Casa Juan har varit en favorit i Äratal för semesterfirare för sitt lÀge och som ett bra priser hus, Àr Casa Juan ett typiskt kanarisk inredda hus perfekt för en familjesemester eller en liten grupp vÀnner. Det ligger i hjÀrtat av Puerto Del Carmen nÀra alla bekvÀmligheter inklusive den nya LIDL-butiken. Huset ligger allt pÄ en vÄning men Observera att det finns fyra steg vid ingÄngsporten som kan pÄverka personer med nedsatt rörlighet. Se foton ingÄr. Huset har ett sovrum med eget badrum, 2 tvÄbÀddsrum och ett andra allmÀnna badrum. Sovrummen har luftkonditioneringsenheter. Loungen, matsalen och köket Àr öppen planlösning och leder till en tÀckt terrass och ut mot poolen. Poolen 10. 50 m x 5. 10 m och skulden 1. 40 m till 1. 50 m upphettas under vintermÄnaderna frÄn 1 november till 31 maj. Om du behöver extra uppvÀrmning pÄ sommaren kan det organiseras mot en avgift. Det finns ocksÄ en dusch vid poolen. Det finns en inbyggd grillplats. Huset rymmer upp till 6 personer bekvÀmt. Det finns en barnsÀng och barnstol för en baby. Huset har wifi och internet-tv med internet med de viktigaste engelsksprÄkiga kanalerna. Det finns ocksÄ ett blÄtandssystem. SÀngklÀder och handdukar tillhandahÄlls samt badhanddukar. Incheckning Àr frÄn 14:00 och utcheckning Àr före 10:00.

Good villa with good location

We liked the house and the location. Well equiped kitchen. But the sunbeds need an upgrade, 3 of 6 sunbeds were broken.

Very comfortable beds great sized pool close to shops and great walks, 15 minutes to old town harbour and about same to the strip where there are lots of bars and restaurants, villa clean and all essentials we needed for our stay

Another Fabulous Stay at Casa Don Juan- ssh font tell everyone

Fabulous location, close to Lidl, short walk to few local bars and less than 10 mins to main strip - taxi back - under 4Llovely pool attended at least twice during our 9 night stay. Clean plenty of towels .Fully equipped- Maria very attentive host - if you needed anything she was available and acted immediately.

Excellent, almost

Ok, let’s get the good stuff on the table first. Great sized plot, incredibly private, uninterrupted sun terrace, great sized rooms, central location but far enough from the strip to feel tranquil. BUT, we have stayed at Casa Don Juan for the past five years and the property is in desperate need of reinvestment, redecoration and TLC if the owner wants to maintain this price point and sustain excellent ratings going forward. Broken and missing tiles around the pool, rotting and broken window frames, disgusting microwave, 2 out of 5 sun loungers is terrible condition, loose cupboard doors, broken fridge shelves, unstable shower heads. It is a shame given how perfect this place could / should be.

Casa Don Juan - Jan 2025

The property is in a good location in PDC and a short walk from Lidl and other supermarkets. The rooms are a good size with plenty storage space. The pool was heated and most welcome. The internal decor and furniture is a bit tired and needs some work. Many properties that we have stayed leave some cooking basics; none were provided. There were numerous glasses available but none matching. Bed linen was provided but ours was torn. It would not take much to improve this accommodation and make it an excellent villa. That said we enjoyed our stay and we would happily stay again, if / when our suggested improvements were made.

Our home away from home

We have stayed here every year for the last 5 years sometimes twice a yea. I cannot praise it enough. It’s conveniently located between the new town and the old town. 10 minutes walk from the biosphera SC 2 mins from hippodino and 5 mins walk from Lidl. The new town is 15 min walk or €4 €3/4 taxi. The villa has everything needed. Washing machine, dish washer, full kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. . Pool is a lovely size plenty of room for . Love it here, can’t wait to come back again next year.

