Beläget i det lugna och privata helt nya fritidshusgemenskapen i Calabria Westside, denna 3032 kvm. Huset byggdes september 2011 och hyrdes första gången i januari 2012 och har 6 sovrum med 4 sovrum med alla 40-tums LCD-TV. Två är kungrum med ensuiter och den andra är kung- och drottningsrum. Det finns också två barns rum som har två enkelsängar och 24 ”LCD-TV med DVD-spelare. Alla rum har takfläkt. Utanför är en täckt Lanai med takfläkt och söderläge pool med spa som backar till vackra bevarande. Inuti finns ett inbjudande vardagsrum med en 55 ”LCD HDTV och Blu-ray-spelare som ligger bredvid ett fullt utrustat matkök med en Keurig 2. 0 kaffemaskin och formell matplats. På bottenvåningen finns också ett spelrum med biljardbord, airhockey och fristående videospelmaskin med sextio klassiska spel! På övervåningen kan du njuta av mer familjens kul på loftet som inkluderar en 46 ”LCD HDTV, Blu-ray-spelare och Xbox 360 och även höghastighetsinternet. Ligger inom 6 miles från Walt Disney World Gates, 20 miles från Universal Studios, 25 miles från Sea World och nära till många restauranger, shopping och livsmedelsbutiker. Tampa Bay ligger 60 miles bort med ett Hard Rock Casino och Busch trädgårdar, NHL Hockey, MLB Baseball och NFL Football. Förutom många stränder längs Mexikanska golfen. Mot Atlanten ligger Kennedy Space Center samt Cocao Beach och är 70 miles.

Great place

Beautiful, clean home. Our family of 13 (ages range 6months-39 years) had a very great time here! Grocery stores and food spots are close in range and the pool is always fun but the jacuzzi was a plus!

Family pre cruise stay

Stayed two nights prior to cruising out of Port Canaveral - family trip 6 adults and 5 children ages 10 months to 12 years. House was perfect, super clean and kitchen well outfitted. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!!!

40th birthday stay

Brent was making during this entire process. We had 11 people stay with 5 couples and it was great. We all had plenty of space but great communal areas. It was perfect for what we needed it for.

Perfect house, great location.

House was superb...fit us perfectly. The pool was great as was game room. All the bedrooms and bathrooms made it so easy for all 7 of us. Could of had more stay without a problem. The owner was on top of everything and great to work with. Hope to stay there again!!!

Amazing property!

This is the best vacation home we’ve stayed at in Kissimmee and we’ve rented a lot. We’re a family of 7 with 5 children and they had the best time. The house is very clean and well maintained. The beds are very comfortable and the pool area is amazing. Well stocked with everything you need. Felt like home while on vacation. Highly recommend it! Very close to all Disney parks!

Wonderful

Large family group trip to Disney. We had a great time, house had plenty of room. Everything was as listed. Nice King suits. Beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with choosing this rental house. Brent was very easy to communicate with. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely want to stay here again. Thanks Brent!

Christmas vacation

The property was perfect and enough room for everyone! Each person was able to have their own bathroom and bedroom! Owner was very responsive to anything we needed! Would definitely book again.

We live in a Small City in Alberta, Canada. We are grain farmers and have 5 children. We bought this house as an investment for rental purposes. It is always great to work with guests from all over, from North & South America to the UK and one family from Australia.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This location is perfect. It is a small community and very quiet and away from any highway noise. Yes, you can hear Disney's fireworks every night! Still it is so close to the parks and to the variety of Florida activities. 6 miles to Disney gates and just over an hour to the great beaches at the Gulf of Mexico! There is so much to do in the area that you will have to come back again one day!
