Nytt specialbyggt Timber Frame-hem slutfört 2019. Bred öppen planlösning med 5 sovrum och 3 badrum, lugnt beläget på 7 privata tunnland.

Lätt 4. 5 mil till Dreams Park (du kan svagt höra jublande över floden på natten!) och 6 miles till byn Cooperstown. För att inte tala om 1/2 mil till Brewery Ommegang och gångavstånd till Red Shed Brewery!

Huvudbyggnadsgolvet har en vidöppen planlösning. Vardagsrum med stor platt-TV öppen till matplats med plats för 8. Öppet för kök med stor ö med plats för 4, en frukostkrog med plats för 4 och en extra bänkyta med plats för 2. Gå i skafferi med tvättmaskin / torktumlare och badrum allt på bottenvåningen.

På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum med katedralen med öppet takhöjd. Varje sovrum har en takfläkt och sitt eget värme / kylsystem. Stort sovrum som platt-TV, soffa och anslutet badrum. 2: a sovrummet har queen size-säng och 3: e sovrummet har två-över-drottning våningssäng.

Källarvåningen har ytterligare 2 sovrum, vardera med våningssängar. Intill sovrummen finns rec-rum med pingping och fotboll, soffor och stor platt-TV.

This was the perfect property for our 3 families while our boys lived their best life at Dreams Park! Plenty of space, very clean, and the owners were very responsive. It is just a short 10 minute drive to Dreams Park and the Hall of Fame. Would highly recommend this house to anybody spending the week in Cooperstown.

Perfect for Dreams Park

Beautiful private home with access to fishing and a quick 12-minute drive to dreams park. Our boys enjoyed playing ping pong, and although it was too warm to play, it had a great fire pit out back. Owners are quick to respond and help us with anything we need. If you are heading to Cooperstown, do not hesitate to book.

Modern Cabin For Dreams Park Families

Incredible property and house for an incredible week. This cabin is very well thought out and specifically designed to accommodate Dreams Park families and enhance their experience. Beautiful cabin. Beautiful setting. Open vista in front. Nice grove of trees in back with a path for a short walk to the river. Our family had an amazing stay.

Great find!

Several families stayed here while our kids played at Dreams Park. It was wonderful! Exactly as advertised, very clean, modern with a rustic vibe, and equipped with anything you might need. As a few others have mentioned, it’s on a private gravel road, so you can’t see it from the street and it’s secluded from other houses. This allows for a feeling of privacy and relaxation, with Dreams Park still only about 10 minutes away. The house is decorated beautifully with such fun baseball touches throughout. The owners were great to work with. If we ever return to Cooperstown, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Loved this house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and is situated on a quiet, private road. Equipped with just about anything you could need while staying there. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. Only a 10 min drive to Dreams Park and also an easy drive into Cooperstown or to many of the restaurants and other things to do in the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin had everything we needed and more. The cabin was extremely close to Dreams Park which made it easy to go back and forth between games. It was also located very close to the breweries that we enjoyed. We loved making s’mores in the fire pit, and catching fireflies. We had two families stay here and never felt crowded. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cooperstown Dream Park.

Great Property for Baseball Families

This is a great house perfectly located for both Dreams Park (10min drive) and All Star Village (25min drive). Very clean and well stocked. Our families loved the property.

Baseball Oasis

A couple families shared this house while attending Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was a great oasis away from the park yet really close for a quick drive to Dreams Park. 1000% recommended this house for families with kids that enjoy their own bedrooms and play space. Great pre-teen hangout and bunkhouse space on lower level.

Perfect

Our two families stayed here while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was absolutely perfect and was as described. We each had one child staying with us and then our two Cooperstown boys were also able to easily stay with us for two nights. It was a quick drive to the fields but it also felt amazingly remote. I saw two deer at the end of the driveway one morning and bunnies running around every time we came home. We could clearly see the stars at night since it’s so dark. Also having the Red Shed so close was great and Ommegang is awesome too so we went there at least twice. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Best booking ever !

This house is amazing !! It is an absolutely beautiful property and house that is very well taken care of . Every room from the kitchen , bedrooms , basement to the 3 bathrooms were all very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The pantry/laundry room are awesome and gives you lots of extra space to put all of your food/drink out of the way . The basement is a great additional bonus for the kids - they loved the ping pong table . The house is perfectly done in baseball theme - so many nice touches ! The bedrooms are nice and beds were super comfortable. The kids loved fishing at the dock and the fire pit was great at night to relax after long days at Dreams Park . It is the absolute best location if you have a son or daughter playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week . It is about a 8 minute drive to park and super close to downtown shops. The grocery store is about 5 mins too . The Red Shed barn did not disappoint with their selection and delicious food truck . It is literally almost in the front yard of house ( but across acres so you can’t see or hear it) The hosts were great and really didn’t need anything from them because they do such a good job preparing the house . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! We hope to be back in a couple years and do it all over again with our younger son !! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home .

Great Place while at Cooperstown

I was a little nervous at first as you can not see the house as your are driving down the road. Once we pulled up to the house we noticed immediately how adorable it was. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The owner was very responsive. The location to Cooperstown dream park was about a 10 minute drive and about the same to Cooperstown town. When not at the baseball fields the other children spent their time fishing. Overall we had a great experience!

Great Cooperstown accommodation

We had an outstanding experience at this property. Came in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament and lucked out with this place. There are tons of rental options but it’s hard to find a modern place around town. Great location and owner is easy to communicate with.

Awesome House

OMG, this house is AMAZING! Beautiful! We could hear the cheering from Dreams Park while sitting around the fire pit and hot tub at night. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a few more towels to use with the hot tub. Shane was very responsive with communication. Stay here, you'll LOVE IT!

A perfect baseball house

This home was perfect for our stay to Cooperstown. The adults and kids enjoyed everything about this property. The kids played wiffle ball in the front yard on the days they were able to visit and the adults enjoyed the fire pit almost every night. The house was clean and spacious. And the little nods to baseball throughout the house were appreciated by everyone. If we ever had the pleasure of going back to Cooperstown we would rebook this home in a heartbeat. 10/10

Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

We had the best week staying at the house for the my older son's baseball tournament. The house was so comfortable, had everything we needed and was the perfect distance to drive back and forth to the baseball fields. We hope to stay here in another 7 years when our younger son plays in Cooperstown.
