A very pleasant stay.

A lovely and spacious property. The beds were very comfortable. Good TV but advisable to bring a stick. Functional kitchen with fridge freezer and plenty of equipment such as cutlery, glasses and coffee mugs. Lots of room outside with a table and chairs for al fresco eating and 4 sunbeds. The pool was lovely and warm and we used it every day. There was a barbecue. Security was excellent with 2 lockable gates and an alarm system in the property. The pool and gardens were secluded, but there was a great view of the mountains.

A lovely relaxing holiday

We've just had the most lovely 4 relaxing weeks holiday spent in this beautiful villa. The outside space is second to none and everything you would want (or need) inside. There is a good 20/25 minutes walk down to the front of Playa Blanca, but when you get used to it, you find new things to see every time - would certainly recommend

Superb and relaxing stay

Lovely property, nice and private with geat area for sunbathing, nice pool. BBQ was great, we used it a lot. Tony Soprano the cat 🐈 lives in the area and comes by for food and a fuss. Charles, the owner is fantastic, really helpful and responsive.

Highly recommended

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Lanzarote. Charles was a delight to deal with. The Villa was lovely and well located. Absolutely no complaints.

Peaceful, private and comfortable

An excellent choice. The villa was in a quiet area and very secluded. Lovely pool which can be heated if required, but we didn't and it was warm enough. Comfortable double bed (really two separate mattresses) with en suite bathroom with shower over bath. Second bathroom/shower room. Large comfortably living space and eating area. Kitchen a bit small and not room for two people to work. But plenty of equipment. Large TV but no channels as such, mainly Netflix etc. Didn't use anyway. Good pool area; can get a decent number of strokes in. Sunbeds have sides, so could be a little uncomfortable for the arms (got a few bruises). garden area well laid out. Charles was an excellent host and communication with & from him was first class. All in all a superb stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely villa in a handy and quiet location.

Lovely well equipped vila within easy reach of Playa Blanca, beaches and Marina. Had a great family break in the Vila the pool. The properly are great as a base for adventure or as a place to chill. Charles the owner was really friendly and helpful! Highly recommended

Great location which we did know. Villa is very private and was very quiet. The owner Charles is wonderful, came round and introduced himself. Nothing too much trouble. Overall very very happy

Enjoyable Holiday

Charles was an excellent host and communicated extremely well. Check in & out was simple.The Villa is in a quiet location and has lovely gardens. During the holiday the weather was very windy on occasions restricting use of outdoor space which are large and spacious.It’s about a 20-25 min walk to the front. During our stay a large Aldi store opened about a 10 min walk away which will be great for future guests.There is a smart Tv and very fast internet connection. As we didn’t have a car Charles offered to take us to supermarket which was very kind.Taxis are about 5 euros from the front or the large superdyno supermarket in town

Relaxing holiday

Very nice villa located in a quiet part of Playa Blanca. 25 minutes walk to the beach. Good size swimming pool. Comfy beds, nice living room and very well equiped kitchen. Just everything what you need to enjoy your stay.

Fantastic

A great villa in a very peaceful location. Great communication with Charles, who met us on arrival. The heated pool was excellent, heating it in April was a must. Around 30 minutes walk to bars and restaurants, that is pretty much flat all of the way, so not too challenging. Overall a very relaxing stay. We’d definitely return in the future.

Great villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The Villa was spotless and everything needed was provided. The host could not do enough for us and was on hand if anything was required. The Villa was about 20 minutes walk to the centre and a taxi was around 4 euros. We would definitely look to return next year.

Fabulous villa and host

We spend 2 wonderful weeks in this villa, enjoyed its open space in the living area and the large pool outside. Charles is a very kind host, easy to reach and nearby in case of need. Of course we were also visited by Tony, the friendly cat, for the daily snack.

Fabulous Stay

Excellently equipped villa with a great size pool. Loads of outdoor space without being overlooked. 30 mins walk to Marina Rubicon or to Playa Blanca but taxi back is only a few euros! Charles is an brilliant host and always on hand if you need him.

