Nyare Country Home In Scenic Setting Nära Drömmar Park och All Star Village.

Detta hem byggdes 2005 och är fullt utrustat. Med ett stort däck med fantastisk utsikt och gott om plats för bollträning eller andra spel. Huset har två sovrum ett med en kung och den andra med två tvillingar. Dubbelrummet är stort och rymmer extra barn på sovsäckar. Alla har eget badrum plus en 1/2 bad på bottenvåningen. Huset ligger nära "Baseball Hall of Fame", "Cooperstown Dreams Park" och "Cooperstown All Star Village". Vi hyr varje vecka från fredag till fredag men längre vistelser kan förhandlas fram.
Detta hus är också handikapp tillgängligt med ramp in i huset, toalett och dusch i sovrummet.

Our second time to stay at this location. We love it and it met our needs. Nestled in beautful acreage. Quiet and peaceful. After long days of baseball hames it was the perfect place to rest.

Amazing Property

This property is beautiful inside and out! The host was very helpful we did need something while there. They came promptly and helpful. We needed somewhere that was handicap accessible and it was perfect for our wheel chair. We would definitely stay again if ever coming back. Recommend 10/10

Great place and great location to Cooperstown!

We enjoyed our stay at this country home, complete with porch. Had lots of amenities, with easy location to both Cooperstown ball fields and to the Hall of Fame. Perfect for a family! Would stay here again for sure! Five stars!!

This property was exactly as advertised. It is a perfect place to stay for Cooperstown, it is located about 10 minutes away. The house was impeccable and the property manager was always available to handle any questions. Highly recommend!!

Great Place

We loved our stay in Oneonta. The place was clean, well furnished, and had plenty of room for our family. It exceeded our expectations. The owners were accessible (we locked ourselves out accidentally one day) and helpful. If we're back in Oneonta, this is the place we'd try to stay in.

Perfect location between Oneonta and Cooperstown

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this summer. This is an adorable farmhouse! Super clean and quiet. There is a lot of space for a house that sleeps 4. Will stay here again when we return. We loved the location!

If you are looking for a clean newer place with air conditioning, this is it. Great place to stay while watching kid play at Dreams Park. Perfect for a family stay.

Fantastic property!

This was a great rental while our son was at CASV. We found it was centrally located - a short drive to CASV, also not too far from Cooperstown, which we visited a few times. The house was very clean, with lots of amenities, like washer/dryer, dishwasher, and A/C. It was also very helpful that linens were provided. We hope to be back another year with our younger son!

Serenity in the Mountains

Our family chose this location to be within close proximity of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, which was just about a 20 minute drive into the center of town. The home was beautiful and very, very clean. It was very well stocked with everything that one could possibly need . Our teenage kids especially loved having the entire upstairs floor to themselves and enjoyed watching all of the wildlife every morning from the kitchen table and the back deck. Even though this home sits on Route 28, you can not hear any noise from the cars or trucks that pass by, as home sits far back on the property. Marc (the owner ) stopped by to introduce himself and we were also welcomed with a nice surprise treat of chocolates upon arrival. We appreciated how clean & well kept this home was, as well as very spacious. We took advantage of using the bar-b-q grill one evening for dinner and enjoyed dinner out on the back deck and also used the large property to play whiffle ball with the kids. Would certainly recommend to anyone that needs a break from every day life, as well as to families who wish to visit Cooperstown, or the ball parks along the way. We would like to return again to this home the next time we visit the area.

Lovely country home/short drive to All Star Village

We loved this cozy country home. It had everything we needed for our stay and was only a short drive to the Cooperstown All star village. We enjoyed waking up to the views of deer, wild turkeys, and beavers running across the back field. The location was central to everything. A perfect home for our Cooperstown stay!

Great property, beautiful setting

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a very nice time. Property was as advertised and Marc (owner) was very responsive to questions. Nearby lake a lot of fun and owner rents pontoon boats as well, so an easy way to spend the day at the lake. Overall very pleased.

Perfect location for Cooperstown Dreams Park!

Everything is as advertised! The house was only 10 miles from Dreams Park and had everything you could need. Very clean! The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect for Cooperstown Dreamspark!

This property was the perfect place to stay for a week at Cooperstown Dreamspark. It was quiet, clean, and cozy, equipped with everything a family might need for a quiet night in, and an easy drive in to Dreamspark. I hope to stay at this property again in two years when my youngest son plays in Cooperstown!

Beautiful Quiet Property. Ideal Location for Cooperstown Dreams Park

Well kept property on beautiful surrounding farm land. Easy access to state highway with short drive to Cooperstown and Oneonta. Perfect location and access to Cooperstown Dream Park - south of park eliminated traffic from the more populated north side. The kids enjoyed the wildlife. At one time there were four deer grazing in the neighboring field. We would stay here again if we return to the area and recommend it to all of our baseball friends.
