This is a lovely 5 bedroom apartment located in a peaceful seaside village Vrbica located approximately 10 minutes driving distance from Dubrovnik downtown.
This spacious duplex apartment offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace with outside dining table and balconies offering magnificent sea views. Apartment occupies last two floors of a family house and has a separate entrance and private terrace.
1st floor consists of two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and studio with double bed featuring it's own kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
2nd floor consists of spacious kitchen with dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Lovely pebbly beach is located just below the property, approximately 60 steps down.
Property also offers free private parking for 3 vehicles.
Amenities include: AC, free WiFi, cable TV, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hair dryer, safe, BBQ and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, oven, stove and microwave.
Located near the beach and in the peaceful environment ,apartment represents great choice for travelers looking for a relaxing place to stay within a short driving distance from Dubrovnik Old Town. Nearby village Zaton is located some 3 kilometers from teh property and offers several restaurants and grocery shops. As there are no shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance we highly recommend hiring a car while staying at the property, other option would be taking a taxi or Uber.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana MatijaĆĄeviÄa 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
