1: a våningen: vardagsrum, öppet kök, stort vardagsrum med monumental öppen spis.

2: a våningen: mycket stor föräldersvit med stort badrum
3: e våningen 2 underbara sovrum + ett badrum i domkyrkan, + ett studierum.
4: e våningen: ett mycket stort sovrum med 1 dubbelsäng och 2 enkelsängar + badrum.

Vackra uthus på vardera sidan av en stor innergård: Täckt utomhuspool med terrass. Poolen värms upp från april till september och priset inkluderar dess användning endast i juli och augusti. Fri åtkomst från april till juni sedan september men ingen garanti för dess användning. Traditionell brödugn, hästar lador med paddock, vedbod, liten paviljong och ett 2 bilar garage.

Herrgården ligger nära en av de vackraste naturliga golfbanorna i Frankrike.
Himmel för golfare, Clecy sträcker sig längs toppen av en sluttning och erbjuder dig en magnifik fågelperspektiv över schweiziska Normandie, rikt trädbevuxen och böljande. De 6 km farlederna med en 18 teknik hålbana ger dig perfekt harmoni med naturen.

Den slingrande banan i floden Orne är perfekt för vattenbaserad utforskning, där kanotfläktar eller fiskare som tar gädda, öring eller abborre är i sitt inslag.

La Suisse Normandes njutningar sträcker sig långt bortom floderna ... vandrare, hästryttare och mountainbikecyklister njuter av dess höga mark, medan klättringsexperter går mot klipporna i Clecy-parkerna.

Normandie är tillägnad matälskare !! Äpplen har mycket kraft i de lokala traditionella dryckerna. Relaxing holiday

Beautiful house with all the comforts of home including a large garden and heated pool. Booking was easy and the host ensured we had all information about the house and local area etc. Super place for a family holiday.

Wonderful stay in a magnificent manor

We were blown away by the magnificance of this property. Having a private pool is an added bonus which came in useful when the weather wasn't great. It's a perfect retreat or those looking to escape to a peaceful location, but within walking distance of several restaurants near the river Orne. It's also a short drive to several pretty villages where you'll find supermarkets, boulangeries etc. The owners are always on hand to answer questions if needed.

Just perfect and beautiful

We loved the stay in this beautiful house in a lovely landscape. The kitchen is perfect for 8 peoples. There are several areas to sit inside or in the great garden. The pool is heated and have a good size. All of our group loved the stay and would come back for another holiday.

Absolute tranquility in a great town

We loved the setting of this house. You walk outside and hear cows in the distant fields and birds chirping away. Utterly peaceful. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, yet "downtown" Clecy is 5 minutes away with a great bakery, butcher, and elegant wine store (with delightful owners). Best of all, we didn't hear English being spoken in town - a truly authentic experience. Everyone was so incredibly nice. We can't wait to go back. The owners were very accommodating and made everything wonderful.

Fabulous house and amazing stay

We loved staying at La Pelleterie. The house is stunning and has all the amenities. It is the perfect mariage between rustic "chic" and modern minimalism. It was spacious enough for our family of six and could have accommodated a few more guests easily. Despite the cold weather, the house was well heated with a welcoming fireplace in living room. The nearby town of Clecy is charming and has a lovely butcher, artisanal bakery, pharmacy, post office, gourmet deli and small grocery store. The region has a lot to offer and we went on numerous walks with the children in the area. Definitely worth a visit, even in the winter!

Rural retreat with the WOW factor!!

It is rare that the pictures of a rental property do not do the property justice, but this is certainly the case for this property. This amazingly restored building is set in a wonderful rural location. We were a party of 8 with two children, who loved having their own floor to themselves. As well as the lovely pool. With so much space we were able to play games, BBQ and drink in the lovely evening sun, making wonderful memories. The surrounding area has plenty to do, with river boats, a lovely local town with a bakery which we visited everyday for fresh bread and croissants.

