Great location

Everything we needed was within walking distance. The place was clean. Had everything we needed. The layout wasn't to our liking, but we didn't stay indoors for too long anyway.

Great place to stay

One block off the main strip and around the corner form the main entrance to the beach! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The place what clean and quiet, perfect for the whole family.

Perfect location

We were given lots of options for the condo like early check in, late check out, bikes, kites, and bbq. Its a short walk to all the things in town or to the beach. The management team was easy to get hold of and the condo was set up to help you with your stay like food recommendations, games and movies.

Very family friendly place

This vacation home was a fantastic place to stay for my family of 6 over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Booking was a breeze, and communication was fantastic! The property rules and expectations for our stay were clear, and there was no confusion. Upon arrival, everything advertised about the home was accurate. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked, and there's plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels! My teens especially loved that this home was so close to town. We enjoyed the one block walk to the beach and all the fun to be had in town. The neighbors are very friendly, respectful, and kind. The washer and dryer worked great, and we took advantage of using them prior to leaving. This is the first trip in years we didn't return from a weekend away with loads of laundry to do upon return. Mom win! Our entire family really enjoyed our stay! Thank- you!

Sandy Toes

Conveniently located close to the beach and main street for food and shopping. Condo provided clam guns which was the main reason for our stay, clam digging.

Fun Time

The condo was very nice and clean on the inside and outside. It is a fairly small place but it was perfect for my husband, our two daughters and myself. There is a small green area next to the condo to walk the dog. It literally took 2 minutes to walk to the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Nice place to warm up after clamming on the beach which wasn't more than a 5 min walk. We enjoyed how the place was fully equipped to make for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend

Great location

This was a fabulous place to stay to visit Long Beach and the Peninsula! The downstairs room was perfect with a bunkbed for the kids while the parents had space upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host checked in to make sure all was great! We definitely would stay again!

Perfect Location - Park and Walk EVERYWHERE!

My family and I loved our stay. The home was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. We didn't have to use our vehicle at all, everything we needed was only a short walk away.

Beach fun

Overall is good. Great location close to everything in town. Property is good other then a few maintenance issue. Could need a better maintenance person or more detail needed. Garage had stuff in it and couldn’t park the car. Listing should of said small car only cause my truck would not fit the driveway and the MDX couldn’t fit in the garage. It would of if there wasn’t stuff in it. We wanted to check in couple of hours early but was hit with $15 an hour charge which never happen to me before at any other places that I have rented nor was allow to check out one hour later. All was good and we had a good time and that’s what matter.

Wonderful Condo & Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SandyToes condo is in an ideal location for walking to either the beach or downtown; literally 2 short blocks from the Archway to the "worlds longest beach" and Scoopers ice cream! Very well stocked kitchen, huge washer and dryer (great for all the beach towels), ample supply of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, good water pressure in shower, plenty of drawer space and tons of closet space/hangers. Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided. The couch was quite comfy and enough space at the table (4 seater) to eat. The Bed upstairs was really, really comfortable but I will say it did seem a bit narrow for a "queen" sized mattress. Now we normally sleep on a maybe it was just us. Had a nice little deck looking out into the trees and complex was very quiet. Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys and a collapsible wagon that worked perfectly for carrying things to and from the beach. We have had the pleasure of staying at BloomerEstates properties before they never seem to disappoint. The communication from them is fantastic and they provide any and all information you could want on the property itself and things to do/places to eat etc. And, unlike some places, their "departure checklist" doesn't include 1000 things to do. Very simple and easy check out! When looking at vacation rentals, I will always look to them first as I know I will be pleased, what to expect and that we will be taken care of!

Great place for families

This is a great end unit condo that is very centrally located. There is plenty of space for families and I appreciate the well supplied kitchen. I would recommend bringing a water filter or bottled water if you are particular about taste, but otherwise we will come back!
