Villa Graciosa har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Sovrummen kan bestå av antingen två dubbelrum (1 x king size & 1 Super King) och 1 tvåbäddsrum, eller som 1 dubbelrum och 2 tvåbäddsrum.

Varje sovrum har en takfläkt och sovrummet har luftkonditionering, tillsammans med ett eget badrum. Det andra tvättstugan är ett duschrum med toalett och handfat. Luftkonditionering är en lön när du går system.

Köket är genom en uppsättning salongdörrar och är mycket välutrustad. Den är utrustad med äkta träenheter och har gott om arbetsutrymme för förberedelse på båda sidor av köket. K��ket har följande utrustning, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys, keramikhäll och ett överflöd av köksredskap för att tillfredsställa de mest entusiastiska kockarna.

När du lämnar k��ket, anländer du i loungen. Som med resten av fastigheten har loungen ett mycket afrikanskt tema. De verkliga träafrikanska möblerna kombinerar bra med de moderna apparaterna. Det finns en stor 50-tums LCD-TV med ett utmärkt val av kanaler (inklusive BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 + de flesta av de viktigaste SKY-kanalerna inklusive filmer och sport), DVD-spelare svit och för ditt lyssnöje ett utmärkt ljudsystem. Villan har också obegränsad Fiber internet (trådl��s) anslutning gratis avgift.

Avsluta loungen leder dig till den södra solterrassen, som ger havsutsikt och i synnerhet utsikt över fyren. Terrassen har ett vackert stenbord som har 6 mycket bekväma solstolar och en inbyggd kanarisk stil BBQ, som är perfekt för uteservering och titta på solnedgången. Solterrassen ser också över den uppvärmda poolen som har plats för sola på solstolarna.

Villan har nu en fantastisk Hot Tub ligger i helt privat solana. Den ligger på ett gräsgolv med bekväma rottingmöbler som omger den - perfekt för avkoppling och titta på Lanzarotes stjärnklara nätter (det finns en extra kostnad för bubbelbadet - fråga för detaljer).

Villa Graciosa ligger i bostadsområdet Montana Roja, som ligger bara 10 minuters promenad från den fantastiska stranden Playa Flamingo, som också har en rad affärer, restauranger och barer. Härifrån kan du promenera längs den nya strandpromenaden via färjorna i den gamla hamnen och sedan till Playa Blanca. En gång i mitten finns det ännu fler restauranger och barer att välja mellan.

Great villa

Only issue we had was the Aircon not working in the main bedroom. Didn't spoil anything but would have been nice to have working. Maybe some mosquito covers for the windows as we could have slept with the window open. We did the first night and got a few bites so kept it closed the rest of the holiday.

Excellent Villa

The Villa was split over 3 levels, the pool area was great and had the sun all day. There is a shaded seating area directly outside the main door which is good to chill and get a break from the sun. The rooftop bar relax area was superb both day and night. It has a fridge, bar, pool table and seating area with a big gas strip fire which was great at night. We requested a late checkout which was sorted out straight away for an extra fee. I would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay again. Great holiday.

Great Villa!

Loved the roof terrace which is so spacious and the hot tub. Whole villa is spacious and the outside eating area is lovely. Air con without a meter.

Villa graciosa

The villa itself is fab, great use of each floor and space. Wasn’t really anything majorly lacking from this. I appreciated your team being on hand and available and the help getting us taxis. I did have few noise issues from surrounding villas. The villa is a little far out if you do not drive or struggle to walk far.

große Villa mit viel Platz und grandioser Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Fuerteventura

saubere und große Villa sehr gute Küchenausstattung viele Dinge die nützlich sind bereits im Haus. Liegen am Pool (beheizt) Hot Tube super heiß und sauber: TV/Radioprogramme in Englisch, deutsch - alles da. Betten gemütlich jede Menge Geschirr Kapselmaschine Parken ca. 30 Meter entfernt auf der Straße Billiard auf der Dachterrasse mit zusätzlichen Kühlschrank dazu noch Sitzbereich und Stühle jede Menge Platz absolut toller Blick in Richtung Meer / Süden / Fuerte..... Tolle Villa zum relaxen, baden, faulenzen.....

A good villa but you'll need coins for the air conditioning.

The villa was very clean on arrival (although we did keep finding plastic yellow ball bearings from a toy gun around the place). The welcome pack of basic essentials, including beer and wine was a nice touch. The roof terrace is excellent with great views and it's the kind of thing that makes you want to live out here longer term! The pool was lovely and warm and had the sun all day, although it's the first we've had a pool with sloped sides all round the bottom. The bbq grill level can be raised by a handle to adjust how close the food is to the heat, which was really good. You will need to hold it in place though otherwise gravity drops it back down. Top tip, use a 5L bottle of water to 'lock' the handle. The owners, or at very least the family looking after the property, live below / behind the property and were quickly on hand to help out or answer any questions in person. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with useful equipment that you’ve have in a house that’s ‘lived in’ rather than just a holiday let. The pictures in the advert for the villa are how it actually is (Sept 2023) with the exception of the day bed by the pool that wasn't there. The air conditioning is only available by coin payment. This should have been more obvious in the listing rather than a bracketed section in the description because the list of main features doesn't mention it. In a post COVID world where generally cash is used much less, let alone coins, this was a pain to keep feeding the meter. There's a tablet that apparently has information about the villa and the local area but it didn't work and no amount of turning it off and on again was going to fix it. The WhatsApp number on the printed sheet in the kitchen for the management company went unanswered. Overall, I’d recommend this villa but it’s likely to suit families rather than a couple looking for a luxury experience. We were a family.

