Vår nya studio ligger i Main St, Lee, bekvämt för alla stadens bekvämligheter och en del av Garfield House-komplexet av fastigheter (möblerat och omöblerat). Denna enhet är en komplett studio med en queen size-säng (Murphy-säng), komplett kök, privat badrum, veranda, egen ingång och privat parkering. Dessutom har gästerna full tillgång till Garfield House bekvämligheter, dvs. grillning, uteplats, tvättstuga etc. Gångavstånd till kvalitetsrestauranger. Fastigheten och enheterna i Garfield ligger bara ett kort avstånd till nöjesplatser som Tanglewood, Jacobs kudde och några fantastiska museer som Clark och Norman Rockwell. Appalachian Trail går rätt genom Berkshire County och Garfield Properties är en utmärkt hoppplats.

Cute cottage on Main St

A great location for a number of cultural experiences in the Berkshires, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the town of Lee. The studio is small, but the murphy bed is incredibly comfortable so it has all the benefits of a hotel room, with the addition of a kitchen and a porch from which to watch the world of Lee go by.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

This studio gave us exactly what we needed: Restaurants and shops within walking distance, even the library. As we have family living in the Berkshires we decided not to bother with getting a rental car and that worked out just fine.

My little Lee Nest

Melanie got me settled and the little studio space was perfect for my needs this weekend, I enjoyed the front porch, and the place was spotless. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. Thanks for making me feel at home!

Perfect Studio Stay!

This was a perfect studio retreat for me. The host was wonderful and prepared a cozy well-stocked studio in a great location. Everything I needed was close by and the space is near walking trails and shopping. I would return for a stay again without hesitation! Thanks so much for everything!

First visit to Lee, Massachusetts

The location of this VRBO was convenient to the events and locations I attended and visited during my first stay in this part of Massachusetts. The studio wasn't fancy, but it had everything I needed. I enjoyed fixing many of my meals in the kitchen and it was convenient not to have to go out for every meal. My sister and brother-in-law visited me at the location and we had fun playing board games several of the nights I was staying there. It is close to the street and there is traffic noise, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to know about that. Overall, it was a great stay.

Friendly and Comfortable

This was a delightful and comfortable place to stay! It was clean, had lots of natural light, and the bed was super comfortable. We brought our own food, and the kitchen was great for what we needed to do. The location was great for our day trips. The host was wonderful to work with – very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. This property is highly recommended!

Great Place

Great place to stay, especially if you are bringing your dog. Jeff is a gracious host. And you can’t beat the location to downtown Lee and driving distance to Stockbridge.

Lovely Studio; perfect location

It was wonderful to come home to this compact studio with everything you'll need for your stay. I stayed at the studio because I had day passes to Kripalu and it was a 12 minute drive (if that) to the place. I got to know the area more than I had which was also wonderful. I called the owner as well as his other contact somewhat late because I couldn't figure out the Murphy bed and they both called me back (I lack common sense so I had figured it out by then). Both very kind. Thank you!

Lovely location and pretty studio

This studio was just perfect for me along with my well behaved English cocker spaniel. Having had a condo in the Berkshires, I am familiar with the area. I loved the front porch, the cleanliness and convenience to the area. I’d go back in a heartbeat and will!!

Great deal

Jeff was great to work with. He has a range of properties to suit difference needs. This unit is small but with a great bed and kitchenette. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Wonderful Cottage, Great Location!

The first floor room in which we stayed at the cottage is compact, but includes everything we needed. Modern kitchen appliances, renovated space with a well appointed bathroom, a space-saving murphy bed, reliable wifi connection, access to washers and dryers -- and a TV with channels we like to watch. The owner was responsive to all of our needs. Located in Lee, the cottage is a great centrally located base from which to see all that that the Berkshires have to offer. We'd be very pleased to stay in this cottage again on our next trip to Western Massachusetts!

Cozy studio with everything you need

This was a great month-long stay for my husband and me. The property manager was always available and very responsive. It was within walking distance to everything in Lee. The place itself was small but had everything you needed including a full kitchen! The outside porch was perfect for evening dinners and reading. My only issue was with the proximity to the road since there was a lot of traffic noise on this road, including lots of semi's during the day, making it hard to take naps.
