use of it on our last day. Veronica was an awesome host. She was quick to respond and helpful when needed. Would highly recommend her home.

Great winter getaway

Property was exactly as described and owner communicated quickly and effectively, answering any questions promptly. The included play room and pool and spa heat were perfect for our group. Plenty of towels and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) were present. We had to go to the community center to obtain parking passes but this process was fairly efficient and painless. We did not use the resort amenities but they were available for a $35 fee for our group if desired.

Dad's 90th birthday trip

The inside of the house was very nice, completely as advertised. There were a couple of small issues with light fixtures that didn't work but only small things. The property manager was very easy to reach. We had a great time here. Loved the house. Davenport is busier that I had imaged though, we couldn't believe the I-4 traffic.

We nicknamed this home Sunshine because of the bright and happy feeling throughout the property.

We have many kids and extended family that enjoy visiting Florida in the cold winter months. Having a big house where we can all gather without being on top of one another is a big plus. This home is 20 minutes from all Disney parks and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. We rented homes for years and decided to purchase our own for convenience sake. So, we added little touches such as a kids playroom on the first floor to keep them busy on non-Disney or rainy days. This is a very large house, so we made sure the dining table could comfortably seat 10 adults. Why stay together if you cannot all eat at the same table? There is a movie room loft upstairs with black-out drapes and plush recliner chairs. All bedrooms are professionally decorated with soft sheets. And all bathrooms have plush towels. We include hand soap, dish soap, dye-free hypoallergenic laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Decaf and Caffeinated K-Cup pods and a case of bottled water. Because we like checking-in and NOT rushing to the grocery store. And you NEVER pay extra for pool heat, BBQ Grill, Wifi, we believe that should all be included.
