It has a capacity for 8 people, and is distributed as follows:

- Large entrance/hall with majestic stairs leading to the upper floor.
- Large living room is divided into several areas with sofas with a view and access to the garden and the pool.
- Large dining room with a beautiful table for eight people.
- Modern and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and the pool.
- Double bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.
- Laundry room with washer and dryer.
First floor:
- En-Suite double bedroom with bathroom and shower. Sea views. Private Terrace.
- En-Suite double bedroom with bathroom and shower.
- Master Bedroom Suite with bathroom, shower, bathtub and large dressing room. Sea views. Terrace.
- Office with sofa.
Basement:
- Fitness facilities.