Stylish interior decor with high quality fixtures

This beautiful vacation home with swimming pool and incredibly spacious interior with high end fixtures and set in a lovely quiet area made this a delightful short stay . I cannot emphasise enough how relaxing and interesting our stay was. The lady who cleans gave the warmest of welcomes despite having very little English and made sure we knew where everything was including a bottle of the local perry chilling in the fridge which we enjoyed sat outside in the balmy evening . The bedrooms are well appointed and the master bedroom is like a bungalow in the size of it and the size of the bathroom also incredible just a lovely space to be in . The area also has loads of interest and if you venture further afield le Mont St. Michel is a must to visit but avoid weekends as very busy Cannot wait to return and if you are lucky enough to find this wonderful Property you will not be disappointed

Location en tous points conforme à la description, excepté la piscine dont l'eau n'est pas chauffée, bien que le thermostat indique 28°. A part cela tout est impeccable et l'endroit magnifique.

Nature et patrimoine

Très beau domaine, intérieur cosy, rien ne manquait pour notre confort. Joli village, très bien accueillis dans les commerces et restaurants. Belle randonnée au départ de la maison. Seul bémol, l’eau de la piscine chauffée à 18 degrés, mes 2 filles avec leur jolis maillots de bain de grossesse n’ont pas réussi à se baigner… Par contre, en sortant de l’eau, je n’ai pas eu froid….

Beautiful Normandy property

We have rented holiday homes in France many times but this was the best by some distance. The house is lovely- very well equipped and furnished. Gardens are huge and the pool is great. We took our dogs who were in heaven. Walks are stunning although some very steep slopes. Highly highly recommend.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à La Pelleterie en période de canicule, grâce notamment à la piscine, nos petits-enfants avaient beaucoup de mal à s'en soustraire, et au manoir qui a pu garder une fraîcheur plus que supportable. En bref, grande envie de revenir.

excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très belle maison située près de Clécy en plein coeur de la Suisse Normande. La maison est grande, rénovée avec goût, c'est un ensemble très agréable. Belle piscine qui comme elle est couverte est chauffée peut être utilisée indépendamment du temps (il peut pleuvoir en Normandie). L'environnement est très agréable, piste cyclable de 50 km située à 500m, bord de l'Orne, le village de Clecy, nombreux sites à visiter (je recommande le chateau de Pontecoulant à 15 mn en voiture). Très bonne cidrerie à 2 km. Un endroit très agréable pour des vacances reposantes Un seul regret un wifi un peu faible (curieusement en première semaine uniquement)

La Pelleterie : un beau séjour en Suisse normande

Une superbe demeure du XVIe siècle, admirablement située au coeur de la Suisse normande. De grands espaces extérieurs pour jouer ou manger sous les arbres près du barbecue. Quant à la piscine couverte et chauffée c'est un indéniable bonheur dans ces contrées à la météo capricieuse. Les petits moins : la déco un peu triste, l'équipement de cuisine (casseroles, couteaux de cuisine, torchons...) à rafraîchir et d'une propreté pas toujours irréprochable et la chambre sous le toit qui est davantage un dortoir pour enfants qu'une vraie chambre (qui plus est au 3e étage !) Mais malgré ces derniers points, nous avons eu un séjour très agréable.

Propriété idéale pour se reposer et profiter en famille et entre amis

La propriété est grande, très calme, très bien équipée, bien chauffée (le temps nous a permis de nous en rendre compte en juin) dotée d’une piscine couverte et chauffée. Les extérieurs sont superbes. Nous étions 2 couples avec bébés et 2 amis célibataires, chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Le temps n’était pas extra, mais nous avons quand même profité du BBQ à gaz et des extérieurs. Bref, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Dominique qui a été très facile à contacter par ailleurs, et nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Magnifique séjour au calme

Magnifique maison très bien rénovée. Chambres superbes et spacieuses. Grand terrain pour que les enfants jouent. Très au calme. La piscine couverte et clairement un plus dans un pays où le temps peut être ... changeant. En un mot, un énorme coup de cœur. Merci pour ce séjour !!!