Fantastic week spent at Villa Graciosa!

The villa was fab. It was clean when we arrived, we loved the welcome pack and how easy it was to find the villa, instructions from Villas Now before we arrived were so clear and helpful. When we got there the bed in the master bedroom was broken but this was sorted out straight away and our in resort contact was really helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and we all loved it (2 adults with 2 21 year olds and a 17 year old) and the pool table. We would definitely recommend this villa if you like a quiet neighbourhood that isn't too far from the resort centre (it was a bit of a trek but the bus is cheap if you don't want to walk too much!) The tablet which was in the villa to find information didn't work but it didn't spoil our holiday but may have been useful. I did miss having a mirror in any of the bedrooms for getting ready and it would have been nice if the firepit worked - we only managed to light it once.

A fabulous Villa in a great location!

Everything! It was clean, had everything we needed, had lots of space. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating, the pool was warm, the pool table on the roof was fun, the hot tub was an added luxury and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, bars and restaurants and also for a base to explore the island in our hire car. We had a great time. Nothing it was all great

Comfy villa close to all amenities

Pool, hot tub, roof terrace. Spacious villa. Well equipped. Peaceful and close to beach, shops, restaurants. Musty, damp odour in the side twin room. Mosquitoe nets could be useful.

Excellent Villa!

This is a really amazing villa, probably one of the best we have stayed in Playa Blanca. Very well equipped, super clean and spacious. We have stayed here before and the recent updates make what was already a great villa, amazing! The furnished roof terrace really is a brilliant addition. The location is peaceful and quiet and only a short 10 minute stroll (if that) to Flamingo Beach and a further 10 minutes to the main town. The ‘welcome pack’ was very much appreciated, particularly as we arrived late and all the shops were closed. Quick and easy correspondence and the booking experience was stress free and efficient. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be back (again) Honestly can’t think of anything

Good Location, great for a cheeky week in the sun

Location was good, just 10/15 mins to walk into Playa Flamingo. Well equipped villa, all you need in the kitchen, board games and we made lots of use of the pool table and hot tub. The tv package was useful for the cooler evenings in November. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Graciosa. No gas in the fire pit on the roof terrace which was a shame (may be this was a chargeable extra). The layout is a little disjointed but fine for adults. Better sunbeds would be nice.

Great holiday in Villa Graciosa

We have just spent 12 days at Villa Graciosa which was our 2nd visit to this villa and the updates that have been completed are fantastic. We could not fault the villa and it has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Our first visit was in 2020 during the Pandemic and the area was extremely quiet. The downside of the semi-detached villa is that you are very close to neighbours and if you are looking for complete privacy and peace and quiet this is not the villa for you. That was the only downside for us at this property. However, overall we had a great stay and the views from the roof terrace are amazing and this is a great space to sit with a G&T and relax.

Amazing

We have just returned from the most wonderful week at Villa Graciosa! It had 3 very spacious bedrooms, sitting room and two bathrooms! The kitchen also had everything we needed and it was so clean! Any queries we had were answered very efficiently and the lady we dealt with was so lovely! The pool was spotless and the rooftop area was fantastic with the most beautiful views! 10/10 cannot wait to return!

The villa is in a good location and in a peaceful spot. The owners attention to detail really made a difference with this villa and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Have stayed in many villas all over the world and can honestly say this villa is amo gst the best for the money we paid.

Very enjoyable stay

Accomodation really suited us and the location whilst not central was absolutely fine as we rented bikes (I'd reccomend this). Really nice place to stay and would like to go again. We had an issue with the swimming pool and whilst Sally from villasnow was very responsive and helpful the pool cleaner was not and was rude.

A good getaway

The chance to get away during what is an awful time worldwide was welcoming. We initially booked Casa Hawkshead but due to extenuating circumstances had to alter the accomodation last minute. Whilst the property provides the essentials, we did not feel it necessarily deserved the price tag attached. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay at Villa Graciosa, and the owners are extremely helpful. The nearest supermarket is approximately 400 meters, that is situated within a hotel complex, which only stocks basics. It should be made clear that a car is essential for larger shopping trips!!

Amazing stay!

Beautiful Villa, spotlessly clean, excellent location. We couldn't fault this villa, the whole experience from booking to the trip was faultless. We have used Villas now on all our Lanzarote trips and have already rebooked with them again for our next one. Brilliant.
