In the small beautiful hillside village Seoca, close to the town of Omis, just one kilometer from the highway A1 toll booths( Blato na Cetini) you will find surprisingly luxurious Villa Elin. This location is the heart of republic Poljica, which ruled this region from the 13th century until the occupation of Napoleon's army in the 19th century, many significant battles were fought in this area. Today this is an oasis of peace, Central Dalmatia. If you want to take a break from congested roads seeking for peace, a song from birds and the wind, and beautiful nature, then this oasis is the right choice for you. Because of the villa location just off the southern foothills of Mount Mosor. You will enjoy the sun and the beautiful scenery of the whole day. On the north side of the villa Elin in the natural environment is a space of 750 m2 in total privacy with a large pool of 41m2, outdoor shower, large green lawn that is suitable for all kinds of activities, children's playground, and a barbecue built of stone. At the nearby beach on the river Cetina (3 km) you can refresh yourself in the clear water of this beautiful river and enjoy unforgettable rafting, canyoning, and zip line. While in the nearby coastal towns: Omis, Baska Voda, Makarska (only 20-30 minutes drive), you can enjoy the beautiful clean Adriatic Sea and beaches, find various cultural, historical, entertaining contents and taste traditional Croatian dishes, then retreat up into hils for serenity.
