We’re sorry the condition of the unit and the additional fees and resort policies left you feeling disappointed. We understand how frustrating it is to arrive expecting fully functioning amenities and then encounter issues with the refrigerator, pool access, and late checkout. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful view and wonderful beach, but we’re sorry those positives weren’t enough to make your stay what you hoped for. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll share your concerns with the appropriate teams so we can work toward improving the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

We’re so glad you enjoyed the clean condo, beautiful views, and great pool! We understand how the elevator wait and warm temperatures could be frustrating, especially when traveling with little ones.
