Very well located for all amenities. Well presented property. Not ideal for people with walking difficulties, steps up to the property. Overall, very happy with the apartment. Would definitely return and recommend it.

Nice central appartment for two

Great appartment for two people, could not he more central to Playa Blanca. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, good beds and a north facing balcony that catches the evening sun over the town. Host's rep was excellent communicator, the coffee maker was broken and she brought us a new one within 30 min from reporting it!

Great apartment in Central position to old town of playa Blanca

We had a great stay here. Location suited us well, close to coast, bars and restaurants and bus station. Well equipped accommodation. Our only issue was the intermittent noise of the water pump below us. This was mainly in the day. Overall great accommodation and I would return.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentaler Lage in Playa Blaca

Die Lage ist wirklich top! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, jede Menge Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, ... Wir haben auch immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Location perfect ideal for couples apartment

Apartment is in a very central location 100m or so from the beach and front promenade which is very nice. Lots of restaurants and bars from the main port of playa Blanca all the way to marina rubicon. We got the bus from the airport no.161 which must be the easiest bus transfer from an airport to an apartment ever. You can see the bus stop from the balcony. Natalie and Pilar were both very helpful from start to finish and I must say the beds were extremely comfy. All in all excellent and would definitely go back

Super one bed apartment close to everything

Perfect apartment for two people, immaculately clean, everything you could need supplied . Nice bedroom, very comfy beds and very quiet at night despite being near to shops and the beach. Only downside the balcony doesn’t get any sun otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Perfect for a bargain break .

Good value for money. Nice clean and central apt.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Playa Blanca where we used the apt as a base. It was clean and functional. The only draw back was the balcony which was in the shade all of the time. Very central to town centre and bus station. We were met by a lovely guy who showed us around. We would go back.

A very comfortable Apartment

The whole Apartment albeit was quite small, was very clean and well equipped . Its in a great central location with shops, bars etc.,,, beach. to hand . even due to its location we found it very peaceful . Phili who looked after us was very friendly and was available if we needed her . nothing was too much trouble .

Lovely Apartment.

Everything went very well, lovely comfortable apartment, very convenient situation in Playa Blanca, close to all amenities. Would love to stay here again, would recommend to friends.

Todo perfecto.

El apartamento es perfecto, tiene todo lo necesario. Muy bien ubicado, a menos de 5m andando de playa blanca y a menos de 10m de playa dorada. Supermercado muy cercano. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.

molto comoda

Ho soggiornato x 15 giorni a maggio in questo appartamento.....sono stata benissimo perchè è molto anzi è un piccolo gioiello......curatissimo nell'arredamento ......in posizione comoda per raggiungere il mare e il centro,ma allo stesso modo è molto tranquillo. Sicuramente lo consiglierei per chi vuole godersi una bella vacanza.Penso proprio che rifarò questa bella esperienza......

Great apartment in a central location.

We stayed here for a week in January and it was perfect. Only 2 minutes to Spar and 3 minutes to the nearest beach. It has a nice sized terrace to sit out and watch the world go by with a glass of wine. Everything you need is in the apartment including a utility area with a washing machine and airer to dry your washing. Any problems are quickly resolved by Pili, the manager of the property. It was very clean and I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be returning!! Bus number 161 runs frequently from outside the airport and will drop you at the bus station in Playa Blanca. You can actually see the apartment from the bus station - it is that close. Costs 3.30 euros each!! Much cheaper than any transfer.

Immer wieder Weihnachten

Wir sind bereits zum 3. Mal hier und kommen bestimmt nächste Weihnachten wieder. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was der Mensch so braucht. Nette Vermieter und die guten Geister sind Pili und ihre Tochter. Alles bestens und sehr empfehlenswert. Alles zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, man bräuchte kein Auto. Der Busbahnhof ist ebenfalls, wie auch Supermärkte, die Fußgängerzone und die Promenade um die Ecke.

Lovely apartment in central position

The photos were accurate and the apartment contained everything you need for a holiday in the sunshine. It was clean and tidy, well furnished. It was near the beach, the shops and restaurants and just across from the bus station. The manager was on hand to answer any queries and the owner very helpful beforehand. We have booked to go again next year.

Schöne Tage auf Lanzarote

Nach dem Urlaub mit Halbpension im letzten Jahr in einem Hotel, wollten wir uns dieses Jahr selbst versorgen, um Land und Leute ein wenig mehr zu erleben. Die Wohnung und die liebe Pilar haben uns von Anfang an sehr positiv beeindruckt. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben zehn wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung hier in Playa Blanca ist sehr zentral, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Strand oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Diese Wohnung können wir daher ohne Einwände weiterempfehlen! Alles hat gut geklappt, der Kontakt mit Natalie war von Anfang an sehr nett. Von uns daher 5 von 5 Sternen!

Muy recomendable

Nos alojamos durante 4 días en el apartamento, y hemos quedado muy contentos. Está muy bien situado en pleno centro de Playa Blanca, en una zona muy tranquila, al lado de restaurantes y supermercados. El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos, estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia (utensilios de cocina, toallas...). Sin duda, repetiría mi estancia en este apartamento, es muy recomendable.

Great home from home.

This is a super apartment. Spotlessly clean with and exceptionally well maintained with everything you could wish for in the way of crockery, cutlery, bedding, towels etc. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures; bright, airy and comfortable. Two minutes from the centre of Playa Blanca and the beach and, in the opposite direction the main HiperDino supermarket. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We had a fabulous stay and I cannot wait to return.
