Nice apartment in great area and great owner!
I stayed with my family for a week in this apartment, with 3 kids aged 5, 8 and 10 years old. When arriving late at night Denis (owner) had fixed everything, so we could easily settle in.
The apartment is located in a nice area with nice restaurants, ca 10 minutes walk from Barrio Gotic (Raval a bit closer). The beach is located ca 30 minutes walking distance for adults or a bit longer if you have kids. We took the bus to the beach: it takes 10 minutes and leaves very convenient a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment.
We really enjoyed both the apartment and the area. It is a bit away from the most noisy areas, but still with loads of nice restaurants, bars, bakery and grocery store. I really liked the area!
The apartment was very clean and big enough for the five of us, great wifi, laundry, nice bathroom and so on. Perfect for our needs I would say.
I would like to say something about Denis as a hos as well: you are awesome! You met up with us in the middle of the night, you had made the sofa a bed for our kid so she could go to bed at once, you texted us the next day asking if everything was fine, and even if I lost one key to the apartment (sorry!) you fixed it. Thank you!
I truly recommend this host and this apartment and If I would to return to Barcelona I would definitely rent it again.
