Vårt hem ligger i centrum av den världsberömda Treasure Cay Beach på Beach Villas. Villan sover bekvämt en familj på fem personer.

Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och det andra sovrummet har kojer för barn. Det finns gott om garderobsutrymme. Alla rum har takfläktar och huset har central luft. Det finns en uteplats på framsidan av huset och en privat skärmad veranda på sovrummet.

Beach Villas har gäster som tar med sig bärbara datorer eller surfplattor som har sin egen wi-fi-hotspot.

Vi strävar efter att underhålla vårt hem i bästa möjliga skick för din semester. Villan har renoverats omfattande, inklusive alla nya apparater. Huset är fullt utrustat med diskar, bestick, sängkläder, handdukar och nästan allt annat du kan behöva.

Perfect Getaway

We could say so many good things about this place, the owners, and our experience. We were looking for a quiet vacation for our young family and this place was perfect for us. Matt helped us navigate the island as a family who had never been there. From airport taxis, to golf cart rentals, recommendations on outings, etc, we couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone in the community was extra helpful and very friendly. The beach is unreal, the view never got old. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for our family for the week.

Paradise revisited!

This villa was perfectly appointed with a fully equipped kitchen & “home away from home” welcoming atmosphere. We totally appreciated the local artwork & ceramics as well as the pics of the family. This was our second time in Abaco & we’re glad we picked this villa- it is exactly as pictured & even better in person. Newly renovated it felt brand new. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch & the location was very quiet. We’ll definitely return! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful Villa

It is a wonderful villa. The house is centrally located right across the street from the grocery store and the central shops. It is a very short walk to the beautiful beach and pool. The house has everything you would need. The owner is very responsive and is a huge help. We had a great vacation!

The most memorable vacation with the family!

The villa was well stocked with everything we needed from cooking utensils to beach towels. We surely over packed. The beds were comfortable. The walking distance to town was perfect. The beaches were breathtakingly warm and beautiful. Thank you Matt for making our family vacation a success!! The only minor thing lol is the small TVs. They were fine if it wasn't for World Cup games. Other than that A+!

Fantastic villa with everything you need and more, plus incredibly attentive owners!

If you are looking to stay in the secured/gated Treasure Cay area, look no further than Sand Dollar Villa. Ideally located in Treasure Cay and stocked with everything imaginable. Unbelievably close to all amenities you will need: Grocery store (1 min walk), Liquor Store (1 min walk), ATM (1 min walk), gift shop (3-4 min walk), Restaurants (3-5 min walk), fantastic beach (rated top 10 by Nat Geo for good reason, 2-3 min walk) and great pool area (2-3 min walk). This property is well maintained and if anything should arise, the owners have a few individuals that care for the property near by at all times. The owner was very attentive and punctual to all inquires or questions from start to finish, leaving no room for concern or hesitation at any time. The 2 bedroom villa is so well equipped that it truly felt like our second home for the 2 weeks we stayed. Upon arrival there is no need to have to run out for paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, etc as those are all there waiting for you. A true turn key experience. Other on premise amenities include a phone to make local calls, fantastic wi-fi, satellite TV, laundry, gas grill, etc. The villa has plenty of parking just steps away in a private lot if needed. While entirely possible not needing to leave the area, or stay nearby just renting a golf cart, we thoroughly enjoyed having a car during our stay. To each is their own, but for us the car allowed for us to visit Cherokee Sound, Pete's Pub in Little Harbor, many surrounding cay's via ferry from the Marsh Harbor and Treasure Cay docks, the blue hole, Maxwell's for grocery's, restaurants, shops, etc. Driving is on the opposite side of the road compared to the states, but not very difficult during the day as there are just a few main roads and little traffic. Driving at night can be a bit difficult due to few street lights and the cars being setup for opposite side driving. Located in the villa is a very comprehensive guide to all things in the area, which has been complied and assembled by the owners from their years of experience. This was very helpful, but really just par for the course with our entire stay due to the attentiveness of the owners wanting to make our stay the very best they could. If you are looking for the great place to stay in a quiet and safe area, along with tremendous hospitality, then look no further than Sand Dollar Villa. We look forward to our next stay hopefully in the near future.
