Walking into the villa you will find in the ground floor the entrance, the large living - dining room with american kitchen, guest toilet, one bedroom with bathroom en suite and a large covered terrace with direct access to the outside covered kitchen and dining area with BBQ and the swimming pool area. In the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and in the second floor you find a nice sitting area with a large terrace, perfect to relax. In the semi-basement you find 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, also there is a large garage where you will find a Ping Pong table. Up to 2 additional single beds can be requested at a cost of 150,-€/unit per stay. Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided. Price for heating pump for the swimming-pool in the winter saison per week 220,- € (approx. 30º C)
