Beautiful villa with amazing views....

This place is beautiful and is spacious, well equipped . There is so much to do, we were there for a week but felt there is still lots of things to do. The owner Ivo, was very kind and was at the end of the call whenever we needed something, We arrived late at night and he had prepared food for us . Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic accommodation.

This villa is superb, equipped with everything you could possibly need. And spotlessly clean. The host was extremely helpful, giving recommendations and information. He had even prepared a lovely meal for us as we arrived very late. Most thoughtful. The jewel in the crown is the outside area, which offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a games area and an area area to sit comfortable and relax. A fabulous villa. Highly recommendable.

Superb location for a late summer break

The villa undoubtedly exceeded our expectations in comfort, immaculate cleanliness and privacy. It is built to a very high specification, stylishly decorated and fantastically well-equipped. The pool area faces due south and is a real sun-trap, which was delightful in late September. Parking is very easy and convenient, immediately outside the villa and it is only two minutes' drive to the good local Studenac supermarket. (There is no restaurant in the village of Kostanje, the nearest being some 30 mins drive away). Ivo welcomed us warmly with gifts of delicious Croatian food and gave us helpful local advice. We particularly enjoyed the gorgeous ripe figs which we were encouraged to pick from the garden. This is undoubtedly one of the best villas we have ever stayed in and we can unreservedly recommend it.

Ein perfekter familiärer Urlaub

Das Haus ist groß, sauber und die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Der Garten war sehr sauber und groß, genauso wie der Pool. Besonders schön waren die kleinen Olivenbäumchen im Garten, die haben schön Schatten gespendet. Die outdoorküche war der Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Ich kann das Haus nur jedem empfehlen!!!!

Wonderful time in Croatia

The willa is spacious, clean and well stocked. For us it was an excellent starting point for everyday trips in the morning and a lovely place to spend time in the afternoon. We were delighted with the pool and its surrounding. We are very thankful to Ivo and his family who welcomed us warmly. The host was very helpful in our needs. Splendid family holiday

For a week this summer Our Family of five (2 adult, 3 "children" - boys of 20, 19 and 13) rented this lovely house. The host, Ivo, was very forthcoming and helpful. The house was even better than the Pictures on the web, and everything was very clean and spacious. We recommend having a car to get around.
