Great Location!

Everything you need is within walking distance. The beach was clean and not over crowded. The condo was clean and well stocked. However, our favorite thing about the location was the fighter jets! They turn right in front of you! We would definitely stay here again!

Great, but a couple things.

Pros: Great stay overall. Very nice and clean condo! Beautiful views from living, kitchen, and master bedroom. Great array of kitchen items. Very close walk to beach and shops. The fighter jet fly overs were the best!Con’s: Wasn’t aware of the 60 parking fee. Not a private beach, (and the public access way is right next to condo) so even though there was nice chairs and umbrella service, people with tents, chairs, canopies, etc…set up right in front of you. And with the summer time it was packed. So if this is important to you, I would not recommend this place. The condo living room is quite small, and felt very cramped with six people.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

A TRUE 5 star stay!!!! Myself, my wife, kids, and grandparents had a wonderful time here. The views from the condo were breathtaking with our coffee each morning. Great location near restaurants and only steps to the beach. The home is wonderfully decorated and the host is absolutely magnificent. We will be staying her again in the future.

Family week @ PCB

Great place convenient to everything in PCB. Parking was easy and the unit was just as advertised. The check in and out process was convenient. I would recommend utilizing the beach chair service as it is a lot to haul the entire family’s chairs to the beach. Great time busy our entire group!

Great family trip

The condo was wonderful for our family. The beach and the pool are steps away. We all slept well; the beds were super comfy. We were able to cook some meals in thanks to the well appointed kitchen. The ocean views from the condo are amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay at this lovely and comfortable condo. We were in town for the Ironman, and the location can’t be beat. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony.

What a beautiful place to stay

The unit was very clean well stocked with everything needed to cook with. What a view from the balcony. Owner was very easy to work with and I was totally impressed from beginning to end of my stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect place to stay!

This had it all, walking distance to almost everything and right on the beach too. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. I know we’ll be back for sure.

Great condo, communication and location!!

We had a great week! The owner was quick to respond and the condo was exactly as pictured. View of the Gulf was the best we have stayed in. Lots of needed items available in the condo (baking dishes, pots and pans, silverware, containers for leftover, etc). We would stay here again!

Impromptu vacation

Great location, beautiful view from the balcony. Condo was as advertised, very nice. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue was the floors needed to be mopped.

Great location and Nice room

Convenient to Wal Mart and Pier Park. Never once had to sit in traffic on the strip. Very nice room with a great view. Property was kept up and staff were very laid back. I've stayed at other resorts where the staff harassed but not here. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Location is great! Condo is really nice!

Located walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Covered parking. Condo is really nice and beautifully decorated. Comfortable furnishing and up to date. Cara, the owner of the condo is wonderful to work with and made everything easy. Really enjoyed stay.

Loved it! Home away from home...

Cara has a lovely condo and I am so thankful this is "the one" that we chose to spend our week + in at the beach. The condo was exactly as described in her listing in addition to being extremely clean. The condo is conveniently located to Pier Park which made walking to dinner a breeze. I have to say that one of my favorite things was sitting on the oversized balcony watching the dolphins in the gulf! You won't be disappointed if this is the condo you choose!

Perfect location and great owners!

This condo is awesome! You can’t beat the location of this place. Our teens loved being so close to Pier Park and that we were directly on the beach. The condo is beautifully furnished and well maintained. The owner is absolutely wonderful. She was very kind when an issue came up that was of no fault of either of ours. She kept us informed throughout it all. I could not ask for a better person to rent from. We will definitely rent from her again.