Can't fault the location but the owners need to reinvest in the property as it is tired and unloved. Out of 6 sunbeds, 3 of them were broken. Rust in the fridge. Washing machine rusty. Loose and missing tiles around the swimming pool. Dirty pool when we arrived not cleaned until we had been there 9 dsys

Have stayed here before nice quiet location 10-15 minutes walk to the sea front and a huge pool didn’t really cook so can’t comment on kitchen but looks to be everything that would be needed,beds are comfy would definitely return

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a great location close to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Nice size pool. So easy to check in and we were able to check in early which we were extremely grateful of. As others have mentioned only criticism would be more glasses and mugs needed. Overall a fantastic holiday I'm sure we will be back.

Great Villa

The villa was a good size and the pool was fabulous. We used the barbecue a couple of times. The villa was an easy 10 min walk down to the main seafront. There were only a couple of negatives. The first was that there weren't enough of each type of glass. There were only 5 glasses and they were all different. It would have been good to have more mugs too. Other than that, it was great. The rooms were good sizes and the beds were pretty comfy. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Family Holiday

Stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. Spacious villa in a private setting, very well located within a 10min walk to either the old town or main promenade. Good sized pool . Third visit in a row to Puerto del Carmen loads of things to see and do.

Amazing villa, had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was superb, cleaned regularly, the kids loved it. Would recommend this place, brilliant location just a short walk from the strip.

The property was a good size and had all the amenities that we needed. The property is a little tired as we have found with many others we have rented in PDC. Having said that it fullfilled our needs and we had a great time. We were able to extend our checkout a little as we had an evening flight which was great.

Fantastic as always

This is not my first stay at this villa, it’s so private and secluded yet so central to the new town and the old town. Pool is always spotless and the villa itself is sparkling. Full satellite tv uk and Ireland I was able to watch the Gaelic football on an Irish channel! So was delighted with that! Couldn’t recommend it enough. 10 out of 10.

Family Easter break

Lovely stay even though weather wasn’t great. The pool is heated but don’t expect it to be warm! It was late March though. Spacious villa. A little outdated but overall it was as described. No shampoo or other toiletries are provided. Also no condiments in the kitchen. We have stayed in villas before where these were left for us. But great location and in a nice areas. Shops located close by.

Nous y sommes allĂ© pour la deuxiĂšme fois pensant trouver la mĂȘme prestation... Nous sommes arrivĂ©s un samedi soir Ă  17 H il n'y avait plus d'Ă©lectricitĂ© dans la maison et lorsque nous avons ouvert le frigidaire il Ă©tait totalement dĂ©congelĂ© et nous avons dĂ» nettoyer toute l'eau qui a coulĂ© dans la cuisine, les vacances commençaient bien ... Nous avons fait immĂ©diatement un mail Ă  la propriĂ©taire, il n'existe aucun autre mode de communication .. seulement une rĂ©ponse le lendemain, c'est un pb de pompe Ă  chaleur (visite du pisciniste Ă  midi) Le soir mĂȘme de retour Ă  la maison Ă  nouveau plus d'Ă©lectricitĂ© et tout le contenu du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur a dĂ» ĂȘtre jetĂ© ! Nouveau message.. rĂ©ponse seulement le lendemain avec l'arrivĂ© d'un Ă©lectricien pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme de la pompe Ă  chaleur de la piscine (qui ne fonctionne toujours pas ) Le mercredi a nouveau panne d'Ă©lectricitĂ©. L'agence immobiliĂšre ne rĂ©pond plus Ă  nos messages. L'Ă©lectricien revient, le problĂšme est plus sĂ©rieux paraĂźt -il. En attendant toujours aucune information de l'agence. Le jeudi nous rentrons Ă  midi, la maison est ouverte avec des Ă©lectriciens qui sont dans la maison, sans que nous soyons lĂ  et que ayons Ă©tĂ© informĂ© de leur venue, ce n'est pas acceptable !. La piscine n'a jamais Ă©tĂ© chauffĂ©e, 22 degrĂ©s, trĂšs mauvaise communication de l'agence et aucun dĂ©dommagement alors que le propriĂ©taire facture 25 €/ jour. J'ai bien sĂ»r toutes les photos et mails. A Ă©viter.
