Wonderful place, a home away from home, all done with a lot of style and classy details in addition to whimsical features here and there tha are fun to discover. Fully supplied with everything needed. Great location and very good communication with the host.

Beautiful flat excellent location

We really enjoyed staying at the property which is right by the LX Factory, a great location for restaurants and bars. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly with suggestions on Lisbon. I would recommend this to anyone who’s visiting Lisbon for the first time.

Everything went perfectly because the owners were absolutely amazing and provided everything needed. It was my best stay ever. I’m thankful and appreciative of the owners and their amazing home. I wish all rentals were this amazing.

Lisbon apartment

Location was good but not close to central city. however good for accessing waterfront. Public transport easy to access - local bus station down the road. LX Factory next door is great for food and shopping.Parking "available" is a little tricky - there is no dedicated parking for the apartment. There is street parking in the area - we ended parking about 400m away. Take the warning about the stairs seriously. We had no issues with stairs but you will need a level of fitness if carrying heavy bags both to the apartment door and to the bedroom.Generally a good experience - comfortable apartment, good value for money.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was so close to the tram and buses. It was more of a local neighbourhood feel, than it would have been closer to the centre. Having the LX Factory at the back was a bonus. Our host was very helpful and easy to contact. Just note the steps to the door and upstairs to the bedroom loft are steep and narrow and may not suit everyone.

Good choice for a week in Lisbon

The property is located very near the LX Factory with lots of restaurants, shops, street art etc. It is very convenient by bus or streetcar to all the tourist spots in Lisbon and is a 10 minute walk to the Alcantara Mar train station that takes you to Cascais or Sintra speedily and cheaply. You need to be comfortable with stairs - both up to the unit itself and to the loft style bedroom above. The air conditioner is noisy but effective, there is a washer but no dryer, the shower has great water pressure and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There’s a large Lidl grocery store about a five minute walk away.

Almost Great Stay

Our stay would have been great except for the fact that we did not know the check in process until after my wife and I arrived in Lisbon. Then we had to meet someone at the apartment to enter. Most STVRs have codes or lockboxes. Also, my wife and I are more than 80 years old and the steps to enter the apartment, with luggage, are brutal. Then there are more steps (which we were aware of) to the bedroom. Otherwise, great stay in convenient neighborhood.

L'appartamento è ancora più bello di quanto appaia in foto. È ottimamente arredato e corredato. Posizione fantastica e comoda ai mezzi. Per chi non è abituato ai rumori della città, durante la notte è meglio avere con sé i tappi per le orecchie.

Noël à Lisboa

Accueil parfait, l'appartement est idéal pour un couple avec toutes les commodités, proche de tout commerces et de lieux à visiter. A éviter pour une personne à mobilité réduite (escaliers). Petit bémol pour le bruit des avions, trains et tramway mais moins de bruit entre 0h et 8h. En tout cas, je recommande le choix de cet appartement.

A lovely safe area

We had a woderful time here. It is a nice safe area not far from Lisbon with many resturants and shoppig near by.the apt was very clean and quaint.

lovely stay

perfect for our needs, nice safe nieghbourhood with easy access to public transit. We chose to Uber to major sites cost around 5 euros to get to most areas of interest.

Escapade à Lisbonne

Logement agréable et bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun et toutes autres commodités. Tout juste à côté du LX Factory, lieu sympathique et festif en soirée. Quelques nuisances sonores liées à la proximité de ce site et du passage des avions et tram/bus. De petites fourmilles ont été de notre compagnie pendant ce séjour au logement mais rien de méchant, il y a des éléments mis en place pour les traiter. Très belle escapade à Lisbonne, nous en gardons un merveilleux souvenir !

L'appartement est bien placé, par contre tres bruyant, donnant juste en dessous du pont, La clim dans la chambre est tres bruyante impossible de la mettre la nuit, ni s'ouvrir oes fenêtres, avec les avions, la rue lx factory qui donne jsute derrière et animée jusqu'à 3h du matin La salle de bain est vieillissante

Muy bien el apartamento esta muy bien equipado de todo lo necesario para una unas buenas estancia.

El Apartamento es muy bonito. Sólo que un poco incómodos las escaleras para el dormitorio. La aplicación de Fernando muy buena nos esperos muy amablemente tardamos un poco. La Sona está bien comunicada.
