We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, well laid out and comfortable. The owner, Gustavo, met us there and gave us a layout of the apartment and some great neighborhood recommendations. The neighborhood is great with a supermarket and bakery very close.

Perfect stay!

Our stay at Gustavo’s place was perfect! The place is very well kept and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is good and it represents how the locals live in this part of Barcelona.

Really nice appartement

Nice appartement for some days in or near Barcelona for 4 persons. Not to far from the airport, about 25 euros. We enjoyed our stay and used the nearby metro station to explore Barcelona. Our host was very kind, we can recommend the apartment.

This apartment is nice inside and comfortable except it is super noisy. Plus it is in a location that is not in Barcelona. You have to take a cab ride (20 euros each way) everywhere. There is a grocery nearby but that is it. No restaurants or bars. Really disliked the location.

Great stay for our family of four

Gustavo was a great host and meet us at the property when we arrived to go over everything. The flat is spacious and comes equipped with everything we needed for our three night stay. Property is located in a fairly convenient locals neighborhood surrounded by coffee shops, corner stores, and grocery stores. Most tourist attractions are accessible by metro and/or bus in around 30m. We would stay again.

Great apartment, comfy beds and nice host

Property was great, beds were very comfortable and overall apartment had luxurious features. Host seemed worried about our kids damaging things and gave us what felt like rules (i.e. best if an adult opens this and that, art frame is expensive please be careful w it) - that aside, host was great. He was thorough and responded quickly. The location is not very close to the touristic areas, train station is about 15 mins away (santa Eulalia station). Coffee shop, grocery stores and kids park are very very close to property andsuper convenient. It is somewhat close to Camp Nou (1 bus ride) and Estadi Olympic (1-2 metro/bus rides). Overall, we loved our stay in this property and recommend it if ok to not being closer to touristic areas.

Convenient location

We’ll maintained property with relatively close access to public transportation (Bus & Train). Outside of downtown congestion. Property manager made a point of walking us through property upon arrival.

A modern and comfortable Barcelona getaway

Rarely is a place exactly as shown in pictures. If anything it was even better in person! We had an incredible stay. Modern and clean with everything you need. Extremely generous with cooking supplies and cleaning products. It felt like we were in a friend's apartment and not a rental. Highly recommend for your next stay.

Awesome Flat

Had a wonderful 7-day in this bright and cheery flat. Host met us at check-in and gave us a welcome tour of this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Host was quick to reply to our questions and gave a couple of hints for local eateries. A 12-minute stroll to a metro station, we used it daily. On the walk back, you pass a couple of grocery stores and a bakery. Plenty of hot water, everything in working order with easy to meet checkout requests.

Ideal Barcelona Apartment with Great Host!

Perfectly situated for enjoying Barcelona, this apartment is comfortably furnished, well provisioned, and impeccably maintained. A short walk away you'll find metro stations that will quickly take you downtown, to the airport, etc... Anything you could want in the way of restaurants, provisions, and services can be found within easy walking distance. Gustavo, the host, is gracious and responsive. We really enjoyed the restaurants he suggested! Staying here was a great experience, and we'd like to come back. Thank you, Gustavo, for your hospitality!

Awesome for Early Birds

Apartment: pros: great, had everything we needed, soft comfy mattress and pillows, all kitchen items available, market across the street, train station 9 minutes walk, places to eat near by and good shopping around the area. Cons: located in front of busy street, apartment not well insulated for the location, therefore, you can hear constant traffic, dogs barking without fail every morning starting around 5:30am. Construction equipment starting at 7am. If you wake up prior to 5:30 this apartment is perfect. If you like to sleep-in after 6am this is not the place for you. We stayed 6 days 5 nights.

Quiet modern apartment

This was a modern flat with good features, and was in a quiet (albeit out of the way) neighborhood about 10 minutes walk from the metro station. The main shortcoming was we were only allowed to have one key for the building and apartment. Since there were two of us, this made for some logistical difficulties since we weren't both coming and going at exactly the same time. A second key would have been appreciated.

Modern contemporary

Our experience at this apartment was extremely positive. He met us at the door and gave us all the instructions. Neighborhood is safe, clean, easy access, near everything, supermarket, restaurants, hair dresses, train and metro. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, extremely clean, a huge balcony facing a side street where you can have breakfast, lunch dinner or just sit and relax. Kitchen has the basic you will nee to prepare a meal. Beds are comfortable, clean and fresh linens. The only suggestion I have is to have a blanket available for people like me that feel really cold at night and need to throw a heavier blanket over my feet. There was a throw available, however not sufficient for me. The experience overall was a 10/5 stars, the blanket is a suggestion. I definitely recommend and I will definitely return.

Great apartment for couples

All in all the apartment has everything one could wish for. There were some minor inconveniences we encountered. For example some kitchen supplies like dish soap an paper towels were missing and the range of cuttlery was basic. But that is really the only negative thing we could find as everything else was just great. The apartment is cozy and the AC is effective and cools the whole apartment. The next store is literally 30 seconds away by foot and has all necessaties one could need. I takes about 10 minutes to the nearest Metro stations, so keep that in mind. My partner and I felt well acomodated by Gustavo. He was very friendly and even gave us his personal phone number in case we need to contact him fast. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona.

Prachtig appartement in rustige buurt bij Barcelona

Voor onze stedentrip naar Barcelona (als onderdeel van onze eerste zomervakantie als gezin in Spanje) zochten we een prettig en schoon appartement, voorzien van een aantal gemakken. En dat is gelukt :-)Het appartement van eigenaar Gusta is modern ingericht en perfect verzorgd. Bij aankomst legt hij alles duidelijk uit. Zelf woont hij op loopafstand, dus als er iets was, kon hij er snel zijn. Het contact verliep zeer goed.De buurt is OK, niet heel spannend, maar rustig en heeft op loopafstand een aantal winkels en de metro, waar we dagelijks gebruik van maakten.Barcelona was fantastisch, dus de kans is groot dat we weer eens gaan. En ja, dan staat het appartement in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat van Gusta zeker weer op onze lijst!