Great holiday

Great villa , everything we needed was there , 25 mins walk into playa blanca or the rubicon or 4 euros in a taxi ,nice and private in an area that feels safe to walk around , Charles was in contact on WhatsApp if I needed anything but we just relaxed ate plenty of good food in some Great restaurants and got to visit a few places in the hire car ,which is easy to use over there . Would highly recommend the villa and the area .

Our stay - January 2024

Everything that everyone says is true! Not the newest of Villas but well kept and constant improvements being made. Very quiet area, yes long walks to/from main areas but with a car (or taxi) well worth it. Great Host making it a great holiday, now planning a return visit in the Autumn, need to get in quick!

Amazing Holiday

As a family we opted for a villa so we could spend chilled time in and out of the pool without worrying about getting a sunbed !Plus we didn't want to be in a busy hotel. We decided on Lanzarote as its a place we have never visited and thought we could explore the island Our host Charles couldn't be more helpful and as for his villa...it was lovely! Good size, clean and Modern The villa was well equipped with everything we needed Outdoor space was lovely and pool was amazing on those hot sunny days Charles was a super host for offering advice on the island itself and recommendations for place to eat and visit ! It has a smart Tv which proved invaluable to us in the evening We would most definately recommend this Villa and will most definitely return ! Thankyou Charles for a memorable holiday

Comfortable villa in quiet location

Good comfortable villa with great pool for swimming in at the end of April. Its position is ideally suited to walk into Playa Blanca and gain the benefits of being in a resort but the villa is not overlooked and is in quiet area . Charles the owner provided everything including washing liquid and beach towels. He was easily contactable and helpful. We walked from the villa to his restaurant for a meal one evening which was excellent and got a taxi home fr only €6 !! The food is excellent so you need to arrive hungry. If resort beaches are not your thing we recommend the beaches of Papagyo. We walked from the villa to Montano Roja which is well worth doing. We also recommend driving up to The Green Caves and visiting the ancient capital Teguise. We had a great week, the villa was perfect for our needs and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Charles.

Excellent Villa

We have just returned from our holiday. Firstly, Charles (the owner) picked us up from the airport which was pre arranged and took us straight to the apartment where we able to leave our suitcases there while it was still being cleaned (we had an early flight. He then took us down to the marina so we could have.a drink and snack. He was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very clean and well provided with oven, toaster, microwave. Fridge freezer, washing machine, and hairdryer (essential for us ladies). And the pool was a decent size, and because the villa is surrounded with a fairly high wall it was nicely secluded and private. The neighbourhood is very quiet as well. We would normally walk to the main strip of restaurants and would get a taxi back costing no more than €3-5 depending on the time. Charles also owns and runs his own restaurant called The Port of Call which is in Faro Park. This restaurant has to be the best on the Island. The meals are first class and would highly recommend you pay it a visit. You won’t be disappointed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Little bit of paradise

From our very first communication with Koroli/Charles our holiday was completely seemless. On arrival we were met by Koroli and his lovely girlfriend Ramona at the airport. Checking in was seamless and Charles even gave us a guided tour of the area, which allowed us to get our bearings, before dropping us at the supermarket to get our supplies. Charles came round to clean the pool half way through our stay and dropped my daughter and I at the local gym, where he went in and introduced us to the owner, nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Charles went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The villa is even more impressive in reality, the views are beautiful, situated in a very quiet, safe and secure feeling area. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is exceptionally well equipped, pool towels are even provided. The outside space and pool area really made it for us. Having access to your own private pool and expansive garden area was a real treat. The villa is around a 35 minute walk to both the marina and the town centre, which has a variety of high quality restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Charles' villa to anyone as we do not have a negative thing to say about it! We would definitely like to visit again in the future, in fact we had hoped to return in October but unfortunately it is already booked for our preferred dates. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Casa muy acogedora en espectacular ubicación

La casa es exactamente como te la imaginas. Es una vivienda vacacional cómoda con una agradable zona exterior y con todos los servicios necesarios, incluida una piscina climatizada que nos vino muy bien.La comunicación con Charles fue perfecta y estuvo siempre atento, respondiendo de inmediato cuando hubo un problema que resolvió en 5 minutos.
