Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this great place! cute little upstairs apartment with a great use of space and perfect for getting around the area. We got the benefit of a beautiful snow storm too (and the walk and parking area were shoveled when we woke up which was nice!) thanks again.

Comfortable stay

Check in was easy, beds are comfortable. I’m a big and tall guy, so only qualm I had was the small toilet, and low shower head. Aside from those, great stay!

Nice Fall Getaway

Nice spot for one or two people. Part of an office complex but comfortable. I didn't have any issues with the shared bathroom as I was off all day. Nice location. Everything in town is walkable from here.

Inexpensive, clean no frills accommodation.

Clean and conveniently located to town. Easy self check in. Ample parking. The only disappointment was no kitchen sink. It was a bit of a challenge to wash the coffee pot in the bathroom sink.

Celebration of 40th Anniversary

Jeff was wonderful to work with. We had questions and he found solutions. Garfield House "Virginia"unit is where we stayed for 4 nites.So close to everything. highly recommend staying here. If we are every visiting the Berkshires again we will return to Garfield's Larry and Mary Ann

Shared bathroom was a surprise and unacceptable. Massage therapist and clients used our bathroom! Host should provide therapist with downstairs bathroom. Host should not advertise this unit as booking the entire apartment.

Clean, simple accommodations

The room and shared kitchenette were clean and as described. The building is easy to get to and the self check in was simple. A nice, no frills accommodation with lots to do and see nearby.

Convenient location

Went there for a ski weekend at Butternut. Great location near some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time.

Great location

The best features were the reasonable price and wonderful location. The property was as expected and adequate for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the window air conditioner needed for the unusually hot weekend.

Easy Access to All the Area has to offer

Nicely appointed room with air conditioner. Comfortable bed. Bathroom right next door. Parking provided. Only complaints were that the picture given is a bit misleading as it is of the Garfield House while the room is in the Office Complex, right next door, but a much smaller and older looking building. Still just fine inside, but not the same building. Also we stayed there on two of the hottest nights of the summer. The air in the room with the air conditioner was okay, but the bathroom has no air conditioning and it was extremely hot.

Very simple place with all amenities advertised. Comfortable and conveniently located on the main road in Lee. Not luxurious but a nice cozy place to stay for a weekend in the Berkshires.

Basic accommodations. The walkway to the property was not lit until you got to the front door which lit up on a sensor. The kitchen did not have a sink! The only sink was in the bathroom. You could not even fill a water bottle because the sink was that shallow. The bed was low to the ground. No frame. No chair but for a folding chair in the hall. Very basic. fill a water bottle !

Fun on a budget

My impression was that it was a good deal. I was hoping it was reliable and it was. I had some bumps with the lock being numerical and just understanding that. but I felt the owner /manager was being safe. It was a little hard to convince my freind who was visiting that we could count on getting in ! But he liked it after getting in. No one else was sharing the kitchen, so that made it really nice, but we understood it was a shared kitchen. Great town there and a great place for the meMORIAL DAY PARADE.

Well thought out little room and a great value!

We were so impressed by how well thought out this little room was, many little touches such as the sound machine, a closet organizer, a laundry basket, great sheets, and then our host leaving us a few things in the kitchen and toiletries for the bathroom. This is a modest room, but it is very clean, with a very comfortable bed, nice art, and there was not a thing lacking. The room has access to a shared kitchen and bathroom on the same floor and is above offices on the ground floor - all were extremely clean and well laid out. The building had great parking and was in an excellent location for going out to dinner or strolling through town. While we did not meet Jeff in person the hospitality was evident everywhere and we truly enjoyed staying at this rental. Jeff was very organized and responsive while I was booking and then when we arrived. I would welcome the chance to stay again!
