On the ground floor you will find:
A spacious and bright living room with direct access to the pool and the porch, furnished with a large table, perfect for outdoor meals and dinners.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay.
Two double bedrooms.
One full bathroom.
On the upper floor you will find:
Two additional bedrooms.
Two full bathrooms.
A terrace with beautiful sea views.
Outside, the villa features a private pool (approx. 10 x 5 meters), ideal for relaxing and enjoying quality time with family or friends.
The location is unbeatable:
The TRAM stop is just a few steps from the villa.
The center of Coveta FumĂĄ, with its supermarket, square with bars and restaurants, hairdresser, gym, and the main cove, is only 700 meters away. You can also reach it easily by TRAM (the Cala Piteres station is next to the house and the next stop, Coveta FumĂĄ, is just one minute away).
The local supermarket also offers taxi service, airport transfers, and ticket sales for attractions such as Terra MĂtica, Benidorm Palace, and water parks.
