Welcome to our home!

The beautiful living room includes a double sofa bed with a coffee table as well as a TV for some entertainment during your stay. Not to forget, there is a big terrace should you wish to chill as we also provide a sitting area here!

The bedroom is fitted with a double bed, bed lamp and an ample of storage space in the wardrobe and closet that you can make use of. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! We provide towels and complimentary toiletries too.

Set in Lisbon, 3 km from Jeronimos Monastery and 3.6 km from Ribeira Market.

LX Factory is located just in a 7 minutes walking distance. This is a very trendy and industrial place where you can eat, drink and dance.

At just a few steps, about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, there is Meu Super Alcântara supermarket (you also have Lidl and Pingo Doce supermarket on a walking distance), as well as plenty of cafés and restaurants all around. Amoreiras Shopping Center is 4 km away.

Praça do Comércio is 4.3 km from the apartment, while Rossio is 5 km away.

Alcântara is a great choice for travellers interested in tourist attractions, monuments, and local food.

You can park your car, free of charge, in the streets around the apartment.

Close to the apartment (5 min walking), you have Calvário Station. This is a bus, tram and taxi station. The nearest train station is Alcântara train station, a 10-minutes walk away.

Lisbon's Portela Airport is a 15-minute drive away and is accessible via metro or taxi.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
